Called and left message requesting appointment to inspect front suspension, oil change and battery replacement. Tentatively appointment was scheduled following Monday. Was told to call Sunday and confirm my appointment. Called three additional times. Did not receive a return call. Failed to show for appointment on Monday. I would not recommend using this RV service. Very poor communication and unreliable

I called Ryan about an issue with my Nissan Armada. The shifter was not locking into place (the brushing needed to be replaced). He walked me through the steps over the phone on how to fix it. He rescued me! Changed my flat tire on the side of 77S at 11:45pm in the rain, scared to death as I was traveling alone and been waiting on AAA for 5 hours at that point! Not only did he show up when he said and change my flat tire in the pitch black rain but as desperate and scared as I was and how late it was he did not take advantage of the situation financially. I highly recommend this gentleman as he was prepared, competent and gave great customer service.Service: Tire change

I called Ryan a few days ago after purchasing a brand new 2022 Alpha Wolf and after getting it home had an issue with the 12v battery. He was super helpful and was nice enough to walk me through some trouble shooting steps over the phone to help diagnose the issue. He was super helpful and I plan to utilize his business in the future for any other issue that may arise with my RV! My girlfriend and her kids blew a tire out while out of state and I was back home. Contacted the company and spoke with Ryan who was very professionally and courtesy. He went above and beyond to track down a tire and and replace it on Thanksgiving weekend. He kept me up to date about finding the tire and when he would be there to assist. Cant thank this man and the company enough. Amazing customer service and would recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Tire change

Ryan from Columbia Roadside was great! He is very professional and I felt safe to know that I could count on someone to come help me while stranded in the highway alone with my son at 2am in the morning. Ryan was willing to drive the extra miles and help us even though it was out of his service area and in the am hours. Several companies listed as 24 hrs did t even answer the call.If stranded in SC, call this company ! They will take care of you !!! Thank you so much Ryan !

A serpentine belt shredded on the Cat engine of our motorhome leaving us stranded on the side of the of interstate. Ryan helped us track down the right belt, then came out and installed it. Although the whole process took a couple of hours, once onsite Ryan installed the belt quickly, then made sure we were happy with the results. After all of this Ryan would not leave until we had safely pulled back onto the highway and headed down the road. He was kind, conscientious, and helpful to our situation. How do you select just one of the options to rate listed above? To list them in order I would place ON TIME in the top spot followed by Professional, Good Quality, then round it off with Great Value!! Ryan, I do not know what you were doing Sunday night over on the other side of Columbia but, I am very blessed that you were over there. It was late when I ran out of, the only open station two miles away I statred out walking but soon realized it would take forever to get awaywhere, I turned around to find Ryan stopped at my truck. He had gas with him and helped me make it to the truckstop. Amazing, right? But, hold on a minute. He would NOT let me fill the gas can back up for the next rescue!! When you think of Angel's, we tend to think of female creations flying around, but, in the WORD they are men, messengers sent from God. Ryan you are are an Angel man! Thank you for all you did to help me and what you do to help others that cross your path.Stay safe out there!!

Okay first off you should not advertise 24 hour roadside service if you aren't going to offer it on Sunday. I was broke down in the middle of nowhere .like for real backwoods south Carolina. The bugs work so thick I had to sit inside my truck with my dog with the windows rolled up .I called a bunch of places and it was the same excuse were not open (even though our advertisement states 24/7.but I'm not surprised I guess this is the new normal where it's OK to provide the bare minimum level of. Customer service .and the attempt at the even was weak.let me ask a question tho in closing ?do you think that I was just joy riding around in a 18 wheeler in the back woods of South Carolina for the hell.might I suggest that if you don't like what you do QUIT.way way unproffesional.

Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family in Columbia and the surrounding areas. Did more for me than any other mechanic would n the middle of the night and got me back on the road so I could be at work a 6 in the morning. Thank yall so very much for your help.

He did a great job taking the screw off of the tire! He was the only one that answered during this time ! Very nice guy !!!!!! We only needed the last screw off and he went above and beyond to achieve the goal !!! Thank you !!
