I only write reviews for exceptional or absolutely abysmal service. This is one of the times I m happy to write a review for such wonderful people. From the moment I pulled in I saw nothing but kindness and eagerness to help each person. (((Hunter))) noticed a woman that pulled in after me who got sick he ran over to her car and offered her a cold water. What a simple but heartfelt act of kindness. Bravo good sir. Now the person that helped me (((Jeremy))) is one of the managers. I must say his level of customer service and knowledge in our brief interaction has restored my faith. As an entire team not once did I see a single person offer anything less than the fantastic level of customer service I was provided to their customers. If you are reading this review to the end please know I do not take these things lightly and will absolutely only use this branch from this day forward. With my deepest sincerity thank you for providing a wonderful experience.

Really happy with the work done but especially satisfied with the level of customer service. All of the workers we interacted with was smiling and very kind. They made sure we were taken care of and one of the gentleman with longer curly hair even offered us bottled water before we left. I just was blown away with how great the customer service was. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and will definitely be going back! Thank you for such a wonderful team!

Very knowledgeable and helpful employees! They ran the code for my check engine light and explained it to me well. It ended up being because my oil was very dirty so once they changed it they reset the code and now my car is running smoothly. So appreciative of their work! Will definitely return! Thanks!

Great customer service and the workers know what they are doing. Definitely suggest getting your oil done here. The gentlemen that helped me was Hunter. He did a fantastic job and I'll definitely make Take 5 oil change my place to go for an oil change thanks to him.

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Take 5 Oil Change! We had a bit of an issue with getting my hood to latch after it slammed shut accidentally. Hollis, Devon and Ashton took excellent care of me and worked until the hood properly closed. Customer service at its finest!

My experience at Take 5 was great! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They met me with a cold bottle of water, got me in and out in record time, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business!

These folks are incredibly friendly and respectful and prompt. They are good at their jobs! I've been coming here for a few years. Don't forget their top off policy in between oil changes!

Employees were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. Checked fluids, air pressure in tires and filled washer fluid. Then washed windshield. Changed oil. Oil filter and air filter. Great job!

The service was okay but the comment about coming 10 minutes from closing was not. The hours said until 7 pm. If not going to be open until that time do not say on the website. Things like this makes people not want to come back. They did not even check with air filter like they normally do. I get people want to quit work and get home. However I have to work until my shift is over and that could mean people come in right at closing. I am supposed to serve them with the same respect as I do other customer during the day.

Excellent experience, first time customer. Staff was very clear on the work done and how it was done. Not pushy with recommendations and respectful with my declines. Made sure everything was in order prior to departure and even offered waters while waiting. A+ service!!

The guys that were working last night were fantastic!! The manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure my filters were charged and that I was well taken care of. Good price reduction for more than one filter 10 stars!!

I had the best customer service ever. I would recommend them to everyone. When you pull up they come to the care with a bottle of cold water. You pull in they review what the proper oil is by scanning your door. With every oil change I am always told I need a filter at an additional charge. Not here. He looked at it and said is what not necessary today. They checked all my engine levels and topped them off, checked tire pressure, and did all this and more with a smile and quickly. Cost is reasonable. When done that gave me a sticker for my car that allows me to go there up to 3000 to have the levels of fluids checked and top off for free and check tire pressure. Best company ever.

The SERVICE IS AMAZING.. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! Very very skilled and friendly. Very detailed and attentive. They go over, above and beyond your expectations. I will forever be dedicated to my oil changes here. Thank you guys soooo much! Great job!

1st post: My feelings are so hurt right now. Just left this location. They are too busy trying to up sale and up charge they damaged my glove compartment door. Then had the nerve to imply it may have already been damaged. Sir it wasn t hanging off when I drove in here!!! Caused damage all for a service I never asked for in the first place. All he said was unlock the passenger side door, then he open my glove compartment. I said what are you looking for??? Oh your cabin filter he stated I wait how much does this cost he just kept going saying I ll let you know. Still never agree to buy one. He placed he out it was dusty. I said again ok what s the price. Ok I ll get that for you. Came back started shoving in the filter. I said what s the total $113. I said I never payed that much with my husband s military discount. He said well it s like you paid standard price and the filter is like $10 bucks. Lies lies lies. Just be honest and say it s $39.99. Then they said I need an extra unit of oil. Never heard that before but they already charged me for it. I don t know if they put it in bc I was so confused about my glove compartment. I was freezing bc they left the door open trying to fix my glove compartment. 3 men 0 fix. They an extra $40 but now have to fix this which may cause more. GIVE PPL WHAT THEY ASK FOR! Then the assistant manager got angry and started yelling at the staff in front of me and other customers. I felt intimidated. They took pictures and say they will get me a replacement or fix it but did nothing for me in the moment. No discount, future coupon, nothing and I go there bc I thought they supported veterans and their families. I will post an update but tell them to ask before doing and ladies have someone with you.***UPDATE*** I received a call from the manager and he stated he got multiple stories from staff but he stated they were still going to replace my glove compartment and mail me a refund check. Also I was told I have a credit for a free oil change. I haven t received the check or the new glove box but the call took place on Monday, March 4, 2024. So I ll see what happens this week.*** UPDATE*** They did send my check for $113.50 (they assumed my husbands and I had the same last name, simple mistake, but I had to turn the check back in and must wait for a new one.) They also replaced my glove compartment with a used one but atleast it s fixed. Everyone was nice and professional and they even refilled my window washer fluid. All in all everything has been repaired, I have a free oil change and hopefully a refund. I feel satisfied with the outcome.***Update, I returned to Take 5 on March 25, 2025 to get my glove compartment replaced they replaced with a used glove compartment but it did match my interior so no biggie but I also turned in the check that day and have yet to see another check. I even called corporate and no one responded. So much for being honest.

They were working shorthanded when I went but still got my oil changed without a long wait. Actually did my service after hours and had a good attitude about it. I ve used them before and I will use them again!

I had just got to the gym across the street when my tire went completely flat. I pulled over there and, while changing or replacing tires isn't a service they officially offer, they still changed out my tire with the spare I had in the trunk out of the goodness of their hearts. Greatly appreciate the helping hand and I'll definitely be giving them my business in the future

Jordan was so helpful! He was very professional, attentive, and even above and beyond to change my tire when he noticed it was flat while I waited in line for an oil change. Was greeted enthusiastically as soon as I pulled up & was given a free bottle of cold water ! Got in quickly for my oil change. All the employees are so friendly & very efficient. Always look online for a coupon : I found a 25% off coupon and a $20 off coupon the day I was there. This was my 3rd time going to Take Five and I will go back again.Service: Tires

Saro was very friendly and is an absolute rockstar! I have extreme social anxiety and Saro made me feel comforted. They were great and knowledgeable on my Mitsubishi. I will be back every oil change.

Great service. I know it s company policy to have bay doors open but when it s cold or raining they need to be shut for the guys and for their safety. Or at least the exit bay doors can be shut.
