Such nice people and the truck got there in 20min. Thank God that you meet for sending us very nice people to check on my husband and I until the truck got there. I most definitely recommend this company due to customer service and the price.

Very fast service. He was here in 20 minutes to get my broken down car out of the road. Very friendly and helpful and did not over charge. Fair pricing and excellent service. I will be using this company every time for my towing needs!!!! Thank you Byrd towing.

I use these guys all the time but yesterday they did me dirty. I called pretty early for them to come out and was told it would be $60 to move a car from one place in boiling springs to another place in boiling springs. Had to call back and tell them I had reschedule for 3:30 so I got a call at 3:45 and he said he ll get a driver out there when he can. I waited and missed the call at 4:42 so I called back and got in touch with him at 4:48 and he says I have to go home first and use the restroom and it ll be about 25 minutes and arrived at 5:21. Left around 5:40 and said the price was $75 because he came out late and they said it was my fault that he got there late. Then I asked the driver if he wanted the address twice and he said nah I know where you re talking about and almost delivered to the wrong place and told the people there, that I told him to go there.

Was having trouble finding a towing company after another canceled. I called Byrd towing and he explained that he probably could not get my car. Five minutes later he called back and said he could squeeze it in. Very quick service and used all precautions to not damage my car since it is low to the ground. Fair pricing. I highly recommend!

I was in a car accident and Byrd Towing was called to pick up my car. As everyone who has been in a wreck knows, it s an extremely stressful situation, and I don t have any family or friends nearby so I was dealing with it on my own. The driver who came to get my car, Joey, was so incredibly kind and calm, which helped me get a grip on the situation. After that I had to go to the tow yard to get my license plate and everyone on-site was really nice and helpful. There is nothing enjoyable about your car getting totaled, but it really goes a long way when everyone helping with the situation is knowledgeable, reassuring, and kind. I hope I don t ever need a tow in this sort of situation again, but if I do, I won t hesitate to call Byrd Towing.Service: Car towing

Excellent service from Byrd Towing in Boiling Springs, SC. The driver who came to pick up my car was very polite and friendly. When I called them they were out on another call but gave me a realistic time frame of when they would come and called again when they were on their way. They still managed to get the car faster than I expected even though they were out when I first called, it was under 2 hrs. They used a flat bed truck and delivered my car straight to the mechanic. They accept various forms of payment but left the bill with the mechanic which made it more convenient for me. I'm not sure what going rates are for towing but I thought their rates were reasonable. I've heard a lot of horror stories about other tow companies in the area so I was extremely pleased and thankful for the prompt service that Byrd Towing provided.

Wouldn't use again because simple directions aren't followed when asked to call when vehicle was picked up from starting point and no reminder of when he was showing up at my door. Simple request that was ignored that was important.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANY AND EVERYBODY IVE USED BYRDS ON A FEW OCCASIONS AND ONE OCCASION HAPPENED TO BE EARLY MORNING AROUND 1230A.M. POURING RAIN AND 40 DEGREES. THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND VERY PROMPT. THANK YOU FOR A DEPENDABLE AND GENEROUS TOWING SERVICE.

This company is a rip off! They charged me $50 to take me 2 miles. Not only that but I was in my army uniform coming home that day. No military discount or anything. Won t be using these guys ever again!
