Rates are nice! although Amanda could use more customer service skills! she told me she was going to remove me from her company because I did not appreciate her RUDE tone of manner! She made me feel awful, especially witnessing rate increase from inflation via agents trying to save money as a loyal customer staff agents should not force products and be more customer need base. Communication is key! However respect is everything!

I dont like to leave negative reviews and am not sure I ever have, but it's necessary.After a very minor accident, my auto coverage sky-rocketed. After calling the agency, I was told there was no other option. I had no choice but to look elsewhere and found affordable coverage with a reputable company, who set the accident didnt show up on my record. Allstate was notified 3 times to cancel coverage and of the start date of new coversge. I kept getting notifications of a draft, and called more than once to have it removed. Today, 35 days after notifying Allstate, a draft is coming out of my account, I'm so upset. Amanda, the owner of the agency was very unapologetic at first, and called me rude for being upset and continually talked over me. She finally admitted to their agency mistake. That doesn't help the fact that my account overdrew. I don't have confidence in this agency after 3 phone calls and doing my due diligence.

CUDD S Allstate Insurance Agency, has been very helpful, when I needed them, they were there with (Bundling) my plan so I could be cover my home and vehicles. They re Awesome .
