This place is a Godsend. It's so nice to have a small town spot still open in Boiling Springs that treats you like a person instead of a customer.I took my car to 3 different places a total of 4 times and nobody could get it figured out.Chevy dealership wanted to take my whole engine out to diagnose it. $1000 for engine removal! Another local mechanic passed me off with the wrong diagnosis. And the 2nd dealership "fixed it" but didn't fix it.I should have just gone to Al's first and saved myself a 3 month long headache!

I hit a deer and got my car towed here. The boss man (old guy) was pretty rude from the start to the point where I felt uncomfortable calling about my car. I needed body work, as well as work under the hood done (around 2600). Two weeks later I got my car back which wasn't a long time. I finally drove my car two days later and notice smoke coming from the hood and anti freeze gushing out. I instantly brought the car back and he claims it wasn t from the wreck and that hose was busted even though he had to change my radiator and multiple other things but said he would fix it and it would be ready same day which was a lie. I didn t get my car until the next day and he also wanted me to pay him for fixing it. Then he proceeds to have an attitude with me and says I don t do this just take the car he gave me racist vibes so I wouldn t recommend anyone of color coming here.

Al's wrecker service has worked on 2 cars for me and 3 for my daughter. They have fixed any issues the first time. Other places I had to keep taking my car back. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Give them a try!

All you need for Al's is amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and precisely. He is very honest and forthcoming as to letting you know what's wrong with your vehicle what needs to be done and doesn't do like other mechanic shops and tell you something is wrong when it really isn't just to get your money! He stands behind his and his son's work and is very reasonably priced and if you give him a budget or a limit on the amount you can afford he will do everything in his power to make it happen! Highly highly recommend!!

Al, Jason and the staff at Al's provide good service at very fair prices. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle gets done in a timely manner, and they let me know as soon as possible if it is an issue or part that will take a little while longer. I would (and do) recommend them to my friends and customers. They've been taking good care of my vehicles for several years.

Being from out of state I looked at reviews, Al's Service Center looked very favorable. I gave them a call and got in the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem, called me, and within a short time promptly fixed it. Like anyone else I was concerned about being taken advantage of because I am from another state. NOT SO!!!I'd had similar work done back home and felt Al's Service was spot on if not slightly less than it would have been at home. Thanks for being an upstanding business. I've already recommended you to a few local people I met.

Honest, friendly, helpful auto shop!!! They go above and beyond. I ve been there twice with issues that could have been very costly, but they were honest and speedy. Couldn t ask for better. Have a older car that Al'Service Center keeps running for me. Always fits my vehicle in their busy work day to perform scheduled maintenance. Very satisfied with pricing & repair results. Al's Service Center location in Boiling Springs is very convenient. Would refer to anyone that needs car repairs from honest business.

My car ran a lot better when?i got it back. So now i need get breaks looked at an one are two little things looked at i will take it back to Al's Service Center. May not take it anywhere now that i can trust these guys with my car...

Took the car in with starter issues, the staff was courteous, they promptly called me with a quote, and fixed the problem by noon of the same day. I would strongly recommend this service center and I will return for any future car repairs. Thanks!
