After finding them through a Google search, and reading their excellent reviews, I went by to speak to them. Bobby and Jesse were fantastic! They listened when I explained what had been going on with my car, and after explaining everything that needed to be done, and appraising me of their progress all the way through, I was back up and running in less than 3 days! That in itself made me very happy! The fact that it didn t cost me a small fortune was even better! These gentlemen have definitely earned a returning customer. Thank you for your help and for being outstanding at what you do!

So I wasn't sure of this place since I had never heard of it but I caught a flat and had to be towed they took me right in and fixed my car the next day. Good people to do business with. I will definitely recommend them and will go back for any of my cars needs.

Had a hose problem causing my car to run hot. Took it to them and showed them the situation. They showed and explained the problem to me so I could understand. Quoted me a price and when it was done the same day it was actually cheaper than the quote. Great and quick service! Would definitely return for any car trouble.

I was recommended to this facility by Reidville Auto, and the friendly, respectful, and honest service I got here was top notch. Prices are great and quality of service is high. I was grateful to be treated so well after a horrible experience with another mechanic. These guys are great! I would highly recommend!

I called for a quote on the rear shocks on my Lexus. I spoke with the owner and he gave me a quote. I made an appointment to drop off on a Monday morning at 8am and by noon, I had my car back. I would Highly recommend S & A Auto Repair for all your car repair needs. They are honest, friendly, professional and very cost effective. The dealership wanted to charge me $1250.00 more than what S & A Auto did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND S & A Auto Repair. Thank you again for serving my car and for being friendly. They seemed to know how to solve my issue at first, after $604 the problem was still there. I took it back paid $154, next day problem still there. Took it back and they realized they had to get parts from dealer to correct problem and that was $ 208, so after trial and error, let s do this see if works and $966 it seems to have solved the problem. I only wish they had researched the problem from the start it could have saved me money

These guys really know their stuff. They're fast, knowledgeable, honest and very fairly priced. Not only that, but they are patient and put up with all of my many questions and gave me great advice on vehicle maintenance and even which cars to look at purchasing in the future (we lost BOTH family cars in the same week and was only able to salvage one of them). They could've charged me for unnecessary repairs but only did what needed to be done when it needed to be done. Bobby and Jesse are not only awesome businessmen, but amazing people. They are knowledgeable enough to explain car stuff to me. One who knows very little. They seemed specialized in jeep/chrysler and acura which are the two kind of cars i have. So they didnt raise a red flag with the "we dont get these often" excuse. Instead they said they own those cars and had the same problems. Thats how i knew they were the one. I definately developed some trust with these guys. They are great and knowledgeable. Thank yall!!Service: Electrical repair

I have been impressed with the guys at S & A. They have been upfront about stuff that does and doesn't need to be done. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their car.

Went here to fix my 2016 Toyota Corolla which had stopped working on me. Bobby and the guys diagnosed what the issue was, gave me a realistic timeframe for the repair, and walked me through what they had to do to the vehicle. The throttle position sensor in the vehicle had started to fail, and Bobby explained to me what it did and ran me through why it had to be replaced. The price charged was very reasonable, and they even refunded me $80 as the repairs they did along with replacing all four tires (which I requested as my tires were bald lol) took less time than expected. He didn't have to tell me that, and I greatly appreciate his honesty. The integrity and professionalism displayed by these guys has made them my go to in case I need anything for my vehicle, regardless of whether its a repair or general maintenance.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Another update: after WASTING $790 to S&A who was too incompetent to fix the problem, another mechanic has found the problem to be the upper and lower ball joints! Finally someone with competence but S&A took $790 we will never get back!!!Update:Truck is still on the left side vibrating AND pulling. Nothing was fixed. We do not even feel safe driving it and feel defeated in the money we paid this place to have the knowledge to fix it.Original review: honest-they're crooks. Truck was vibrating and pulling right. Took our truck to them bc we were told it was engine mounts. They said that wasn't the problem but it was the brakes. Charged $450. Took it home, drove a few more times and it was still pulling to the right and vibratint. Husband calls to let owner know and he was on vacation, then we went on vacation. Took it back to them today and they charge us $340 for something about the brakes again! So when asked why we're being charged for something that was suppose to be fixed the whole reason we brought it the first time, they said because the first time they didn't feel it pulling to the right but now they did. WHAT?! What kind of mechanic doesn't call and let customer know they don't feel what we feel? Instead they just did what they wanted and didn't fix the problem but charged us. And since they didn't fix it, they charged us again. We will definitely not be back and will make sure everyone we know know this place is not honest and will take your $$$

Bobby & Jessie were very professional. I called Bobby, after being referred to him, regarding my car issue. He gave me a time to arrive. Upon my arrival, he verified the issue with my car and got it repaired in no time. Everything he told me he would do, he did it. Bobby, Jessie, Melissa are all wonderful honest people. Brought my car there yesterday to get my problems diagnosed. Brought my car in this morning to get fixed and got it back quickly and im impressed with the work. They are honest people who take pride in what they do.
