Brian is great ! I pulled under a low branch and tore the slide topper about half off the coach. We were in South Carolina and still had another 2 to 3 weeks travel before heading back to Phoenix. I did a search and found RV1. I called and talked to Brian. He could get me in that day and had the material. We drove over to his place, and he and his son had us completely squared away in under 2 hours. They did a great job, and the price was more than fair! If you are ever in a bad spot with your RV in southeastern South Carolina, there is no one else I would call. They do a great job for a very fair price and are also friendly and great to talk to. I give them an A+++ rating.

what a pleasure to call for sevice and actually get service. they were quick to get to our campsite and help us get our slide extended. as luck would have it leaving our jacks lost power and the tech was able to assist by phone. we are happy to give them a shout out for great service. the service call to our site was quick and fair priced too.

We were 1000 miles from home with no levelers. Brian came over within 30 minutes and immediately went to work. He had superior knowledge than the factory support had and got them working within an hour. Very reasonable rates too! I would not call anyone else in the Bluffton area for RV repair,

Was setting up at Hilton Head National RV Resort. I had the engine running and was beginning to deploy the leveling jacks. As they started to lift the coach everything shut down. Engine, levelers and dash completely dead! I had power to the rest of the coach so we weren t too upset. Called RV 1 and left a message. Thomas called me that evening and said he would be there at 0800 next morning. I met Thomas at the gate at 0800 and guided him to our site. Thomas asked what happened, listened to my story and went right to work. Quickly he found the problem, a broken battery post connection. It seems upon installation the connection rubbed the headlight housing until it finally broke. Thomas went to pick up the correct connection and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciate a professional that listens and then tracks down the problem.Thank you RV 1 for quickly repairing our problem so we could continue toEnjoy our trip! We highly recommend RV1!Service: Electrical

These guys are the best in the business. They replaced a bent axel and tires on our travel trailer and did an outstanding job. Thomas stayed in communication with us the entire time as we were awaiting the axel and tires. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done and done right. I highly recommend their services and they will alway be my first call when it comes to RV repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Tech Thomas came out to service our RV. Said he knew nothing about tankless water heaters. He was there for 45 minutes and charged $270 for coming out. He never fixed the problem and ordered parts for over $50 which was not needed. Our problem was we didn't have hot water. Our RV dealer out-of -state finally called and said that you just have air in the lines that needed to be purged. After the RV1 tech left I fixed the problem myself. It took 15 seconds. But now I am out $320. He never provided a bill or emailed one . Called the office and spoke to Brian and complained about the charge and not fixing our problem. He said "go pound sand" and hung up the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!!!If you own an RV and have a problem. Do not call this company. If you do, will be sorry.

Brian and Thomas did a great job taking care of my jacks which would not retract. They handled the insurance issues as well. I also had them do routine maintenance on our unit. I am very pleased with their response time as well as their excellent work. We were very lucky to find them. Thanks again for your good work, and hopefully we will only need maintenance for a long time! John SullivanService: Electrical

I can't say it enough great things about Brian and his business! He came highly recommended from many different sources in the RV Resort and I can say firsthand that I can see why. He was extremely responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! His stellar reputation is well deserved- Brian has earned our business for as long as we own an RV!!Service: Electrical

We had an electrical issue while on vacation that I assumed was a bad converter. I called RV1 out of the blue and Brian said he would be over later once his office closed. He showed up just as he said he would and by 6:30 pm (about 20 min) had found a loose wire which he tightened and solved my problems. What I thought was going to be an expensive part turned into a service call and a small repair charge. I would recommend Brian and his business anytime.Service: Electrical

I have owned my Forest River 17JG for less than 48hrs and the first time I used my slide out it was broken. Thomas came out and saved the day super last minute and made sure that myself and my family had a comfortable place to sleep on our first camping adventure. Would highly recommend Brian and Thomas to anyone needing great help from great guys!Service: Body & Trim

Great guy, fixed several small items on my RV on top of what he originally came to fix (no charge). Was on time and the quality of work was outstanding. Will 100% use them again.

