Bought a '07 Buick Lacrosse from this dealer about a month ago. The price was good, the car was in decent shape and the dash read 86k mileage. The associate who sealed the deal with me was very kind and accommodating so my anger is not directed towards him as much as at the dealer for not looking closer at the car they were selling. Took it in the shop a few weeks after I bought it where they discovered that the motor was swapped from an '06 Pontiac Grand Prix. It's very discomforting to not have a clue as to how many miles are actually on the vehicle.

Well, I bought a Mazda3 from Carz a month ago, and I can safely say that I have been having a wonderful time with the car. Car is just superb so far and it is one of the best dealing I had with someone. Without hassle and without pressure.Ed has a pleasing personality too and he will guide you through whole of the process very professionally. You can believe what you are being told and you can always trust the car that he is selling to you. The best part is that he is very approachable and also doesn t mind checking the car even if the car has been sold, which shows how genuine a guy he is.I am sure I would not have got such a deal somewhere else around Spartanburg. He helped a lot and sold a great car, I must say.Highly recommend this place !! You won t regret.P.S it was my first ever purchase in US and I am glad I dealt with Ed.

For someone who has never purchased a car on my own, I felt as though I was in good hands from the moment I drove onto the lot.Ed was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. I never felt pressured to buy a car and was impressed at how Ed was concerned that I got a car that was a perfect fit.I would highly recommend....if you are in the market for a used car at reasonable prices....visit Carz 2 in Boiling Springs!!You won't be disappointed!!

The owner ED really does know how to treat a stranger and make them feel welcomed. Has really nice inventory of car selection. He turned a bad week for my daughter into a one stop happy day for my little girl we can t thank him enough. Ed is very friendly and has reasonable priced vehicles. No pressure sale. He was very helpful with my purchase of my Honda Minivan. He was very fair with the price negotiation as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased a Nissan Juke from here and it was all we hoped for and moreThe price was very reasonable. We did have a couple issues but was able to fix it and the car has been running well ever since. We even discussed the issues and they offered to help us and eventually they even dropped a good bit of money off of our original purchase price after we kept payments up and stayed in touch with them.They worked the payments around our budget and that has helped us tremendously, especially since we had to relocate out of state due to new job.Overall, after considering all we've gotten and how well they've come through for us...I would recommend you to give them your business.Thanks y'all!We truly appreciate y'all standing by your sales, Ed & Jamie!God Bless!

This by far has been the best experience with buying a car. Everyone dreads the fact of finding a car. Used carz made everything breeze. Ed Was a very cool guy felt like i knew him before even before purchasing the car. Prior to purchasing the motor had gone out in the cars passenger side. Ed immediately had one of the mechanics order the part immediately. The window was fixed in a timely manner. I recommend anyone to go purchase a car from used carz. Even the mechanics Craig was really cool quick too!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I wish I had known ahead of time that this place has an F rating from the BBB. The complaints are public to read , so take a look before you buy from here. Horrible horrible experience. Back in October I purchased a car for my wife. When we showed up with the down payment the car still was not ready , however, we signed paperwork and gave a down payment, with the promise that the list of things would be repaired prior to us picking it back up . Needless to say, we weren t able to get the car until 8 DAYS LATER, and still the car was not fixed . My AC doesn t work. Why would I purchase a car for over $8000 when the vehicle had no ac? We were told by the mechanic that he put a used ac compressor on it, but it never worked . He said it was because he couldn t test it until it was warmer outside , to bring it back and they would take care of me when it was warmer outside . Their thoughts were it just needed Freon. Also I was told that several things had been done to my car that were not done. I was told the rotors were replaced, however, I have pictures of the rotors to show they were never replaced . All of these things I have IN WRITING from a former employee of Jamie Catalanos. The same one we dealt with the entire time and the same one who sold us the car . Now that his partner no longer runs the boiling springs car lot , where we bought ours from , Mr Catalano is refusing to make good on the repairs . I have a 4 month old infant and a 5 year old that I am carrying around in this car . I have asked MULTIPLE times for them to show me and to produce a copy of the service orders of the repairs done to my car, to which they cannot produce me. According to The lady , Kris, who is now running the boiling springs lot, they didn t start keeping work orders until she took over , just a month ago . So all these repairs I have in writing , they can t prove to me they were done . We are not talking about new issues that arose with the vehicle , we are talking about issues we had from the day of purchase . According to mr Catalano , he allowed his business partner to run his lot into the ground, and now they are playing damage control . Those are the EXACT words out of Mr Catalano, the owners mouth , as I have recorded on my phone (as every convo I have had with them since they took over the boiling springs lot). So because he lost money on certain deals , he refuses to make good . He is trying to charge me for the repairs AGAIN. He told my wife she could just return the car if she s not happy . They do not do honest business and should be ashamed of themselves . I also forgot to mention that during my initial conversation with Kris, his office assistant , I asked her why my down payment wasn t reflecting on my finance paperwork, to which I was told that s how they did things around there. They take the down payment off before they do the paperwork. In an effort to prove this to me, she pulled a file of ANOTHER clients, which mind you had all this ladies personal info, but this woman s down payment DID show on her paperwork . The other customers name was Tyffani. I won t say her last name on here , but I hope she sees this and knows that they are showing people her private information

Spoke with employee over the phone who assured me that the two Accords on their lot were non smoking vehicles. Drove two hours to come see them and they stunk of smoke and had cigarette burns/holes on the seats. My wife has asthma and the smell on it effects her.

Bought 1995 Toyota Avalon 2 months ago. Pieces of the interior started falling apart because it was held together by duct tape. Now the engine is busted and have to scrap everything.

I don t recommend nobody to buy anything from this car lot!!! They sold me a bad car and less then a week the brakes gave out on my daughter twice last time sent her through traffic
