I Honestly would not recommend Murphy's Towing. In my personal experience of how I was treated on October 17, 2023, while trying to get lost keys / personal belongings out of my car. Owners were not present at the time. The owners Wayne was out & Kelley was home sick. A family friend was filling in on that day. Not going to mention her name, but she was caring, kind, compassionate, & women of God. She was following protocol before letting us on the tow yard. Which we clearly understood. She contacted the Owner Wayne who gave us permission. About 10 minutes later, the family friend informed that Kelley was on her way up there. We didn't know why. Kelley came speeding up in the tow yard really fast & jumped out of her car. She began to yell, speak really loud, & belligerent. Telling us that we can't get anything out of our car. She said if we don't have an insurance claim number, then we can't get anything out of the car. She asked if we had full coverage on our car, which we did. Proceed to tell us about all the cars on the tow yard & how she has to take them to court to get her money. Which had nothing to do with us or why we were there. Told her we had full coverage on our car & pulled the insurance up on my phone. She was asking as though she believed me by saying I had it but was looking on my phone trying to make sure. Still wasn't able to get anything out of my car. Kelley also kept telling us that Wayne said that two boys were driving our car, which wasn't true. That didn't have anything to do with why we were there. A worker pulled up in the tow truck & came & sat at the picnic table they had out there. He was watching us like we came to cause some problems. The family friend apologized & said that she was praying for our daughter. She went inside. I think because she knew the way we were being treated wasn't right. Kelley said, make sure we call back with the insurance an claim number. We left & called our insurance. Within 1 hour or so, the insurance contacted them while I was on the phone. Wayne apologized for what happened. He said that he was sorry the way things went. Our daughter was in ICU for several days from this car accident. Having to deal with this from Kelley was unnecessary & uncalled for. Kelley called the next day. Saying that that the insurance wanted to come pick up the car. She said that I wanted to make sure that you're okay. We can verbally release the car. Not once did she apologize for her actions. We have been in business for almost 21 years and always put our clients first (her words from another review). Well, treat your clients better. I definitely won't be using you all again. God Bless

Justins knowledge and experience showed when loading my low low car up. Then getting woppise out of the rocks and mud without as so much as another scratch.

This place decided to store a car overnight but said that they would take it to a collision place for the insurance company but never did. Kept making excuses while my daughter was in the hospital for her wreck. Do not let them take your car.

Wayne assisted in moving my tool boxes. Very professional knows his business well. The job was not easy, however with his knowledge was a cake walk. Would without reservation recommend this business highly.Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

I HIGHLY recommend Murphy s towing and especially Jeff. He was quick to come get me and my girls off the side of I-77 after midnight, but he went WAY above and beyond. He called and rode around helping us find a hotel room in a nice and safe hotel (we re not from the area and didn t plan on staying the night). He even walked us in to make sure we were okay. It s nice to see there are caring ppl still left in this crazy world! Thank you, Jeff and Murphy s!Service: Car towing

I don t usually write reviews but felt I needed to with this company. Service was/is incredible. From the lady on the phone to the fella who pick up my truck the experience was awesome. BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you need a tow, I recommend Jeff with Murphy's Towing. I was stranded on a holiday weekend, and he towed my car all the way home, over 150 miles. Got stuck in my yard due to all the rain. They were prompt, courteous, and very fair on fee. Yeah I feel like a dummy for getting stuck in my own yard but Murphy's Towing LLC from Blythewood came to the rescue. Good job folks and I will recommend you to everyone!!!

USAA Roadside assistance contacted Murphy's Towing for me. Driver contacted me WITHIN MINUTES (not long at all). As he arrived confirmed my location, latched my vehicle cleanly, confirmed drop location, and met me at the automotive shop. Nice Work Murphy's Towing!!

To far am on sunset dr and they took it to Blythewood and had to pay $318,00 because they don't open on Sunday
