Had 4 rotors turned here. Worked fast, price was right, look perfect (they gave them back totally clean, the smudges are mine.) And unlike most places nowadays, they didn't try to nag me into replacing. O'Reilly might be a chain, but this is the way a real parts place operates.

This was the 4th store I visited looking for a part. Three previous said "We don't carry." Oreilly said we'll order and have in this evening. They did what they said with a smile and treated their customers like family. I am totally impressed.

Have been in a few times. Staff could care less if you shop there. The overall company would rather you buy online and ship to your home. I d rather do business in person, so this is not the place for me. 3 other parts stores right near by that appreciate my business.

Just walked out because, although I placed my items directly in front of the black haired woman at the register, she completely ignored me. I understand that she was on the phone, but ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS. After a minute, she scanned what I had placed on the counter, still never looking at me or speaking. Well, I also needed a part from behind the counter. Not knowing when, or if, I would be helped I simply walked out. Won't be back.

Tried to upsell me rotors, had to get manager to measure them and confirm they were still good to turn, other worker was straight lying about the thickness as I was watching the measuring tool

Super friendly staff! All the employees are extremely helpful but not pushy. This is a place that truly cares about their customers. And you feel great from the moment that you enter the store to the moment you leave. Their selection is fantastic. Not every automotive stores the same. This would definitely stands out as one I will continue using regularly.

I visited the Boiling Springs Road location on Wednesday evening, May19. A young man named Blake assisted us with a battery purchase and installation. He was very patient, explained everything and took his time with us during the whole process. I was very impressed with Blake and deeply appreciated the wonderful customer service as it seems hard to find these days. I wish this young man a blessed future and will be using this store for future needs.

My brother in law had to get a alternator for his tahoe they said they had a reman @ 169.00 but when we got there they only had a brand new one for over 300.00 but they made it right and sold him the new one for the reman price. I will definitely go there to get my parts from now on. Wait that is where i go anyways. Thank you guys for looking out for him. I went in today and Daniel was ringing up a guy for blue def and the guy not knowing give daniel 100 dollar bill and didnt know it when daniel realized it he took off out the door and caught the guy and give his money back and i commend him for that he very honest and ill go there to Daniels store from now on and it was Daniel that made me want to come back. Great job Daniel.

I love these folks. They answer my questions ... they have helped put my windshield wipers on and tell me what my check engine light means when it comes on what it means and parts i wkuld need.... they been very good to me... I enjoy going there

Staff could have been more friendly and not sold me a wiper blade that was open. And they could have offered to put the wipers on for me, it was not raining.

They are not very helpful at all. I usually go to Auto Zone. The one time I went to O'Reilly's, they were not helpful at all. I went back to Auto Zone and they helped me. I got the bulb I needed and they even helped me put it in my car.
