Do not go to this shop if you want to be treated as a respected customer, expecting honesty, common courtesy, and integrity. When I dropped off my vehicle, we discussed it was likely an engine rebuild or new motor job. I was told they did this type work. After keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks and multiple calls for an estimate on the repair, I was finally given a call by desk personnel (not mechanic, Shane) with an estimate twice the going rate. Obviously, he did not want to do the work. That is fine, but why not say that early on instead of keeping the vehicle for 2 weeks with no communication to customer and then giving an outrageous estimate? I requested a copy and was given an business card with "engine- parts and labor $5500.What a ridiculous "detailed" estimate I was given. The really sad part is I was a returning customer who had other work done here. Bottom line is - if you want to be treated like you are a valued customer and want something more than new tires, alignment, or oil changes. Go somewhere else. Actually, go ANYWHERE else.

I had my oil changed, and tires rotated at Parr's yesterday. I was a little anxious when I got there. This is something my husband usually does.The gentlemen were very welcoming and helped me through the whole process.Pricing is very reasonable.You can tell the men are proud of the quality work they do!I was very relieved with the welcoming, professional staff and waiting area.

They handled the pricing and communication well. I dropped my car off while they were closed, was able to fill out the late drop form, and called up later to check in. Got the quote which matched close to what I paid for on the part itself originally, So I was happy to hear the value.Got it back and it runs better than before!

Part 3 is the best. They are professional, pay attention to detail. I was very satisfied with their expert knowledge to determine the exact problem I was having with my car. Plus they are very affordable! I will rely on them for any future service needs I have for my car. Definitely the place to have your vehicle serviced!

Bobby, thank you for your graciousness on 10/6/23. Parr 3 is consistently great with excellent people working there. Everybody I have ever had contact with at Parr 3 Automotive has gone above and beyond. And they know what they are doing, of course.

I have used Parr3 for maintenance and tires on my last 6 cars. They do a good job and they aren't constantly trying to upsell you something you don't need, but they do let you know about things they find, which I appreciate.

Have used Norman Parr for all my vehicles needs as far back as I can remember. He used to be the best person in the upstate. My last visit was horrible and will never ever take or suggest anyone to this place. They take advantage of young to old. 12 days to change the oil. When I called asking for my vehicle since I just paid 2gs for brakes oil and tune up on my other vehicle which took 2 days. He has changed into a rude business man and will rip you off. He yells and is very disrespectful towards his workers and clients. I felt bullied while trying to get my 2nd car out before it cost me a fortune. He's using people that aren't aware and unfortunately I'm not the only victim. Pay attention or they'll charge you outrageous fees. Sad to say this but he shouldn't use the power of Christianity in his life to make it look good for business. I wish it was like it used to be HONEST, NICE AND CARING. Just lies cheats and steals your money and insulting your intelligence while doing so.Thanks for the years of great service but I definitely can't go back after being talked to in such an insulting way. If there's nothing wrong with your car yet you think there is FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL HELP YOU WITHOUT HURTING YOU $$$$

I've had several alignments done here by Richard. Several different vehicles. The last one had a minor issue so I went back a second time. The owner took me back and I spoke to Richard in great detail about the current alignment and several factors contributing to my experience driving the vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with how cordial they all were. The time they took to work through my issue and discuss options. They're very friendly, helpful and down to earth folks. All of my alignments have been perfect. The issue I experienced with the last was not technically their fault... too much detail for a review, but end of story is that I'm VERY satisfied with the service here and would highly recommend for alignments. I've never had any other work done here so cant comment on that.My advice - show up at 7am for an alignment. They get started at 730 but you'll likely be the first in line and out in a couple of hours.Service: Wheel alignment

It was my first time there. I pulled up and was greeted right away by a mechanic who took my car. He was friendly. The waiting room is spacious. It took about 20 minutes for then to finish. The ladies at the counter were also very nice. I will go back.

I need to have my tires rotated and balanced and an alignment. My husband spoke with Shane and he said to call the day before and they would take care of it. NEVER AGAIN! After having my car all day, when I went to pick it up it hadn't been touched and the old guy at the front gave me a hard time and said they were two days out. The best thing you can do for business is get rid ofhome, he'sRude.,

They were amazing here. I only expected to come in and get an estimate since they were so busy. But they took care of me right away and helped me get good prices. Another plus, is that they have a play room for kids. I had my 10 month old with me, so this was a God send. Also, they have a changing table in the restroom with diapers stocked. I was already happy with the service, but those things definitely made it our go to place now. Thank you!

