Always takes the best care of me and my vehicle. Any time I m in a pinch , I m always made to feel like a VIP customer. Their customer service is great, and the technicians are too. They re fairly priced and get me on the road quickly. Came in for tire repair , was in and out in 30 minutes. I wish I could name every single employee , but thank you to the entire Bluffton EOC crew !

Came on Thursday afternoon. Waited 60 minutes and told to pull up. When I arrived at the door I was informed they ran out of my oil type to come back tomorrow.Friday after waiting another 60 minutes got my oil changed.Need to change their name to 2 hr oil change

Took my daughters car in for a new battery & Demonte was so nice & took care of it for me! It was easy & fast .we always get our oil changed here as well! Great staff & they always take good care of us:)

Xavier was great! He didn t oversell me on anything, let me know what services I needed to schedule soon, answered all my questions, and had a smile the whole time. I have been here several times. Everyone is so friendly and professional! The guys that work there are so polite and kind. Tycoby was my tech today and he was wonderful! Being a female it means a lot that you can trust these fellows! Highly recommend! Thank you!

These guys are fantastic! My husband has been there for tires after another company In Bluffton couldn t get us in for weeks! They had him in and out same day and with great customer service! He suggested I stop in when I had the cover of my oil pan become damaged and was dragging. They took me right away and fixed it for no charge. I am definitely heading back here for my next oil change!

Just wanted to give a 5 star recommendation for the servicemen Xavier and DeMonte. They both were very professional while they worked on my car and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them doing my car again or anyone s. Thanks again guys great job.

I was intimated to try this bc I ve never done an oil change as a drive thru. These folks were great! Thorough, helpful, professional. Demonte was exceptional, put my fears to rest, and made sure the oil change and my car was what it needed to be! Would visit here again!!!!

If I could leave a 0/5 stars I would. The work here is quick, careless and will end up costing you so much time and effort in the long run.We took our car for a routine oil change before a long car ride and the technician forgot to secure the drain plug. This drained our oil and according to another mechanic we took for a second opinion destroyed our engine. When we took it back to express oil who claims they back their work they ran the car for 30 minutes and told us the car appeared to be fine. We later tested the car for ourselves and the car stopped working, causing us to end up on the side of the road, and get our car towed. According to the 2nd opinion mechanic, we are the 4th customer that s suffered serious consequences to their careless work.Mistakes happen but Express Oil Change did nothing for us to help us with a broken engine, nothing for our towing expenses and didn t comp the awful oil change services we received. I appreciate a local review so just wanted to share my experience to hopefully prevent further issues for someone else.

Awful, went in for a oil change & not even 30 mins after my car started to shut off putting me on me on the side of the road leaving me car less. Went back the next day and was told my car had problems before hand and it was basically nothing they could do . Got told we would have to pay for the tow if it wasn t related to the oil change . Once the car got there and they started to check it one employee yell F blowed a rod then 4 employees went under the car and it looked like they was wiping and trying to fix they mistake after that we was told we was allowed to come by the car & they began to try to explain that our car had problems before the oil change then proceeded to say they understood what we was going through so they would cover the tow. (this same car got me and my boyfriend to work & home everyday with no problems) until the oil change.

Every time we take our car in, we are greeted with a smile. They are very thorough and always tells us everything that is going on. They are very knowledgeable about any problems. We will not go anywhere else. Damonte was the best!!!

Above and beyond! We had a bad diagnosis from Autonation on our Hyundai Santa Fe. George, the manager here had our car towed from the dealership and fixed our problem (alternator) at NO charge. (because we have gone to him for our vehicles repairs) I'm still beside myself. I've never in my days of owning a vehicle ever met a more authentic and sincere person for auto repair. I will never take my vehicle back to the dealership again. Not when I know that I can trust Express oil and tire in Bluffton (right next to Sams club) will do it correctly, and stand behind their work. I've found my "go to" location for car repair! Jim

Went in to have the shop check my alignment and balance the tires, specifically asked the shop not to rotate the tires. I have larger tires on the back, they didn t follow directions and did a rotation on the tires anyways. When I asked about it they stated.I think If you re going to do something the that the customer ask you not to do you should verify that with them firstService: Tires

A very good place for oil changes. The technician (Chuck) was courteous and efficient, and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this place of business. They were about 8 bucks cheaper than the Valvoline place, and I'll surely go back.

Always take my car here Tycoby and michael Saluat helped me with my last service and did it as fast as possible and checked everything I never have time to schedule. Best place around!
