Our first time here at Turn 1 Auto. We brought our Toyota Forerunner to get new brakes at the shop on May River Road. Very happy with the outcome. Great service. Thank you Mary for your great customer service and the staffs there. We will be coming back for the next oil change.

Turn 1 Auto Care was recommended to me by the guys at NAPA Auto Parts in Bluffton. I went to Turn 1 today - the week between Christmas and New Year's holidays. One of my front low beam head lamps was out and I was very concerned about getting a traffic violation ticket! I went in unscheduled, they worked me in easily, got it done in great time, and the charge was very reasonable. The front office personnel are easy to deal with and helpful. I am glad to know about them, plan to return, and give a high recommendation to anyone to check them out! S. B., BBC of HHI, SC.

If you have a truck with oversized tires and no shop can seem to get the balance right I highly recommend these guys. They actually took the time needed to get it right after several other shops couldn t or didn t want to.I wish I would ve gone to them first

After explaining, I needed a new battery and charger and almost $500 we took the car home it would not start the next morning. We took the car to Goodyear and found out that the problem was the alternator and had also damaged my new $500 battery And had to buy a newBattery the next day

Monarch roofing had a truck and trailer on the side of the road with a blown tire, after being turned down from other shops turn one auto was about to mount a new tire extremely fast and we re very professional. 100% would recommend turn one auto for ANY vehicle maintenance.

Turn 1 Auto Care in Bluffton S.C. did an excellent job on lift kit installation...price was the price quoted , time frame was the time the said...Highly recommend them ..plan to use them for future mechanical work..rate them 5 star

Trailer bearings burned up moving from Boston to Sun City. Called for help with axle replacement and was told they were booked for 2 MONTHS!Went to Coastal Carolina Trailers and was back on the road in less than 24 hours.Thanks for nothing.

Had an issue while I was driving and needed to find a place asap to look at my truck. I use it everyday for work, so having the truck out of commission for any amount of time creates big issues. Despite saying it may take a few days to look at it due to the high number of vehicles, I received a call same day about the issue. A few days later it was repaired and back on the road. Great experience with this crew.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Stopped by at 12:55 on Saturday. I realize it was almost closing time but I had a nail in my tire, was loosing pressure and I was from out of Town and needed to drive home the next day. Not knowing the area I was trying to find a local shop who could help do a quick patch on my tire. Door was locked to the lobby before closing time. I caught someone in the service bay. He was friendly and suggested I go to Firestone for help since they were closing. I appreciate the suggestion but you guys probably could have helped someone out in need. A tire patch takes what, 15 minutes if the tire is not damaged beyond repair? If I could take a few minutes out of my day to help someone out I would.To the owners response below; when I checked my phone I had a few minutes to spare but acknowledged I had arrived about closing time. I also was not rude and legitimately needed assistance. Now you have tried to discredit me by saying you pulled camera footage and it was 1PM. It might very well have been on the dot when I placed my hand on the door handle. You also state you might not have helped even if I called ahead. This speaks volumes to the reason I left this 3 star review. It was not a 1 star because I acknowledge I was arriving at closing time. I also can not know the tech does not have access the "point-of-sale system." He was not rude to me but maybe could have offered to put some air in my tire to get me to another place safely? Again, people need a little help sometimes and we should all acknowledge that fact and take even just a few minutes out of our days to lend that hand when necessary. Your response should have been more along the lines of "Thank you for the feedback, we will strive to improve our customer service in the future." Not, "you were late and therefore should not be helped but I'm awesome cause I was helping someone else with a trailer bearing failure." Because you feel this was an unfair review upgrade you to a 4 star. But please teach your employees that a little kindness goes a very long way.

3 weeks ago I brought my car in for a simple oil change and to have a passenger side front low beam bulb replaced. Very simple. 3 weeks later it the bulb is not working. I bring it back to them and they will replace the bulb but have to charge me $118.50 for the labor. At this point I need my car so just pay it. I get out to my car and it doesn t start! STAY AWAY from turn one auto. These people are the classic scam mechanics who will continue to cause your car to have problems so you have to keep coming back and spending money at their shop. Con artists.