Called last week to schedule a drop off my vehicle and was told no appointments just come by. Went this morning to have them look at a noise coming from my engine cover. The lady behind the counter didn't seem to interested in finding the person in charge to speak to. When that person came into the lobby and was told the reason we were there, he just said ok and walked to the back. 20 minutes later, no conversation from the lady behind the counter or the person in charge if they could look at the issue or should I return later or any kind of feedback whatsoever. Not a very good impression for my first time visiting based on the reviews for this business. Certainly my experience didn't match those who gave 5 stars. Will find another shop to take care of my vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Very professional and speedy. I had my power steering go out and And I couldn t Turn my steering wheel and it locked up on me so I couldn t drive it. Also my front wheel was making the weirdest noise for a few months and I had no idea what it was so once my steering wheel locked up I had it towed to them and I wasn t present for the towing but as soon as my car got there they called me immediately and told me they would check my car and they will call me back with an estimate. The very next day they called me and communicated very well with me and told me the estimate and what exactly was wrong with it and they also told me when it would be done. They repaired it with no issues and the price was not outrageous. All and all they were the best mechanics I have ever dealt with and I will always use them in the future. Never again will I come here! Got my oil changed plus 2 filters across the street. Stayed in my can and it took 15 min. Had a nail in my tire and came here to get it plugged. I got here at 9 am and is 9:45 and I'm still sitting here! Explain to me why it takes almost a hour to plug 2 holes? Everyone just drags their feet and no one is in a hurry! Never again

My wife was told to bring my car in this morning and they can take a look at it. She got there and the owner was yelling and being very disrespectful saying " you can leave it but won't be looked at today maybe tomorrow". Yesterday someone was supposed to look at this morning(first thing) because they were not busy. Now today they slammed with 50 cars! We won't be back!

I had to be towed in right at their closing time. They came outside and catered to me. They hit the repair time that they stated. I was running a little late to pick up my car, so I called and they waited after hours by about 10 minutes to make sure I could get my car. The bill was amazing! They did the work at an honest price. I couldn t be more happy, and they will get my business again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my husband's truck in as soon as they opened and was told it could be serviced same day. Took them two days to fix the ac. Was then told it would be 400 dollars. We then get there and they had to have another part which tacked on an extra 100 that they only told us about at pick up without prior authorization. Seems like an unprofessional place to me but theres no alternativesService: Air conditioning

While traveling back from Georgia we hit a truck tire carcus on I-85. Our wheel well was damaged causing the tire to scrub. We limped to Parr 3 for our first visit. We met a gentleman named Shane. I assumed he was the owner. He said he would take care of it and get us back on the road. He did in short order. He pulled the car upfront ready to go. I asked what do we owe you. He replied you've had enough bad news today and there's no charge for our service. He wished us safe travels and we headed home at last. Such a great guy and beautiful clean facility. We wish them great success and will repeat this story for years to come. God bless them all. Great folks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came in for an oil change.Waited for a while before anyone even came out to acknowledge me there. No other cars were in line. Was given a price for a full synthetic. At check out they added $20 because they had to use a special filter . I would have zero issues with paying that but inform me on that prior to completing the work and giving me no choice after the fact. Not that difficult to communicate with a customer.Also l I wanted my car to be looked for another issue and the lady over the phone just told me to bring it in and they ll do that after the oil change. They did the oil change and told me to come back next week for them to look at the other issue. I wouldn t have came in if they were going to make me come back a week later. Waste of time.

Super nice! I came in for what I thought was one issue, but instead when they checked it out it was another issue that was far easier to fix and less costly. They had me in and out quickly and were very kind. Highly recommend. So many places couldn't fit me in for two weeks and they took me right away and helped get me home. I so appreciated it!

This company doesn t have the expertise to work on engines. I just recently took my vehicle in to get repairs spent a fortune and was without my vehicle for almost the whole summer and Parr 3 was repairing my vehicle.After getting my vehicle back my engine light kept turning on and they told me it was because my exhaust detector was bad and they took the engine light came back on repeatedly after a few days. Just two days ago the knocking under the hood started took it elsewhere got a second opinion and 2 mechanics told me my engine was about to explode on me had to trade in my vehicle yesterday for a new vehicle. The mechanics didn t think I would make it to the dealership with the loud knocking due to a rod hitting the engine. Very disappointed with the service I received from Parr 3. I wouldn t have spent the money if I knew my car wouldn t last but 2 months after Parr 3 worked on my car. I would not recommend this business for service on your car. They may leave you stranded with a dead car.Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning

Get my oil changed here all the time. But I made a mistake of buying and getting my tires installed somewhere else, only to come back here for them the fix the problem. Parr3 got my tires balanced correctly and also pointed out that my tires were not all facing the outside with the same colored writing. 3 of them had the black writing while 1 had the white writing. They flipped that one to match the other 3.Long story short, don t go to some chain stores to get your tires. Get them done here. Save yourself time and get things done correctly the first time around.

They did a fine job installing an electric window lift. Most of the staff I encountered were terrific except one on the phone who was an a**hole. I will use them again for other service.

Terrible customer service. I was criticized at drop off for not bringing my car to the shop as soon as they opened, and yelled at when I asked questions at pick up about the service they provided me. Would not recommend.
