My husband and I have never had such a quick and pleasant car-buying experience as we did purchasing a car with Earnest Roberts as our car salesman. He never hassled us once about ANYTHING. He pointed out key points regarding our new car, and we walked away feeling pretty satisfied with our purchase.

One of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had! Jim Justice was an absolute pleasure to work with!! He s very knowledgeable, personable, and not at all pushy. The flow of the transaction was smooth. I didn t spend all day there like you typically do when buying a car (I did my own research beforehand so that may have helped). When the time comes (in quite a few years, I hope) for me to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely have this dealership at the top of my list! Great selection, great prices, wonderful staff!

I highly recommend Bennettsville Honda! My experience with the dealership was phenomenal. Earnest was a great sales associate and his communication skills was very superb. The car shopping experience and finance part was very quick. I was in and out the dealership within 45 mins. I highly recommend Bennettsville Honda and glad I chose them for my brand new 2024 Honda Civic Sport!

My mom recommended I come to this dealership after I had a bad experience at another while looking for a car. Tony made the car buying process so easy and test driving did not seem like a bother to him. After having a bad experience at one dealership it s hard to want to go to another but I really am thankful my mom recommend me to go see Tony. I test drove 2 cars but looked at multiple. He and the finance person, I want to say it his name was Kyle but his name could be Anthony, were super helpful in explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable and knew what I was getting. 10/10 if you re looking for a new car, I would definitely go to Bennettsville Honda

I highly recommend Bennettsville Honda. The facility is clean and quite. I pretty much new the car I wanted and Tommy Freeman was my sales associate. I appreciate Tommy not trying to sway my decision and giving a high level comparison of comparable cars. Tommy was professional and guided me easily, smoothly and quickly through the process of purchasing a new car.

Went to this dealership to buy oil and oil filter for an elderly relatives car who can t drive anymore. It was a 45 minute ride to go to this dealership, which I could have went to one closer. The only reason I went to this one is because this is the dealership my relative has always done business with since 2010. When I arrived at 12:15pm I was advised by a gentleman that no one was in parts due to the worker was gone to lunch. I advised him there was nothing on there website that said parts was closed for lunch. I also advised him I drove from out of town and he didn t care. I stated that I would go do business with another dealership and I would leave a review of my encounter. He didn't care one bit and said okay. For his customer service and attitude I would say no stars 0! I stepped outside and called the dealership and spoke with the General Manager. He went above and beyond to handle the employee and gave me the oil and filter for free. I would not take it for free as that wasn t what I felt was right. The General Manager apologized for the employees actions and said that s not how they do business and was correcting the employee when I walked back in. I give the General Manager 5 stars for fixing the issue and correcting the employee! Great job sir! To the other employee maybe you can go to a class to learn customer service and how to have a better attitude to your customers. If not find another job!

I was able to find the exact CRV-EXL and color that I wanted at Bennettsville Honda website and sent a message. I was contacted by Jim Justice. We emailed and talked on the phone a few times and I went over and got it the same day.

Bought a used car from Bennettsville Honda. Was assured the car went through their service department and needed nothing but some paint repairs. Got it home and discovered that wasn't the case. They won't help in any way. BUYERS BEWARE! I WOULDN'T recommend this place!!!

I recently purchased Pilot 2023 from this dealership and got an excellent deal. I did negotiated the price on phone and Alvin has been excellent sales manager.Within 30 minutes I was out of the dealership with the car keys.Very pleasant experience.

The easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I had already received a quote that I liked, which included a generous offer for my trade-in. The car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived...I was allowed to test drive it a lone...I returned and asked about getting a little more for my trade in, which they quickly agreed to (which ended up being $3,500 over what anyone else had offered me)...they did not try to upsell me on features I didn't ask for...and I wasn't held hostage for hours waiting on the paperwork to be ready. I would highly recommend Alvin, the salesman and Christopher, the finance manager, if you ever need to purchase a car. Wonderful experience!!!

I just recently got my used car from there. I had been looking around for several weeks as my car broke down and getting another vehicle was my best option, They made me feel at home and everything was done quickly in one day, I was so thankful for their help and I'm in a nicer newer vehicle than I was before. I will definitely be doing business here again in the future.

Don t buy from here!!! They will sell you cars that need repair and take no responsibility for it!!!Update: We noticed a sound coming from the car, we also noticed that the car needed an oil change. We took the car back about a month later to get the oil changed and asked them to check the sound as well (since we just purchased the car 4 weeks prior we figured it should be covered). It came back being the brakes. We asked Pierre if that will be covered since it should have been checked as well as the oil changed before selling the car!!! He told us don t worry I ll talk to them and get it taking care of, we will give you a call A week went by, no call. Called the service department to follow up, I was transferred to Pierre, he told me again he was going to check and call me back. He didn t. My wife called back again 2 days later, she was hung up by Pierre once she asked about brakes, she thought it was a mistake, she waited a few minutes more called back and was told by Pierre again that he was busy in meetings all day and will call back, again 3 days later, no call. I would have preferred an honest we are not taking care of it instead of all the hang ups an running around. They will sell you a car that needs repairs and then take no redo for anything.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience. I actually enjoyed it. Ernest and his manager were both humble, honest, and forthcoming about everything. Not one time did I think it was going to be one way and it turn out another. No one tried to talk me into anything at all. Jim Justice is a class act. Very friendly and professional. Communicates very well and was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features on the Honda. He took his time in showing me all that the Honda had to offer and seems to be very knowledgable about the Honda products. I would highly recommend Jim Justice to anyone.

Great experience. I left a message on the internet and Alvin promptly responded to my request. Located my car and I purchased it within three days. He kept me informed throughout the process. Pierre, Finance, did the paperwork and was never pushy. I could tell his main concern was that the customer was happy with their dealership and focused only on their needs.
