Just walked out. I went in for antifreeze and a blinker bulb. Lady behind the counter greeted me immediately, which was great. Then, right in the middle of speaking to me, she walked away to assist another employee with other customers. I simply turned around and walked out. Your customer service is lousy.

They warranted out one of my new batteries in my diesel at no charge, which was nice. The manager told me that if the new battery develops an intermittent internal short like the last one, he couldn't warrant it. News flash: if the new one starts acting like the old one, you're getting TWO batteries back. I spent good money on your best batteries...that comment on my way out the door was inappropriate.

I looked all over the local area for a specific sticker to remove the cylinder heads on a 1998 Honda Passport. This was the only place that had it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this store first if you're looking for a specialty part.

BJ at this store is top notch awesome!! I ve been attempting to get my left turn signal fixed for 2 weeks. Went to 2 other stores and received less than average customer service and the wrong parts. BJ took the time to come out to my car and help troubleshoot the issue. So, 2 weeks later and a grand total of $1.52 to rectify the issue, MY TURN SIGNAL WORKS!! Kudos to this store for employing such a stand up guy!!

What a quality place to get parts. Always helpful people and smiling faces. They must have a great boss, you can tell by the way the employees act, they are treated well.

I need new windshield wipers today, so I went to the Napa Store. They were very friendly and helpful. They installed my new windshield wipers at no charge. Wipers we're on sale also.