They were friendly but definitely a rip off. I went in to do an inspection because I had gone to the dealer and they gave me a lengthy list of things to do with my car. I knew I needed brakes but I didn't trust everything on the list.when they called me back, they gave me a quote higher than the dealer so I decided not to get it done with them. They still charged me $60 for doing nothing to my car. I was told they would inspect it before doing any work and no fee was ever mentioned for inspection.I went to firestone where they charged me $10 to inspect, $200 less on the brakes, and they also diagnosed my car with needing wheel bearings which both the dealer and mechanic did not catch. These people are con artists, do not trust them for one second, I never write negative reviews and I never want to hurt a privately owned business, but when I witness people being blatantly deceiving and profiting from it, THATS where I draw the line- please I urge you, take your business elsewhere. If i could opt for negative stars I would in a heartbeat!

Needed some car work done while we were visiting Hilton Head from Ohio. Very glad we found this place. They were backed up with repairs, but the staff did everything they could do help us. Didn't charge very much either. VERY VERY HAPPY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TURN ONE AUTO. Dropped my girlfriends car off a couple weeks ago due to some shaking. Turns out the spark plugs needed to be changed and had a small oil leak. They took care of these things for us, but when we picked up the car, nothing on the dash was working (speedometer, rpm meter, gauges), all of these gauges and meters were working perfectly fine when we dropped it off. Took it back an hour later and they didn t look at it for a week, and after that week they told us there was nothing they could do, that it was unrelated to their repairs, and to take it to a dealer. Total crooks, after spending 1100 dollars, just wiped their hands with our vehicle after they re the ones who obviously messed something up.

Just another great mechanic shop that has become too busy for their own good. We love Ryan but we are going elsewhere now. Same thing happened with Auto Doctors years ago. Jason was a fantastic mechanic but the business outgrew what he could do alone and service just went downhill. That's how we ended up at call turn one when a neighbor told us how good Ryan was. Ryan is fantastic I'm just saying it's too busy now and they aren't really great communicators

I went here when I first moved down on the recommendation of a co-worker. I needed an oil change and also had a check engine light. They took care of my oil change in a timely manner and at a fair price. The check engine light needed some parts that they couldn't get that day, but they checked around several places to get me the best price and made sure the warranty was top notch as well. I took it back when the part was in and had my car back within 24 hours. They work very hard to make you happy, give an honest opinion and have very fair prices. I would recommend them to a friend

Definitely not the cheapest. But the Phrase "you get what you pay for" really applies to Ryan and his team. So if you want top notch customer service with quality work done to your vehicle. Go to the best. Go to Turn 1 auto!!Services: Exhaust, Tires, BrakesServices: Exhaust, Tires, Brakes

**best customer service around** I got a few quotes from a few places all the way to Savannah and not only was Turn 1 competitive with everyone they got it done when they said they would plus went above & beyond with the additional wiring I needed on my new headlights. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly thank you Turn 1 I will be back!

I wish we weren't moving from the Hilton Head area - or that we could take Turn 1 with us. Being new to an area is always daunting when you have to use a new shop but I was referred to Turn 1 by a local and a friend. I used them on multiple occasions and was more than pleased every time. If they needed parts but didn't have them in stock, they'd chase them down. They are always honest, only suggesting work that truly needed to be done. I feel confident making my move after their inspection. Further, the personal experience of this place is largely absent in today's society. Ann knows me by name, recognizes me and treats me like a friend. Shoot, we even got a holiday card from them. Highly recommend!

Was having issues with my car not starting; battery was brand new, thought maybe it was alternator. They fit me in that same day; ended up being corroded terminals but I was able to drop it off and have it repaired while at work. Had them do an alignment and two an half weeks later my inner tie rod completely falls out. All I wanted was to replaced the part but they said it wasn t their problem. Great job mechanics! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
