Relocating to the area and made my first visit to BMW of Hilton Head for service on my BMW 750i. Worked with Joe Juliano as my Service Advisor. It was a first class experience. From the validity of the original quote to the ease of receiving a loaner car to the timeliness of the work, I could not have been better cared for. I would highly recommend BMW of Hilton Head and Joe Juliano to anyone who needs service on their vehicle.

We worked with Micheal Ciavolino in the purchase of our X5. We found it on line and when we arrived at the dealership, it was not on the lot. Micheal walked around the lot in the rain until he found it in the detail shop. He was very nice, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy! We would highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new or used BMW.