Unfortunately I believe we may have gotten Brian on a bad day. Let me begin by saying we have been living in our RV full time for only about two or three months now and have not had the misfortune of having to call mobile repair we had no idea of rates. Let me also state that Brian never stated a rate in advance. After showing up seven hours after agreed time and spending about fifteen minutes poking at the circuit board of my refrigerator he became agitated because we needed clarity on a new circuit board costing $100 and his "new/used" one costing the same. In the middle of a Sprint to go inside the RV he said something about a price and that counts the $100 for today. This caught my attention and I asked if he had ever stated a price for showing up and running an assessment and his words "I just assume everyone knows it's $100 when you ask me to come"Brian, not everyone is use to dealing with repair service. Until recently we had service people that just showed up and fixed the issue no cost. We lived in an apartment, we understand that there is usually a fee to show up but most places said something like "$1.50 a mile from shop minimum of $50" that's $1.50 that they don't charge for return. In his words "I'm just mad" is not good customer service. Explain why this part new online is $70 but you want $100 for used and &100 to drive to me and make assessment and $100-200 to put it in.I believe he had a bad day before arriving and took it out on people who asked questions. He was very angry, nasty and flat out rude.If you have too many jobs stop taking on more. Communicate with your customers so they understand your rates and know what to expect. Just a calm conversation could have resolved everything.

On Good Friday, after an 8 hour drive, we got to our campsite and realized our air conditioning was not working on our travel trailer. We called RV1 and he presented several options to us. Since we were headed from Hardeeville, SC down to south Florida the next day and had two dogs we needed to keep cool, we asked him to install a unit he had in stock. He came out that night, probably just an hour or so after we called him, and installed the unit within a few minutes. It has worked well for us. We felt he was reasonable, as well. We were very impressed with his service and knew he was very busy, probably because he's such a hard worker.

What a talent Brian is! Our RV heatpump had stopped working, but the air-conditioning mode was still working fine which uses 98% of same system, so I assumed it was either the control panel or a wiring issue. Brian was able to come next day and went straight to the issue... the white control wire from the control panel had come undone from a multiple wire harness connector. Only took him 10 minutes! I had another issue which he had time to repair while here... all for the low price of a single basic service call. A+++

My husband and I left for a weeklong camping trip and 2 miles in we experienced smoking of our camper tires. After closer inspection it appeared that the brakes were freezing up. We were in Bluffton, SC and contacted RV 1 Repair and Restoration and Brian quickly answered our call and instantly sent a repair technician out to our vehicle where we had parked it in a store parking lot. Within 30 minutes Thomas arrived and determined the issue and immediately went to work. Within an hour everything was repaired and we were on our way! What could ve turned out to be a disaster turned into a good experience and we will definitely willuse RV 1 again as our go to camper repair shop. Thank you Thomas and Brian!!Service: Brakes

Have to agree with previous reviews, Brian knows his stuff and gives excellent service. We had been dealing with an a/c problem for over a year and previously had the rv in for service, which did not fix the a/c issue (not cooling enough). Within minutes Brian identified the problem, got on the phone with the a/c company and had a new unit ordered, which was covered under warranty. He installed as soon as possible and now we are finally cool and comfortable! Highly recommend him!

Had a problem with my washer not draining. Because of Brian's q&a over the phone I was able to get it working myself. Wouldn't hesitate to have him work on the coach based on that customer service.

Searched internet for nearby RV Repair Shops. Found RV 1 Repair and Restoration in Bluffton, SC. So glad we did. We were so pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and thorough knowledge of RVs he provided. We are once again Happy Campers. He fixed our problem within a couple of hours. (We needed our refrigerator replaced). Just can t say enough nice things about this business. His prices are great and service was too. We won t use anyone else in the future!

Needed a fuel pump for my generator that even Cummins in Savannah couldn't get for a few days. I then called another RV repair guy on the island who promptly brushed me off. I then found Brian's number at RV1. He listened to what I needed and then sold me a part right out of his inventory in his truck! He even happened to be IN THE RESORT a few sites away...saved me a lot of headache and I had the generator running an hour later.Good guy to call

Brian came out to our site and didn t have the part for our stairs. He did not charge me extra for coming back. Our stairs work great again and he fiddled around with our generator and got her purring like a kitten. Highly recommend him.

He called to tell me he is on the way, he is leaving another job. 1hour later I call him, he said he is on the way he is getting gas.i told him to forget it I am tired of waiting. I figured out how to take care of my RV problem my self. He had absolutely no sence of urgency or respect to my situation & I feel that since the text I received said he would arrive within 150 min. Was determined by him. At.no time did he offer any real reason for such delay & when he realized I was done waiting & fed up with it, his excuse was "I just got this call" I know when he got the call because he called me as soon as he did, excuses are not reasons!

This is the second great job Brian did for us. He was prompt and honest, did only what he needed to do to make the repairs to my ailing slideout. He will be my go to guy for all my RV repairs. I recommend him highly!

Brian did a nice job squeezing us in. We are traveling between Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach and only had a small window of available time for him to find/fix the problems - which he did. Nice guy and seems to know his stuff !

Brian is awesome. He's busy most of the time so you might have to wait to get service. In other words most of the negative reviews are from people that fail to plan.
