Unfortunately I have to give these guys a 2 star. Recently took my car there due to a emergency vibration issue before a long trip. Have to admit they got my engine mount issue and suspension issue right but they rebalanced my tires and did my alignment wrong. After I got back to Toronto I had my own independent specialist look at the car and wheel balancing was messed up and so was my alignment. I did change the mounts and shocks but regardless the balancing was a mess and also the alignment and only after that was fixed did the vibrations finally go away. Car rock solid now. Sad that a dealer can't get this basic stuff right. People seemed nice.

After being a long-time repeat customer, I will not be returning to this dealership. I just had a routine oil service done At roughly 23,000 miles and was charged nearly $600 for it. They even had the audacity to charge me $150 for a vehicle inspection which BMW of Charleston does absolutely free. Not only that, but $300, half of which was labor to switch out the air filter and micro-filter. After this scalping, I filled out the survey for the dealership and requested contact, but I ve heard from no one, so that just proves to me they don t care. And I was idiotic enough to drive all the way from Charleston for this service. Never again. I won t be returning. They have lost a long-time repeat customer by these insane overcharges.

I had the pleasure of working with Enrique Barrero at BMW of Hilton Head, and I must say he is the ultimate professional. His product knowledge is very exceptional. He answered all questions without hesitating. His deamor reflected care and respect and his warm smile was very satisfying. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Shortly after purchasing my M3 (out of state) I had an airbag restraint system malfunction appear. I wanted to take it to the dealership to run a diagnostic as well as a general inspection to make sure everything else was fine. They had me drop it off on a Friday and told me they had an M specialist coming in to run an update because they weren t comfortable messing with it. On Monday I had a voicemail from the dealership asking to touch base because after investigation they recommended an entire computer module replacement due to an after market tune they believed was responsible for the issue. They estimated between 3-4 grand for the replacement. I told them I was not aware of any tunes on the car and wanted a second opinion because something felt off. When we asked to speak to this specialist we were told it was actually a collaborative effort and charged me 150-160 for the time spent investigating. I took it to ASM BMW in Savannah, and Alex was phenomenal. Within an hour he was able to telll it was a simple airbag sensor failure and there was no tune on the car. He fixed it within a day and charged a fraction of the price. I would caution customers to do their research and listen to your gut if something feels offService: Vehicle Inspection

Great sales and service staff. Nice inventory of late model and new cars. Every customer is treated like family. The buying process is handled with care and understanding.

I love this service center. I live in Charlotte and vacation in HH. I plan my maintenance around my vacations to the area. Brad and the team are knowledgeable, courteous and quick. They never try to charge me for unnecessary items and keep my car working great. Highly recommend
