While the staff was very friendly and helpful the quality of work is just not there, I ve had two cars there and each have had an extensive list of issues after I picked them up. One of these cars had over 64 codes stored after they swapped out the engine, welds on the exhaust components they replaced were awful and both cars have had extensive oil leak issues from components that they claimed to have replaced. Overall I would not recommend wasting time or money with this shop.

Highly recommend the team at C.A.R.S. I ran into an issue with a seized brake caliper on my F150 while traveling through SC last month. When I called, they didn't hesitate and advised to have the tow truck drop off and they would look at asap. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, expedite parts, and get me back on the road within a couple hours, they also let my two dogs hang out in the office and visit with Shadow. Super friendly and great service. You saved the day!

Needed oil change in my Silverado and was quoted $150; went to competitor got oil change for $45 in Inman.Will not go back. Lady behind counter is very rude to people and throws prices up off the top of her head; acting like she didn t want my business!

New owners spent some time and money at this place, always answered the phones and my endless questions, I even got some snacks and drinks from the fridge, and the prices were less than half that than the dealers. Love supporting veterans too, recommended and will return!

Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Quote was given up front and they kept in touch with progress during the repair. My car runs better than ever now.

I do not recommend it to anyone, I went and I will never return, they are thieves for checking my A/c they only charged me $105, additionally it took 2 hours unnecessarily and they tell me that for changing the compressor of a 2015 Ford explorer the estimate is an additional $2215.00 so insulting that they charged me $5 for the use of their supplies, how cheeky, don't go, I don't recommend it, if you have extra money to give away then go.Son estafadores, cobran muy por encima y no te resuelven nada , son unos ladrones, no los recomiendo

They did not expect to work on our car till this tues but were able to get to it much more quickly. Customer service excellent. Estimates clearly written and very thorough. However Our car is just not worth the repairs. Too old with too many problems.

These guys are the absolute best! I go to their shop without question anytime anything is wrong with my car. They've done a lot of maintenance for mine and my families car and are always willing to explain and show specifically what's wrong. They even gave me a broken part just so I could take it apart and see what was wrong myself. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had working with an auto repair shop. I found the owner and staff to be intelligent, well-trained and willing to show me first hand the problem my truck was having. Most importantly, they were very inviting, from the intake manager to Shadow, the office mascot. A beautiful Alaskan Husky. I was highly impressed with them. Very professional and didn't try and talk me into anything that was necessary. They also did the work very quickly so that I could have my car back as soon as possible. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience. Bought two cars so far. First one was great. No hidden issues. So far the second one has been good as well. Difficult to find mechanics that have integrity. This one does and his family is a pleasure to be around and work with! Highly recommended!UPDATE THE CAR HE SOLD ME HAD A BAD TRANSMISSIONLOST 1200I will never buy from these people again.

Ballard, the owner, spent a lot of time on a freon leak detection, found the leak and showed it on the condenser coil.The replacement price was very reasonable. I like everything they have done.

Took my Bmw545I to them on 3/14/22 gave a estimate of 957.41 to repair my valve cover and gaskets. So he said let me put dye in oil to see where it s leaking, so when we called he said it was valve cover gasket s and the oil pan gasket and said it would be 1355.27. We said ok.that was on 3/21/22. Picked up on 3/24/22 and it was still leaking they said we had 24000 mile or 2 yr warrant. Called him back and he said he was busy to wait for another week. Brought it back 4/4/22 so after waiting a week we called they said it is something different leaking so then warranty did not cover it. Now it s the front cover gasket and timing gasket and it would be 1279.00. We disagreed and he said 660 so we had no choice to pay it since he had our car. Couple days later the fuel line on top of engine came apart and now we have to pay another mechanic to do it. Small claims court?Service: Engine repair

My truck air conditioner needed to be recharged and I pulled in here today just to see how much it would cost and how long it would take. Soon as I pulled up the owner walked over to my window and asked what I needed. I told him about my air conditioner and he told me to pull right up to the machine and started checking it. He checked how much freon I needed, told me the cost and did it right then. I couldn't believe how nice, easy, and fast my service was done. I would highly recommend Jim!

Polite and knowledgeable workers. They are one place that is straight up with you before they start working on your vehicle. They explain in layman's terms what the problem is and how much it will be. They also tell you if there's an easy fix you can take, for instance, our a/c had no freon. They told us that there was could be a tiny leak but they could fix it so that itd be cool and put dye in it so if there was a leak, it'd show exactly where it was. He also said the confessor had some damage which I expected because I had hit a deer. But he said it'd be about $300 to do it all. So we took the cheap way and now we know to save back enough money to get the whole thing fixed and we are riding in a cool vehicle again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These are people with no integrity. Car was stolen from this shop due to their negligence. Owners and employees changing their story about what really happened and will not own up to their responsibility. Great service, my jeep broke down around 2 miles from their garage, they even came out to give me a ride to the garage whilst waiting for the tow truck. Very friendly and honest staff, 2 hours later they had installed a new water pump and I was back on the road. He seemed nice but charged me 1300 to repair my a/c and less than two weeks later it went out again. I went somewhere else and it cost me 800 to properly fix it. Wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Beware!! Very shady mechanicTook my car for diagnostics on a Friday didn't get a call that they would be leaving it over the weekend...oh it gets better..they drove my Benz the whole weekend not even refilling my gas...comes Monday car was never even hooked up to a computer..100% shady .. you've been warned people!!
