Nothing but wonderful words to say bout this shop. From the time you pull up until the time, you leave great customer service, even told me I needed brake pads. They have a little lobby area as well. They offer new/used tires, or they can order you what you're looking for if they don't already have it. Will bring all my vehicles here for tires strongly recommend. Very reasonable prices as well.

Just had 4 new tires that I bought on line put on and balanced, The small skinny guy with the batman tee shirt could do with some manners, but the other guys seemed to be efficient and polite. Every tire was inflated above 48psi, the recommended psi for my car is 32psi, some recalibration of the pressure gauges required. I doubt I will be back here. Not cheap either.

Everyone is always so friendly here, the best prices around and no appt required. They work fast and get the job done properly! They re also honest and don t try to sell you extra stuff you don t actually need.

Very poor service during an emergency. Elderly lady just needed her spare tire. Plug. Brought tire there. Just to get plugged and this tire shop turned her down...

Got tires from them and asked about my alignment said it was fine. 2 months later tires are tore into and the shop manager won't take responsible. Wants me to pay for new tires and wouldn't even offer a discount for a mistake thier employee made.

Went by for a spare tire for my vehicle. He got me one and changed out my spare. Very nice people and very reasonable with prices. New and good used tires. Would recommend to anyone to try them out.

Very bad service . people have bad additudes and they do not stand behind there work . they purposefully n knowing sold me wring tire . wouldn't give me reciept. My car is all over the road . unsafe and they say they wont do anything about it .

Absolutely professional, well experienced and affordable!! I drove 250 miles not knowing my caliber had locked on me. My car tire acted weird twice after I pressed the brakes during my ride. When I got out at a store I seen smoke coming from the same tire I googled tire shop and Boom, J Tire it was. I'm usually good at making decisions and that was confirmed again today. Everything was explained to me before during and after him fixing my tire. He provided prompt services, he went above and beyond for to get me and kids back home. I recommend anyone in need of tire services in that area to go to J Tire. Thanks Jay and the Crew we made it.

I have been here a few times for used tires. The tires are in excellent condition. He has different prices depending on how good the tire is. I spent $40 per tire and they were practically brand new. Great fast service. Of course there's only a couple of guys so if there's other customers there you might have to wait a bit.

My husband needed his tires mounted and balanced. They got us in as soon as we pulled up. Super friendly and fast service! My husband's truck drives like it's brand new! We'll definitely be back!

On 8/5/22, Friday, I bought 4 used tires from JJ tire. They seemed to have pretty good thread on them for a total of $177.20. I kept 2 of my old tires in case of an emergency. The next day, Saturday, one of the tires were flat. And by the time I realized it, the tire shop was closed for the weekend. Early Monday morning, I had to go by a portable tire pump just to get my son to school. I immediately went back to the shop afterwards and they replaced the bad tire. 1 week later the same thing happened to the opposite back tire. They charged me $11 to plug it. On 8/30/22, the same tire I replaced 2 weeks ago went flat again. & Again, I just left the tire shop. I was charged $40 to put on the 2 tires that I originally saved in case of an emergency. & They didn't even have to dispose of the tires. 4 trips to this tire shop in less than 30 days and I will not be back. You have lost my business JJ Tire. Save your money and time guys. I recommend going to the Thunderbird Flea market or Tire Corral for all your used tires. 0 Stars!

A big thank you to Juan and the fellas this morning. I had a flat just before driving to Sumter for an appointment and was NOT interested in changing to the spare. Called my insurance and as they've always done before, they set up for a truck to tow me to the repair shop of my choice. However, tow company never called me to confirm my location, nor was I able reach them. So, Juan came all the way to ME and changed the tire and then we drove back to their shop where he fixed me right up. Very good service and extremely reasonable prices with a personal touch.

Juan & his crew were amazing. From the phone call when i was looking form prices for new brakes, to me bring my car in on such a busy Friday afternoon ( 7/13/18). Juan was kind, patient, understanding and I knew he was trustworthy and he was very honest.the prices were fantastic for labor and parts ( especially for a girl on a budget). I will be back for all my car needs in the future and i will definitely refer all that i know ti J&J tire in boiling springs- Thanks again Juan - pam brooks

Juan and his crew were excellent! BEST DEALS around on brand new tires, couldn t find a better price for a full install of tires. Juan is so kind and very helpful, also very honest. Couldn t be more satisfied!

Horrible service. Destroyed half the lug nuts I had just recently removed by hand to rotate my tires. Then tried to charge me just to remove them so I could pay 11$ a piece to replace the lugs THEY destroyed. Go down the street to Dean's. J & J does not use care to protect your property.

I had a flat tire and was at the mercy of whoever could help me. Juan, at J&Js Tire shop quoted me a price for the service call and tire. He had customers to wait on first and I understood. I waited for him and he took off the tire, went back to the shop, put it on the rim, came back and finished fixing my tire. I was shocked when he told me what I owed him. It was less than half of what he quoted me. God is good and he has blessed Juan with a good heart. He didn't know my situation but he helped me so much. I know where I will always go for tires and who I will always recommend and appreciate. Thanks so much, Juan. You are a great person with a great heart. God bless you always.Sharon Elchisco

Not helpful at all. Have a flat tire in my garage about a mile away and would not come to get the tire because they said the tow truck was broke down. Offered to pick him up and bring him here in another vehicle and said he would miss business. Will not give this place my business ever

Great place ! Called last minute before closing because the tire I had blew. He waited on me to get there . Good used tire , good price. Super Friendly ! Will definitely recommend to others

The receptionist help me immediately after telling her what I needed.. Kevin showed me tires and explained to me the difference in pricing...they worked with me when I had questions about spending a certain amount of money. I appreciate that!!!

Very shady! I got my a new tire from here i asked them to put my spare tire and rim back under my truck a couple months go by i have a flat so I go to get my spare from under my truck but its not there I go ask them if it was left out by accident they said not by them I should have checked behind them didn't realize the spare rim is $300 lesson learned in my part.

The staff is super nice and they worked so quickly! Got me in and out with a nice used tire! Tire was basically new!! Even their new tires are reasonably priced! Loved it!
