Thank you to Alex for fixing my car today while I was on my way back home to NC! I m not from the area and didn t know any mechanics to go to for help. Alex was recommended to us by the employees at auto zone right down the road. On a Friday afternoon with no heads up, Alex was able to fix my alternator and get me back on the road to NC in an hour. His price was extremely affordable and I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thanks again for saving the day!

I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. After spending $600 getting my car fixed in Myrtle Beach. We started to drive home (9.5 hour drive) and my car was worst than it ever as been. I googled the closest auto shop near me and it brought me to Dr. Alex. Alex went out of his way and helped us out tremendously. We got to the shop around 4:30pm, knowing his shop closes at 5pm. I got a call from him at 7:20pm saying my car was done. He picked me up from our hotel and drove me around for 20 mins making sure I knew it was fixed. This man worked after hours working on my car and making me a priority. Alex I couldn t appreciate you more. Thank you for everything!

Best mechanic ever! Alex was able to fix an unfixable issue with my Aston Martin that 5 other mechanics could not. Most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I've met in my 70 years. I can't recommend him enough. I would rate him 10 stars if I could.

I was traveling through town for work when my transmission developed a leak. I had 150 miles to go. I stopped in to Dr Alex and explained my situation. He dropped everything that he was doing, fixed the issue and had me back on the road within an hour. It s been a few days since with no issues. Excellent service and a super gentleman!

He's ""A SPECIALIST"" If you're having any DOUBTS about any work he'll be performing on your vehicle, JUST ASK....He doesn't have a problem taking a moment to explain to you what's the procedure that he'll be taking to fix your car and have it back to you His ATTITUDE, POISE, DEMEANOR and EXPERTISE, is what made me change to his shop from.......""2 Major Chains"" that I've used for years since living in South Carolina I like to have ""1 REPAIR SHOP/1 DOCTOR"" for my Vehicle that I can ""TRUST"" and I've been using ""DR. My car started making a rubbing sound at the rear tire, and several lights were on on the dash. I called Dr. Alex and he got my car in the next day. He let me know what the problem was and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. He charged 1/2 what I had expected. The car is running great. We are heading to Martyle Beach for our family vacation then our vehicle check engine suddenly popped up. Our van needed to change all the spark plugs R&R.Mr. Alex did a great job !!! In a trip from Winston-Salem to Myrtle Beach with my family, my car had a brake pad problem on the road.As soon as we got Angel's workshop he was willing to help.This happened more than a year ago, but, I was always on the lookout to thank you for helping us so much that day and saving the family vacation trip.Thx a lot.

I was at my wits end with my car. I had no mechanic and I know very little about vehicles. My air went out and I had taken my car to several places to be checked and worked on and after 450$ and still no air I was just beside myself. I went to Angel and Alex because they were near my home. When I walked in, one - the shop was neat and clean, two - they listened to me before explaining what they could do, three- they were very up front with what I needed to do. They were fair with pricing and explained every step of the process. I like to know what is going on and they kept me informed. Alex does not just 'guess' the problem, he dives in and diagnoses the problem before attempting to fix it. My air is so cold and running beautifully. Our Amada started sputtering and hesitating on our way back home from Myrtle Beach. We found Alex and Angel's Auto Repair thru Google and took our car there. Alex was busy but took time to see if he could fix the problem. He did a diagnostic test, disconnected and reconnected a sensor. It fix the problem. So, so grateful to Alex for checking out our car and making sure we were able to drive the rest of the way back home safely. Broke down with bad alternator on the way to the beach early Saturday morning. Auto parts store told me to go to Alex and Angel and no one else. Alex stopped what he was doing for an hour to fit me in right at opening to put mg new alternator in and get me back on the road. Extremely knowledgeable about all things automotive !! I'm an old shade tree mechanic myself but these modern cars require a different way of thinking !! My opIon is some big dealership nearby will test Alex AND THROW THE BIG BUCKS AT HIM. And TAKE HIM AWAY !!! I HOPE NOT. HIS MANNER AND PERSONALITY ARE ALSO HIS ASSEST. GIVE HIM A TRY !!
