They said I needed spark plugs but it was not on receipt or was estimate given. They said there was damage to the car but did not say where damage was. I'll have to call back and get it back in for spark plugs which should have been done at 90,000 service. Never got response about bad vibration in steering and seat bottom. Tires are not bad enough to cause this problem.

Took my car in because my heat wasn't working. Got a call that thermostat was sticking. Told them to go ahead and fix. Next call I got was that the problem was fixed and my vehicle was ready. Problem has not been fixed. Heat got luke warm at best then got cold. Do they not check to make sure what they do actually solved the problem? 4 trips over $600 2 different issues. Nothing fixed. Want take a tricycle there.

Nick is the guy to go to for great customer service. Always takes the time to explain the problem and what's to be done. Friendly, and knowledgeable techs. Today had a TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM issue. Issue seems to be corrected

They did an excellent job on replacing two calipers, brake pads and all new rotors on an older car that had sat a long time. The price was reasonable and it was done in a day and a half only because they had to wait on one part. (Or it would have been one day) Overall, it was an excellent experience with great communication and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!Update 5/13/23I had this same facility work on another vehicle for the front lower control arm replacement, all new brake pads and rotors and an exhaust repair. Everything came out excellent! I especially like it that they are careful to not get the interior dirty or stained. (Steering wheel, driver seat and floor) Also, they were very careful to not scratch my wheels when taking them off/on which I greatly appreciate.Everyone I have spoken with is courteous, knowledgeable and communicates very well about the service and pricing. If you are looking for good, honest service on your vehicle I would definitely go here.Thank you Meineke Boiling Springs!

I was out of town when my car died. I was referred here by another shop too busy to see me and couldn't have been more pleased. These guys did a great job! The first part didn't work, but they got another and stayed on it until they fixed the problem and sure I was road worthy again. I have referred my mother to this place for her repairs from now on. Thanks!

Had to get some work done to my vehicle. I ran some codes at a parts store, looked up the code found out it could either be thermostat, sensor, or radiator. Unfortunately for me, it was the radiator .BUT I was skeptical of where to get this work done. I looked up some reviews on Meineke in Boiling Springs, and decided to give them a shot. This shop took care of me, advised me on some other concerns with my vehicle , did NOT pressure me to get MORE work done, (like most shops), instead, they replaced what I needed in a timely manner, and I was back on the road within a few hours. 5 STAR!!!

Do not use this shop. They are independent owned and do not back up the work. Overpriced as well on repairs. . I refuse to be sucked into paying anymore money when the work should of been honored. Honesty and customer service beyond the deal is a precious commodity.

Had the serpentine belt changed on my 2006 Toyota tacoma at the boiling Springs location. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They performed the work in a timely manner and was fairly priced.

Friendly employees. Great service. I do suggest that corporate change the store hours on the website to 6:00PM as they don't match the actual closing time of 5:00 PM which was a real inconvenience to me. A phone call would've been nice to notify me that the business was closing & I would've made payment over the phone so I could've picked up my car on the same day instead of next morning. Not a fault of the franchise owner or management. Other than that, I was overall satisfied & will return again.

I visited your establishment on Saturday at opening, as I made an appointment earlier in the week. I was taken right in to service my car. Some problems occurred and it took the tech longer but I was made aware of it and explained ed the procedure of what I d need at a later date. I couldn t do everything on Saturday as I m in a fixed budget and did not have enough to complete that job. Overall, the experience was good and the young man at the counter (I m sorry I forgot his name) was very pleasant and helpful!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

4 stars reduced to 1. 18 mos ago this shop repaired a ball joint, bearing and control arm on my Outback. It developed more suspension problems and I narrowed it down to the passenger ball joint and control arm (which they replaced) as I inspected the parts on the car I found non-OEM, substandard hardware installed and that my axle housing had been drilled through/modified in order to make their hardware work. Although they stated they had trouble with rusty bolts and had to drill them out, they did not state that they replaced them the way they did. This is backyard mechanic work. This is not work that a trained mechanic should be doing. I contacted corporate and the location and although they were polite they only offered to look at my car next week. I am now without the car for several days and I do not trust them to touch my car again. This repair cost me $642 to begin with and will now cost me almost $800 to fix the resulting problems from the work they originally did. The hardware they installed bent, is gouged and did not support the ball joint correctly. The resulting vibrations and problems has worn out other parts on the right side. I am thankful that the bolt only bent and did not shear. That would ve been devastating. Corporate takes no responsibility for their name. The shop takes only minimal responsibility by offering to look at it next week. No other recourse for their unsafe work. I will not be using any Mienecke or associated Driven brands if this is the culture that these companies foster. More pictures to come as I dismantle this abomination and repair the damage.Service: Auto engine tuning

UBER SC Vehicle inspection approved location. They even have the UBER required form!! Uber failed to mention the form! Please call and ask the price. Easy, they are familiar with the inspection.

Price is very high. Charge for everything. Give you a credit then takes it back when you use debit card. Charges 3.5% to use card.
