Just go to Florence or Lumberton. Payed for an alignment. They lied and said it was done and wasn't. Mechanic took my wheel lock key. Only 1 service advisor works with you. As far trying to squeeze you in for an oil change which takes less than 10 mins. Can't help you. Call back and set an appointment. (They have done it faster than that) The other has no customer service qualities. He's just ready to go home. They should do more on trying to keep a customer rather than trying to get rid of them.
