Sammy has been working on my cars for years. He's absolutely wonderful. He also has the best dropbox You've ever seen it's a work of art. I trust Sammy with anything that I have to work on, he always gets it right and he's always upfront with me and honest can't ask for anything more. Highly recommend the shop.

Sammy went above and beyond to help us get our Explorer back on the road after a water pump failure. We have 4 small children, and we desperately needed the SUV back on road. The Explorer requires an entire engine teardown as the water pumps are inside the engine and run off the timing chain. We called on Friday, dropped it off Friday afternoon, he started working on the engine on Saturday, parts came in Monday, and Sammy had the car back to us by Wednesday! He even test drove it for an hour to ensure the engine rebuild preformed to spec. It runs beautifully now, like new. He's a kind, compassionate, and caring Mechanic. We are very lucky to have found him.

Luckily, my work vehicle broke down right in their parking lot. I saw that they are appointment only, but they briefly looked at my vehicle anyways. Sandy was very nice and even brought me a water while I was waiting on the tow truck from Sumter to pick me up. Very kind people. I highly recommend. Thank y'all so much for your help!

After trying 4 different other mechanics, Sammy and Matt are the only people I trust to touch any of my vehicles. They are honest, experts in their trade, honest, approachable, honest, and professional. I advise everyone to try them out. Stopped in today to test drive a vehicle with Sammy the owner... decided to purchase the vehicle within minutes of talking with him. He knows his vehicles he s selling... he didn t pressure me at all... very respectful... very reasonable with the price.... easiest car buying process ever and I have purchased a lot of cars. I prefer buying from a local small business any day, and I can say we will be doing business with them in the future again definitely. Trust was earned today.

I had my Jeep Wrangler check engine light on. The engine was running rough.I drove down from Toronto for holidays and needed car to get back. Sammy and Matt came through for us today. We had an emergency and needed a new water pump and thermostat installed before we left on a trip tomorrow. They both went the extra mile to get it done for us. And price for the repair was less than what we had recently paid for the same thing for another car we have at our other home. Reputable, fair and reliable. Can't say enough about Gearheads. Thanks!

I would recommend Sammy's to anyone. He won't do any work without completely explaining it first. Sammy and his crew even stayed late getting my Suburban running cause we had a big trip the next day. I had even brought it in last minute and they made sure I'd have it in time. I definitely appreciates the effort.

These guys are the best. I use to have my cars serviced at the dealer, no more. Prices are great and they are honest, its hard to find an honest mechanic along with the knowledge to do the job.They will have all of my vehicles in the future for maintenance and service.I never question Sammie or Matt as they are true professionals.Carlton

I purchased a Vehicle from this Dealer June 2021, he sold me a lemon. 2 months after I bought the vehicle the alternator went out, cost me $1300.00. I m a disabled veteran and he assured me that the car was in great shape. We are now on our 3rd repair at Mercedes Benz for Coolant leak & Oil leak. I had to get the Head gaskets replaced because they leaked oil, another 1300.00+ Cost. Now come to find out the car has a aftermarket engine which is not from Mercedes. The owner who sold me the car states he didn t know it had all the problems listed. If you are a mechanic who services European vehicles how can miss this? No he sold me the car willing and knowingly it had major issues. I have already put over $4000 into the car for repairs and it hasn t been a year yet. June 2022 will mark a year. The Salesman/mechanic says he can t help me, and he doesn t know much about the car because he bought it from a tow yard, all he did was service it, wash it and put it on the lot. I hope that other disabled veterans stay away from this place. It s very disheartening to experience this type of service . It s just so much I am feeling right now. I hate to make statements like this, but the guy who owns the shop tells me it s nothing he can do.

Emailed the business on a Friday night and to my surprise I had a response within minutes...very surprised, I asked for an estimate for work on my truck, Sammy, the owner asked many other questions game me a great estimate and now things are fantastic! Work was done in a timely manner, pricing excellent ( I priced it out elsewhere) would highly recommend!

I was on vacation and had a window that wouldn't roll up. They got me in same day and fixed my issue. They also didn't gouge me like some garages do with out-of-towners. By far the dumbest 20 second conversation I have experienced with a business. Offer them to repair my front left caliper and change the pads and he said " I am not interested in this job" for anyone looking for people who arnt afraid to take on Work and reject money save your self the time and drive half a mile down the road to Rebel Dog they at least gave me an answer. And where glad to take my bussiness.
