I really appreciate the experience I have here. Terry is a very genuine person who never tries to scam you into a service you don t need. I ll always turn to this repair shop for service. It s rare to find a place like this who does great and honest work.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. The big blonde lady was very rude and made smart comments the whole time. I came to pickup my car and she told me I had to go get some paperwork, which is fine. I come back to get my car then she proceeds to say the fee is cash only. You couldn t have told me that when I was there the first time? She felt my anger and made smart unprofessional comments as I was walking out the door. She is very unprofessional and doesn t deserve a Customer service job in any capacity. Trust me, go somewhere else!

They towed a vehicle of mine. I called to get information and they said they would call back. I called again and the guy answered and said they were closed and he didn t know anything at all. Terrible customer service. So now I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully get an answer.Update: After hours of waiting they are charging $1,600 to get the vehicle out. This is a flat out scam. I ve never been charged remotely close to that. This place shouldn t be allowed to do business.

Mr. Glenn, I'm the owner of the Toyota tundra. You driver told from the Emerson Isles Apt and damaged , after you look at it, you give me your word to call me back to fix this The same day, I'mstill Waiting , taught men word will mean something to you , all I getare excuses every time I call You office

I have had the absolute pleasure of utilizing United Towing & Auto Repair twice this year and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I brought my 38 motorhome in for a basic oil change and lube. They were quick, did the job and were very reasonably priced. The second time was today. I purchase wheels and tires from eBay and United allowed me to ship to their garage. They removed the sensors from the old wheels, replaced them into the new wheels, mounted and balanced the tires. Being a Jeep with larger than stock tires, they even did a test drive and noted a slight rub on max left turns. Again, service was excellent. Each time, Terry closed the visit with a very sincere thanks. I will use them again and highly recommend United Towing & Auto Repair.

Do Not Recommend! Dropped my Son's truck off for service while he was away at basic training to have potential vacuum line issue diagnosed and replaced and any other issue that may have needed repaired. The truck sat in their parking lot for 5 WEEKS. Called multiple times and was told the truck was being worked on every time and would have to speak to the mechanic with ticket, some guy named Woods (i question that person's ASE certification). Today, and my last call they tell me they are unable to turn ignition key. How have "they been working on it" if they cant turn the key? Because they are liars! I went and retrieved my Son's truck. I had budgeted $3,500 and that money could have been all for them if they seen it necessary. 5 weeks completely wasted because they couldn't turn the key in ignition? Total Horse Poo..The Key turned just fine when i picked it up.. The truck was also left unlocked in parking lot too.. Do Not Recommend this shop! Nothing but lies and time wasted.

This place is a Godsend! I had a totally flat tire on my work truck and they were able to help me out the very next day with supreme service at a very reasonable price. I am so happy to have found this shop. Michelle was so pleasant to work with and I can t thank her and Mike enough for the help they gave me!

Tensioner pulley broke on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 while working. They towed me in from about 5 miles away and did the repair for a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the services! Would definitely use them again and recommend!

I was recently in a car accident where my vehicle needed towed from the accident. The man that towed my truck was very friendly and helpful as far as what I was to do next. Everyone that I dealt with the next several weeks were very friendly and helpful, especially Michelle. I had issues with the insurance company doing their job and Michelle went above and beyond to help me every way she could.

What an experience so early in the morning!! It was my first time there also meeting the man in office he was stressed & not able to handle situations coming fast at him Rude on phone, loud for all to hear, cutting people off who spoke to him, no manners No good morning. He would not accept help from other worker who asked to help (strange) maybe he was the owner not sure!! Got my truck out fast it was a tow Michelle was Great knew what she was doing. I was in out & Fast, easy and pray i never go there again!!!

The guy there was cool as heck. We shared a pleasant conversation. I gave him the money I owed, and then he escorted me directly to my car. Thank you United Towing! I hope I never see you guys again.

I love love love mister Glen that owns this place!!! He is beyond WONDERFUL!!! Glen is a very kind caring genuine soul!!! A very smart business man!!! And the staff, Mister Terry is so kind and caring and loves and cherishes his job n customers!!! Then there's Miss Michelle, I LOVEEEEE chatting with her when I go there!! On Sunday November 6th, my son was in a car accident. I wanted to contact my own towing company but the officer said it would be cheaper to go with the tow company that works with the police department. United towing showed up and placed my son's vehicle on the truck and a small piece of the bumper that was sitting in the grass next to the vehicle. We once again spoke with the tow truck driver to find out about fees and was told if he took it where we wanted, it would cost $300 and it would be cheaper to just have him take it to the lot. So we agreed. Monday morning I called to find out about picking up my vehicle and the fees. I was told that they didn't know where it was, took my information and said they would call me back. I called back Tuesday and was give the same story but then told them I would just come to the store. They called me back and said they found my vehicle and it would be a fee of $415. I was charged $200 for towing, $165 for clean up and $50 for storage fees. When asked what the clean up fee was for, they said cleaning up the road debris from the accident. They claimed that the piece of bumper that was sitting on the grass with the vehicle was the road debris and charged me $165 to pick it up. They are rip off artists.

I need to shout out to Mike and Michelle at United Towing.Mike, the incredible tow driver here happened to see an accident that happened involving another car driving into me last week. He immediately came out and stayed with me until the entire process was done. He, in all his professionalism and compassion, not only towed my car to safety he also made sure to bring me a soda because i was on my way to work and haden't been able to eat anything at that point.Mike was there from the minute the accident happened to the minute my car was taken off the lot for good.Michelle was extremally helpful with the paperwork and any information i needed as far as recommendations for repair facilities to organizing getting my belongings.Thank you guys for helping me through this unexpected life fail!

The hardest thing to find, in any town, is a good auto mechanic shop. It is good to know that I have found one! I have been coming to this shop for over 5 years. Each time I visit, I am reminded why I come back.Their service is exceptional, pricing is competitive, their work is done right the first time and I never get the feeling they "are getting one over on me".These guys also helped diagnose a tough transmission issue that would have left me on the side of the road. They go the extra mile for their customer.All of the employees are friendly and service oriented people, including the techs. I recommend these guys to anyone in the Low Country needing auto mechanic work.

A friend recommended Terry and Justin to me several years ago. As a single woman, I was concerned about being taken advantage of. No worries. These gentlemen are terrific. I had my 1986 Mercedes checked over before the new owner took possession of the car. They not only did the necessary to make it drive worthy, but cleaned and shined the car to the point I rethought selling it!!!Terry and Justin are experienced, honest, hard working and I highly recommend taking any vehicle to United Towing and Auto Repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a 30 yr old vehicle serviced here. They spent hours getting parts. The end result was very satisfying and the bill was reasonable. I highly recommend these guys. They did all I asked for at a surprisingly inexpensive rate. Best kept secret. Don't tell anyone.

Recently purchased 6 tires for my Dodge ram at United towing service was awesome an the guys did a great job not damaging my aluminum wheels no weights on the outside of the rims. Thanks will definitely be a repeat customer

I have always taken my car here (from last 3 years). Glenn has always been very friendly and his staff is helpful. In my experience, every service which I have done here for my car has been genuine, with all the information I needed and at/below the price I had thought. Glenn also once helped me to find a buyer for my old car which I wanted to sell. It saved a lot of my time. Several times I have got true opinion of which part is good and not required to be replaced and when would be the time it may need to be replaced. I trust Glenn and his engineering staff and would continue to get my car serviced here in future.

The only place in the area that can perform a wheel alignment on a heavy duty pick up truck. Had my wheels aligned last year and did a great job. Highly recommend!!
