I made my 2nd vehicle purchase with Auto Connection of Boiling Springs. The transaction was so smooth and amazing. I LOVED how Elizabeth treated me as a person and not just a customer. She stayed over late with me to make sure i could drive my vehicle home!! I really love my new vehicle. It was an enjoyable experience.

Shopping at Auto Connection has been a breeze and very satisfying. The dealership offers a nice variety and a nice price range for many budgets. After the test drive, I wanted the tires on my newly purchased, 2013 Ford Fusion SE, to be filled and before I left the lot, everything was set. Affordable payments and very accommodating with insurance and down payments. Thanks to Suzanne for her thorough help and patience!

This place is a joke !!! The owner is a coward who likes to talk down to a women and then thought he could get in my boyfriends face when he got there but that didn t go over too well! Then he refused to fix our car that is under warranty and I have had to take the car there 4 times for the same problem that they said was fixed ! I take it down there today to replace the piece they was suppose to have fixed the first time only to leave with yet a different problem! Owner says it s not their fault and things happen but yet I never had the problem until their so called mechanics got a hold of it !!! Keep in mind my car was suppose to have been still under warranty yet we had to buy almost $400 to have them fix the same issue over and over !!! The owner told us to never step foot on his lot again or he would call the police ! Wow coward ! Not much of a business owner ! Needless to say we have contacted an attorney

I've been with them for a yr and half. Honestly Ive had issues on and off with my car but they have always been really good about getting it fixed. The new staff is definitely an upgrade

We bout a car from this company 2 years ago. My car has been in the shop 8 times with a warranty we just had to pay 200 every time , the car has been problem after problem. We ve never been late on a payment, they ve never had to call about payment or anything. My car blows up with 9000 still left to pay and they won t even offer to put me in anything else. Elizabeth had been working with my husband about this process and then the RUDE manager yells there is nothing they can to do help me get into another car despite having money for a new down payment and hangs up! This company is ridiculous! Never offered other options. This isn t the way people should do business. I see now this has been a problem.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!don't buy from here!!! my friend has had NOTHING but problems from her car she got in August it's been there getting repairs more times then she's had it. the first time they fixed her radio it started messing with the computer and they CUT her Hazzard lights. the 2nd time they tried to say she ran the engine out of oil and it blew up but she had taken it to get oil changes and this was in October so obviously it had an oil leak from what they said and they replaced the engine with a used one even though the lady in the office said it was a new one and it took over 2 weeks to get back and the check engine light came on 30 miles after getting it back the same day. well it started having issues again going into limp mode the smell of gas filling the car not being able to go below 2k rmp without it sputtering among other things and it blew up again on December 12. on December 13th they towed it the lot and are refusing to fix her car because I told them we would report them to the better business Bureau and trying to tell them everything another mechanic had seen wrong with it that looked at it from an issue with the upper control arm causing her car to eat tires because of the back tires cambered, shift solenoid d misfire and 8 other engine code, a power steering leak, a coolant leak, freon boiling out, under the beauty cover they had just spliced wires together among other issues. they told her they would tow it anywhere she wanted to have it fixed but when they picked it up they didn't call her to tow it where she wanted and now they refuse to tow it anywhere else and told her she would have to have it towed to her shop of choice and that they won't work on it even though she purchased an extended warranty through them and the engine they replaced they said came with a 3 year warranty but didn't give her that warranty information either for it to be used at another shop. this place is money hungry and horrible go somewhere else before you ever think about spending your money here! also keep in mind they have 2 loaner cars they loan to customers when their cars are being worked on and they have told her each time the 2 cars are out so a customer is always having a car worked on and they don't have enough loaner cars to help make sure their customers are coved and treated equally across the board!!!

Bought my 2015 Kia with only 100k miles on it and paid it off I ve never had any issues out of my car only thing I had was a part that was recalled on my car but other than that my car still runs great I would recommend.

I don t recommend getting a car from here . They do not do full inspection before selling you the car and when you bring it to them to get the issues fixed , they try to charge you when those issues should have been fixed before the car is given to someone . Suzanne in the office is very rude and hung up in my face while trying to explain to her about these issues .

Suzanna was an absolute Angel. However my car that bought out in cash lasted for 6 day and had my kids and I stranded in the middle of the road in 100 degree weather.. I bought the car As Is but was told the only issue with the car was high mileage but I do understand there was no warranty (and trust me I will NEVER make that mistake again) but I received not even an once of empathy from Elizabeth or the manager. They could ve reached out to help or even faked like they care even the slightest but their action showed that not only did they NOT care they made me feel I was completely scammed and I will be posting my complaint on ever review and reporting to the BBB. I m also telling everyone who will listen to avoid this car lot.. they only received a 2 star from me BC of Suzanna.. I can t stand Souless individuals who take advantage of ppl and I pray Karma does it s job..

If I could give 0 starts I would. Don t buy a car or even look their way my car broke down in 3 months I was paying for the warranty and they wouldn t even cover the damages for the transmission that went out! DO NOT BUY from here save yourself money and time!!Glad I had some money saved to purchase another car from a better car lot and give them back their piece of trash.

I am extremely happy with Auto Connection of Boiling Springs. I purchased a car from Suzanne two weeks ago and had a few issues with it she immediately jumped to have it all taken care of! After the car was finished I still felt uneasy and the Manager Jacob stepped in to make my experience everything I needed it to be. The staff was very courteous and eager to help my wife and me get into a nice ride! We picked a few cars that we liked, they told us what we needed down for each one and once we made a choice we were driving home in no time and the best part is those down payment amounts stayed exactly what they said they would. There was no telling us one thing to get us there and then changing it first chance they got. I would recommend anyone buy a car from these folks! We felt welcome and in the loop throughout the entire process. Go see Suzanne and get your new car today!

I got my car from here about a year and a half ago and I make my payment every 2 weeks I absolutely love this place because they are very flexible and always call me to remind me to make my payment when I forget. They don't hound me and they are very understanding as long as you communicate. Whenever I had an issue with my car they have a mechanic shop there that will look at it fix it and if there's any charge they will separate it on your payment so you can pay it with your car payment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to find a good used car with a company that will be good to them throughout their financing. Thank you Auto connections for making my first finance car a great experience!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! My car wouldn t start called them they said it had nothing to do with them, had it towed to dealership and in fact the device they put on your car had malfunctioned causing it to kill battery dealership couldn t touch it due to device had to pay tow bill to get it back them to fix (which they did replace device) later our family was expanding (4 kids) so we needed another car went to them first and after receiving nasty txt messages from sales rep I decided to buy elsewhere!If you need a good used car dealership go to 10K auto customer service was on point!

I just want to say that my husband and I are very satisfied customers. We have bought cars from Auto Connection for at least 7 years. We are extremely satisfied with the cars that we have bought from here. We are satisfied with the way we have always been treated by Jacob the owner. He and his staff are very polite and respectful of their customers. If there was a problem with a vehicle, Jacob took care of it for us, no questions asked. We have bought 4 cars over the last 7 years and would buy another one from Auto Connection if necessary. I would recommend them to others and I have and they also bought a car here. We are very satisfied customers.

Suzanne was great.i have bought 2 cars from them.i have payed them off.i don't think owner cares about repeat customers. He doesn't have to worry about me coming there again.i won't recommend anybody to go there.Down payments have gone through roof.
