Had a very nice car buying experience at Hilton Head Cadillac. My sales associate Chase Parker was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in my new car journey. I must say it was the most pleasant way in buying a new car. and we all know how tedious that can be. Great dealership with knowledgeable support staff. No pressure in making a good decision on price. Overall the very best new car purchase experience I have ever had. You will see me again! Thank you for making my day!

I worked with Michael Smith on my latest car deal. He was a great help getting this purchase together. He is very willing to help in any way. He is very professional and maintains consistent communication to help his customers throughout their purchase. This was extremely helpful since I traveled from Texas to buy the Cadillac. Upon my arrival from the airport, I spotted the Cadillac in front of Hilton Head Buick GMC Cadillac. He had the paperwork ready. It was excellent to get in and out so quickly. I feel that he is a wonderful asset to Hilton Head Buick GMC Cadillac. I would definitely be willing to buy another vehicle from Michael.

Recently purchased a XT5. Love the car. Tim Breen was the sales rep and was excellent. Tim got us the car we wanted. The price was acceptable. He explained all the features in detail and set up many of the interactive features. I have worked with many sales reps and Tim was the best!

We just moved to HHI and it was nice to see a dealership close by for our Escalade. They are super friendly (especially Joe) who even remembered my name when we came back in a second time. This was even better than our previous dealership in Charlotte and they have the coffee / latte / espresso machine that Charlotte took away LOL! Thanks for the great service guys!!
