Clay and crew took care of my wheels and quickly took care of my problem. The wheels weren t scratched and tires were mounted cleanly. Thank you The Cycle Ward!

Clay and his crew was very helpful I told them what i was looking for and wanted and he helped me find everything I needed and wanted ( put new wheels, brakes , tires, headlights, apes, and fixed my carb and done an amazing job he has great pricing and the work was done just as he said and took just as long as he said I definitely recommend cycle ward to anyone that wants the best service for the best pricing he is straight forward will not feed you a bunch of bull just trying to get your money you can tell he definitely loves what he does SO AGAIN I CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH CYCLE WARD(clay & crew) I ll be back to get few more upgrades in future these pictures are before and afterServices: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Clay is a stand up guy! ( I never said that) very reasonable prices. The only shop owner I know that would tell me some stuff that really doesn't need to be done on my bike. THAT! is someone looking out for his customers..

Clay and his staff at Cycle Ward were extremely professional and courteous. They welcomed open communications with me, listened to what I wanted, and then delivered. The biggest delay from start to finish was waiting on outside suppliers to provide the parts (outside of the shop's control ).I dropped my bike off with a major engine problem (burning oil). Clay properly diagnosed the issue, and suggested how to fix it. For a few $$ more, I opted for a larger top end and a balls out top end rebuild. Clay delivered!!! My Harley has never been this strong. And to top it all off, when I picked my bike up, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Not one hand print or finger print to be found! Major thanks to Clay and The Cycle Ward for a job well done!!!Service: Engine repair

I want to thank the employee I just spoke to at the Cycle Ward for showing me just how little they care about their customers. I stopped in just as 3 male employees were hopping on bikes to go to lunch. I asked if they had five minutes to look at a nail in my rear tire. He replied "After lunch" and drove off. If you can't be trusted with a little, you can't be trusted with a lot. Lunch was too important so he didn't get a chance to sell me two new tires, or saddle bags that I'm looking for, or replace my damage fork lock, or get me as a life time customer and have me tell my friends about their wonderful shop. What he can be sure of is, I will never be their customer and I would not recommend them to anyone. I hope you enjoyed your very expensive lunch.

They did a great job mounting tires on my bike. Friendly staff and a good price. I recommend them and will be a repeat customer. Looks like they keep busy!

Clay was great to work with. Bluffton is fortunate to have a resource like the Cycle Ward. Most Harley dealers won't work on an older bike like my 97 Electra Glide. He had everything in stock to do a fork repair, brake pads, LEDs. Very communicative and kept me posted on everything he needed to do on my bike. Very safety minded. I'll be back when I'm ready for an engine overhaul. I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. Made a appt to get a tube out on a back tire I took off and brought in. And apparently appointments don't mean anything to them. Especially when you drove from Savannah to do it on your 1 day off. Very unprofessional shop and would not recommend them to anyone. Super shady place.

Cycle Ward is the s#@&.. after dealing with dealerships, what an awesome experience. Clay Ward, is top notch, he understands that for some, their bike is like a second skin. Knowledgeable, fair, and more importantly, he really cares about his customers. I won't trust my bikes with anyone else.. I can't give enough accolades for his work. Just friggin awesome.

On road trip, I needed a quick rear tire change. After calling around to closest HD dealers and other shops to get a rear tire change, being told they couldn t do anything, The Cycle Ward guys hooked me up in less than a day. They found a chafed wire to one of my saddle bag tail lights and repaired that too. My hat is off to these guys for their awesome attitudes and quick turnaround. I m a fan of non corporate business and am proud to pay these guys and give them my business. Smooth and easy. Awesome guys.-rob G

Horrible experience, Took vehicle to them based on a recommendation from one of my employees, Charged me $710.00, damaged my fuel tanks, left vehicle outside in the rain, was spotless when dropped off and garage kept, filthy when picked up. Original concern not corrected. When I advised them of damages I was told basically not their problem. I will see them in court.

I can't rate them when I called I didn't know it was a Harley only shop I have a Suzuki 1400 so I was turned away which I understand

I could sit here and rant and rave about Clays pristine work he does everyday because he actually wants to be the guy that makes your 2 wheeled world possible. All I will say is that if you go with anyone else you re probably going to be disappointed.

Cycle Ward is the only place to take your motorcycle here in the Low Country. Great service and straight forward approach on taking care of your needs. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the area with my bike or atv!!!

They don t work on Japanese motorcycles. For reference I only needed tires changed on a Kawasaki Vulcan S.
