Not very customer service oriented but what does one expect from a car part store. Dad Purchased brake fluid, the big guy was super interested in the young lady working along side him. So watching the romance evolve between them was tragically overstated. Wish dad would have pick the first desk to checkout in then this one. However, I walked him threw the checkout and stated thanks to the obvious "busy" big guy, who didn't even eknowledge our existence after side standing the receipt to my dad.

Won t let you return parts after you use them unlike O Reilly, can only be defective replaced so make sure you want to keep it before buying it or else your stuck with it

Checked my 'check engine light' and had the parts available to repair. Also LOVE their oil change package deals. Plus, they sell the Purolator oil filters!

We were on our way home from the beach, 9/13/20 when the check engine light came on flashing and the van started running very rough. We Goggled auto parts stores near me and we ended up here. The older man and sweet young lady that work there were wonderful. She helped me read my codes and recommend what she thought would help. They decided it would be better to call a local mechanic to come help, Jemaine. He was awesome! He came right away and fixed the van in the parking lot. God will always send you help when you need it. I can't thank all of you enough.

I took my nephew there, he had a flat tire and needed a lug wrench. I did not in, my nephew went in to get what he needed. He was pleased. The person that waited on him gave him a card for a business that sell tires. So I would say he go good customer service. The person went above the call of duties.

I was 12 hours into a 24 hour drive when my battery light came on. I googled the nearest auto parts store and this location was it. I arrived at approximately 8:15 but the store didn't open until 9am (it was on a Sunday). Mr. Nate-the manager, was at another establishment and noticed that I had out of state tags and came over. I asked if he could check my battery and replace it if need be so I could get back on the road in time to start my new job in the morning. Well, unfortunately not only was my battery bad, but my alternator also. To make a long story short, Mr. Nate found someone to replace my alternator, on a Sunday mind you, for a reasonable price and get me back on the road. I made it to my destination with no more issues. And was on time for my new job!!! I can not thank Nate and Adam enough for all they did that day to help me. They both went above and beyond what they are paid to do to ensure that I was safe. Again thank you for everything.

Dawn and crew were awesome. I m from Florida and needed an alternator. Not only did they have it in stock, Dawn gave me pointers on installation and covered the core charge return info etc. Very friendly and accurate service! Thanks folks y all do it right!!!!

For the most part it was a good experience. They seem to be very busy, phone was ringing steadily, only two workers( because of the virus I'm assuming.) The gentleman there helped with my items and was knowledgeable.

Here often and seems it's the most functional location I've been as far as finding things and very great check out 95% if your waiting It is very short period.

I had a fan belt shred on me on I-20 and limped on in here to Advance, hoping they could help me. Michael, Ruby, and DeCoda went above and beyond. They called a mobile mechanic and got me fixed up. Highly highly recommend.

Dawn at Advance Auto is AMAZING!!! She replaced our battery and got us back on the road to beach. Mind you, the battery is UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT! She went above and beyond. Thanks so much.

Wow been in a lot Advance but this one's different. Clean and nice employees. I wish this Advance was close to my home. I may just make the long drive. Well worth it.

rude people call to ask a question about a part and you get talked to like you are trash then you say nicely they ain't gotta he rude they hang up on well Lance if you cant do you're job then you dont need one it's that simple

Told my part would be in next day. Reality is that it took four days. All I was offered was I'm sorry. Your sorry doesn't fix my truck. Not happy.
