the shop is full of nice people, especially the managers, their pricing is on point and they get you in and out as quickly as possible, which was great timing for us! they have a great selection of tires and we will absolutely be coming back for tire needs in the future!

First thing early morning I had a rear passenger flat tire on my company vehicle. I put air in it and went straight to guaranteed tire and auto. I was a walk-in customer. JT, who runs the front counter and does repairs as well had a great get it done attitude and had the nail removed, tire plugged and ready in under 30 minutes. I ve sent my daughter there multiple times for used tires for her car. They re always helpful and extremely reasonably priced. As a business owner myself I really appreciate techs like JT who know their stuff, treat customers professionally and have a great attitude. High recommend!

I found myself in desperate need right away for a size tire that several other shops did not have available (used of course). I was hoping to make it through February but nope! I called and the gentleman was very nice and told me he had the size tire and could put mount and balance them right away. Very reasonable price for pretty decent tires. Will hold us over for a stent while we save up for new ones!

One of the worst places I ve ever gone to. Took my car to get some new tires and they ended up scratching the car and the rims. I tried to contact them but was told that they basically don t care and it s not their problem . Don t expect any professionalism.

Tony has an insane amount of great used tires. He is super knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you are happy. Highly recommended!!

On an emergency couldn't go anywhere else spur of the moment. These guys had the oddball sized (used) tire I needed. Actually two so that was even better. Decently priced and really good shape. Can't remember the owners name, but he was really helpful and super cool. If your in a pinch needing used tires or even new for that matter, hit this place up. Super friendly, knowledgeable and great prices. Even on that odd, nobody has can't get it kind of tire. You'll be surprised, check em out. I will be back for my tires to be replaced.

Blew a tire while visiting here, and pulled in to be greeted by Tony. He was super quick and professional, having my tire replaced with a like-new used one by his awesome associate for free seeing I was in a predicament during the holiday season. Such a great experience, will be sending business from friends and family to this place for their kindness and blessings.

Good luck with them I have been broke down for a couple weeks now I have called a couple times to speak with the mechanic and even went by there and spoke with him in person to get a price to fix my car I get the same answer every time I need look it up I have your number I'll call you. I need my car fixed if you can't or won't do it say so instead of giving people the run around when they always bring all of their business to them I will be finding someone else from now on NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Definitely did a Great job on getting me the right tires I needed and even caught a malfunction on my way out the door, fixed it with minor charge. They do a good job a very thorough. I would definitely recommend them

I went to the shop for something minor. My tag and low beam light was out. Josh was very professional and fixed it for me with no problems. I was very happy with the service.

Hey Guaranteed Tires I was assisted by a man named Josh. He was polite and had wonderful customer service. He definitely understood everything and expounded and explained thoroughly what I should do in the future concerning my car. Thank you Josh!!!

I didn't personally go, but my mom did. She had her own tire and just needed them to put it on the rim for her and she said she had to wait there for over 3 hours and pay 55$ just for them to put a tire on a rim after a over 3 hour wait... wouldn't recommend

I came here to get some used tires, mine were in bad shape. Every single one of the people who worked there were so amazing. I can t say enough about their kindness and generosity towards me. I didn t have a lot of money to get my tires done but they were able to help me out and get 4 used tires.I will continue to come here and see the employees here for any work I need or refer others here. Great prices for small town tire shop. Had to return as tire was mounted improperly. Things I would caution are that they don t torque down lug nuts and they impact the hell out of them. This is concerning as one of our cars is recommended to be torqued to 76ftlbs of torque. My other car is 90ftlbs and I m sure the impact gun is hammering away at way more than that. When I went to check the torque on one of the cars they lugs felt overtightened.Staff is super friendly when I went. When the shop gets busy things were a bit of a mess. No one knew who was next and people just scattered all over the parking lot.Don t know if I ll go back. Had I not have to go back that might have swayed my decision. Not a terrible experience but just caution on the things I mentioned. -Update 2/2/19I m going to wash the car and I find that none of the old weight adhesive was removed. Super disappointed with the quality of work. Would not recommend. I ve had tires mounted on various different cars since I was 16 and have never had this happen.

Worst experience ever. I support local businesses and always will.. I used guaranteed tire and auto a few times before. Today I came in to get my tire plugged and they could not take my tire off. They plugged the tire but stripped three lugs trying to take the tire off. When I confronted them about it the manager or owner (fancy lady) told me the tires were overtightened and that if I persisted then she would have me pay for the broken tool. All I wanted was them to give me 3 new lugs that they stripped. The person that worked on my car was a younger Hispanic gentleman. When I confronted them about it the younger gentleman was nowhere to be seen. Please help me spread the word. I would hate for anyone to experience the cursing and name calling that I experienced. Then they told me to get off of their property when they couldn t say anything else. Update: 12-22-2022This place is still a scam. They ve been scamming people for years now! By all means avoid this place!

The owners attitude from the moment I pulled in to the moment I drove out was deplorable. I brought my work van in to get a tire exchange, the owner kept making smart comments the whole time he judged, before he even had a chance to even speak to me. Let's just say he made me pay before the tire could be exchanged and acted as if I was out to get him the whole time. A.J. the guy who was doing the work handled it very well... I will NEVER give this company a penny more of my hard earned money. But I made sure A.J. got a tip.

I was in a pickle and had to get two tired going out of town . Josh stopped me from leaving and hooked up the tires checked all the fluids to make sure the car was safe to drive can t recommend this place enough ! Thank you from a loyal customer!!

This past Friday, I had a tire on my single axle trailer blow while heading up 26. I got to a gas station on New Cut. Checked the tire to find it in shreds. Got permission to leave it there temporarily while I buy a tool to get the tire off. Omw to buy the tool, I see this place, pull in and meet a guy named JT. Explain my situation and another employee, Zack, hears me telling what happened and offers to come to my trailer and remove the tire. He follows me back and removes the tire. He puts a trailer tire on the rim. JT explained the tires on my homemade trailer are passenger tires and really need trailer tires. I take the tire back and install it on the trailer. Then bring the trailer to them to replace the other tire. By the time I brought the trailer, they had several customers. Every worker had several task they seemed to be working on. They still worked me in and got me going.These folks could have blown me off and moved on but instead they decided to help me out. I appreciate their willingness to help me get back on the road so I could finish my task. Give this business a shot next time you need something done for your car tires.

Good service and reasonable prices - I had a flat tire and they were able to quickly patch it, attentive and friendly as well. They removed this huge bolt (see picture). -Updated review (downgrading from 5 to 4 stars):When I took off, after the short time the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) comeback on and was on throughout my driving. The confusing parts is that the tires didn t look empty. Later I checked tire pressure and they all were OVERINFLATED. Instead of 33 PSI, one was at 73, another at 68, 47 and 52!!! Thank God that they did not explode! Once I deflated to 33 PSI, the TPMS light turned off. -

I picked up some used tires from guaranteed tire and auto. Awesome tires and a great price the guys balance them and stuck them on my vehicle. Overall I had a great experience with them and I'll definitely return. the waiting room had I huge tv which made it an easy wait super friendly techs and they're selection of tires is huge. Awesome place. I had them install a tire on the rim for me. They installed it on my car for only a few dollars more. All this was done costing LESS than estimates I got for just having the tire put on the rim. Definitely have my business for the future.
