Had an issue with my brakes last week so I made an appointment here. They got me in the next morning to take a look. Said they couldn t do that day but could offer me a courtesy car to use while they repaired it.I was given the quote and talked to service team about what needs to be done. I felt tue whole time that they re doing what s best.From the team at the front to the mechanics this is a top notch group. We will only use them going forward!

Having just moved to the Bluffton area, I was looking for an automotive service I could trust. Finding good and quality automotive service is as important as finding new medical personnel. Well, Beachside Automotive has filled the bill. I value integrity more than any other character, and the people who work at Beachside certainly are honest and forthright. They were thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Waldo and Charlie are quality people, and I m thankful for their assistance. I have no qualms in recommending Beachside Automotive. It is an easy choice.

I am new to the area and needed my Lexus serviced for brakes. The Lexus dealer said I needed to have them done. I dropped my car off and received a detailed computer analysis of my car sent by my mechanic, Charlie, who was very professional and provided excellent service with kindness. He told me that I had about 15.000 miles left on the brakes and did not need to have them replaced. This is the first time a mechanic has been so honest. Please do not hesitate to take your car here..

I m new to S. Carolina and read/heard great things about Beachside. Even though they were booked for the day, they got me in for an emergency oil change. VERY thorough! Made sure my car was up to date on services. Extremely professional staff!

Trash place! Their 4.9 score is fake and they obviously pay to have a higher rating. I got my car back, open my hood the next day and the mechanic left his tools, screws, and didn t put my engine cover back on. I don t believe they did the work they said they did. I just can t even express to you to go somewhere else. My car isn t running properly and will now have to take it In somewhere else to get fixed.

They replaced my 12-volt Starter battery in my Prius. Excellent service. Jen at the front desk was especially helpful, and Waldo from the Service Team was great as well. I was so impressed with how incredibly thorough they were with the inspection. They sent pictures Of everything and recommended what can wait and what is urgent. I will always bring my vehicles here. Very responsive to calls and finished my car quickly.

I am new to the area and needed my front brakes and rotors replaced. After reading other reviews and the proximity to my place of work, I took my car to Beachside. As can happen, there was an issue with the new parts and Beachside replaced them, at no cost, for me. Coming from a small town where I discussed issues with my mechanic at the local HS basketball games, I can't tell you how reassuring it is having someone here I can trust. Thank you Beachside!

Had to get starter replaced for my Honda Accord 2014. Beachside helped organize everything and make my life much easier by having a connection with a tow company allowing me to go fully through them. Good customer service, gets parts quickly, kept me updated on the process. Jennifer, and Brian were very helpful, clear and concise. Thank you!

My daughter is going to Med school Bluffton, and as her father who is 1700 miles away I have a fair amount of anxiety when something goes wrong with her car. A recent problem happened and the folks at Beachside did an outstanding job coordinating getting the car to their shop, figuring out and fixing the problem, and getting the car back to my daughter. They really care about people just as much as they care about keeping the vehicles running. In today's world of providing these types of services, I find that extraordinary behavior and am so glad we went to them and know that we can count on them for any future vehicle repair needs.

Friendly, courteous staff; communication was excellent kept me apprised of what repairs were needed and why; did have to wait for parts so they had my vehicle for a week but overall very satisfied I d use again.

My car was due for some new tires. I had a few particular brands in mind, however, Waldo provided a great recommendation for my car. Needless to say, that after getting those new tires and an alignment, my car handles much better than when I got it brand new. Customer for life .

Everytime I go to beachside I get excellent customer service. The work done is always top notch and they are very reliable. They offer great other services while waiting and they show care to you and your vehicle! Highly recommend coming here for your auto needs!

I really enjoy the friendly helpful customer service at Beachside Tire! I brought my vehicle in for my breaks, expecting to pay quite a lot of the service I was happily informed that my breaks were in good shape and wouldn't need to be replaced at this time. Needless to say their honesty saved me hundreds of dollars! And just before the holidays! Thanks techs! Thanks Waldo!!

Beachside was great. They squeezed me in for my oil change and tire rotation. Found that I needed some filters and do those on the spot. Replaced a lightbulb in my headlight. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them.

By far the best experience I have had at an auto repair shop. My car was having trouble starting, and luckily they were able to fit me in and replace my battery and do a couple of other small repairs within a couple of hours. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the reception area and waiting room. I appreciated the fridge of bottled water and the phone chargers. I didn't mind waiting in there at all, and that's saying A LOT for me. I was so pleased as well with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Every time a different employee saw me standing around, they asked if I had been helped. The gentleman that was my service advisor explained everything well. I loved that I received such a detailed diagnostic report through text message. The whole experience was great. Gone are the days of having to stand around a dusty, greasy shop while rude employees ignore you. Beachside is next level. Highly recommend.Services: Wiper blade installation, Battery

Excellent service! Waldo and his team helped us quickly diagnose an issue with our Jeep. They were patient with us as the problem would only occur at random times, and they figured it out! Don t hesitate to contact them for any routine maintenance or a more serious issue. Beachside was able to fit me in the next day to troubleshoot my car. I was given a loaner car to get me through the weekend. They kept in touch with the progress and got the car back to me in a timely fashion. The price was competitive with the other shops. Most friendly service around! My boyfriend & I had car trouble last minute before our trip out of town to Asheville. I bring all my vehicles to Beachside Auto. Waldo was very kind as always. I got my oil changed tires rotated. The wait was not too long. So stop paying high prices for car repairs at the dealership . Fast, friendly, fairly priced.The loaner car program is a big plus when you re down and in for repairs. I hope I don t ever need them anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be back.
