It was an absolute pleasure to purchase a 23 Maverick with Tommy Freeman.The dealership went above and beyond to make this happen; due to the vehicle not being on the lot and a delay in shipping, the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle until mine arrived.From talking with Tommy on the phone to completing the paperwork this was the least stressful car purchasing process I have ever been through.

Sent truck in for oil change and inspection got the all green light message saying everything was in great shape even the oil leak reported last oil change must have fixed itself brakes front and rear are squealing coolant reservoir was empty. If you can't take the time to show an effort why offer inspection with oil change. Price went from 69 online to 101 after completion

First time visiting here and needed some work done on my vehicle. Greg was very nice, as well as the other employees that work at the dealership. They have a small area couch and television, plus chairs behind the couch for more seating. The couches may need a little attention. I would recommend for your closest dealership in the area.

nice staff people there. had a wheel alignment and oil change done and did not have to wait long, just had to take it back for them to reset the oil life gauge back to 100% oil life which was done. It's very important to me that my oil gauge is reset.

Brent (sales) was easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. The management team was unwilling to negotiate by ONE DOLLAR even when shown numerous examples of similar trucks at lower prices. This is a good dealership to use if you never want negotiate.

Avoid their service department at all cost. I had my vehicle towed there due to a flat tire. I asked them to let me know if my tire could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Since they don't keep tires in stock, I understood that if it needed replacing that I would have to wait until a set could be delivered the next day. That's understandable but what is not is the fact that when I went back to check on my car I was told that they looked at the tire and it needed replacing, and I was also told that they didn't have time to order a set of tires. My car was towed there at 9am and at 5pm I was told that they would not be able to order tires. What's even worse is that they never even touched my car. My car sends out automatic notifications so I knew they never touched it. They simply just lied to me and for whatever reason didn't want to order a set of tires. So I had to call around at 5pm and thanks to Ed tires in Laurinburg I was able to get my tires ordered for a next day delivery and thank you Jacks towing for coming to pick up my car and towing it to Laurinburg. It cost me an extra tow bill but it was well worth it to get away from Bennettsville Ford.

I had a great experience with Zach Phillips in the service department. They were honest, fair, and thorough with any recommendations. They physically showed me what they were recommending, which went a long way to building trust in them. I was very surprised that they gave me the same prices as my local mechanic. I highly recommend this dealership for all you service needs.

My experience was amazing Mrs.Linda the service manager greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel so welcome and Mr. Greg freeman they all as a team was amazing and for that we are so grateful if we had questions or concerns they answered right away, thank you all for all your help and expertise!

I strongly do not recommend Bennettsville Ford. They do not perform quality work and will not honor workmanship nor the warranty of parts. The General Manager and Service Manager will lie to you. The GM is disrespectful. I m currently waiting on resolution from my ClaimsRepresentative from Ford Motor Co. I will never bring my Ford nor my Honda back here ever!! This is a joint Honda/Ford Dealership ran by the same disrespectful GM!FordMCO resolved my issue and I had my truck repaired by Champion Ford of Rockingham NC. I did end up having to pay around $600. Ford paid the other $800 all because Bennettsville is incompetent of doing the job correctly. I had them fix my Cam Phasers and paid them $2400. I carried it to them because I was trying to support my local dealership. It ended up costing me in the end. Bennettsville Ford/Honda lost my business for good!

The service department at Bennettsville Ford provided me with outstanding customer service during my appointment as well as follow-up contact to ensure that my needs were met, the work that was performed was satisfactory and that I had no further needs. They made me feel completely like a valued customer and I would highly recommend the service team at Bennettsville Ford to anyone needing service to their vehicle. Jim and Scott were awesome to deal with on my recent vehicle purchase. This is the 2nd Ford I have purchased through Jim and he was a pleasure to deal with. Attentive, quick and thorough, Jim definitely values great customer service.If I need another Ford or Honda, I will definitely be going to Bennettesville again....and it's over an hour away!

Sales and sales manager are great to work with. Service is a waste of time. Call several times, didn t return phone calls. No reply for service. Drove up here several times to have a warranty issues fixed. For them to tell me every time they don t have the part or they ordered the wrong part. Had to go to another dealership to get it fixed. If you are looking for a vehicle to purchase at this location it s fair but others than that it is a waste of time.

We had an outstanding purchasing experience at Bennettsville Ford and with Jim Justice. Jim has a wealth and depth of experience here, and even though we were more than 250 miles away, his prompt callbacks and email responses made this process quite easy!We made our first contact late on a Sunday night, and from the first phone call on Monday, I knew we made the right choice. We had several exchanges to discuss the vehicle, pricing and payment options, and everything was settled on Wednesday, with no stress at all! Even when we threw something totally unexpected into the mix on Thursday, there was no anxiety or aggravation to solve it.If you would be willing to drive a little further to have a simple and stress-free experience, you should start your search for a new or used Ford (or Honda) with Jim Justice and the team at Bennettsville Ford in Bennettsville, SC!

Damaged my rims and blamed me, didn t even fix the problem we brought the car in for. Gave us nothing but excuses. We bought the vehicle from them and a shade tree mechanic would have done a way better job than they did.

Found the exact truck I wanted here online. I reached out and worked with Jim Justice. He was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. We were able to get everything discussed and taken care of ahead of time. I drove down from Charlotte the following business day to make the purchase. Could not have asked for an easier and stress-free purchase. Well worth the trip!

I took my suv in for an oil change on jan 6 2021. I explained the problem I was having when I start my car up and put it in reverse it jumps. They looked at it and said I needed a transmission flush and fill which I had them do. They also told me I needed a new battery, back pads and rotors resurfaced. At first I said not to fix the other 3 problems but I was leaving for a long trip in the next week so I told them to fix it all. Thought it was a bit pricey for 700.00 but dealerships usually are. I'm glad I decided to get it all done and was happy with the service all but a 21 point inspection of the car was done and my tires were low which I though was part of that inspection. I just had brand new tires put on in August 2020.
