Phil has awesome customer service!!! I ordered a part from him turned out to not be the right one, called up Phil and he found the right part for me and shipped it lighting fast. If only every business had this level of customer service. If I ever need another part I definitely using S &M Auto parts!!!!

I cannot say enough about S&M auto parts!!! I had a rebuilt transmission and motor put into my Nissan Altima. They do excellent work, affordable, and they stick by their word! Thank you Phil and all the other guys to get my car fixed just right! I appreciate everything! I highly recommend them!!!

Ive known the guys all my life, started going to S&M as a kid with my dad. Phil and Eddie and all the employees are great people to deal with. I will continue buying parts from these guys from here forward.

Horrible they claim "we do our best to satisfy every customer" "we do what it takes to satisfy the customer" but I paid 250 dollars for a rear end plus paid a full time mechanic to install it just for all 5 studs to snap off 3 weeks later which cost a additional 200 dollars labor and 100 dollars in parts to repair the damage to the rear end plus cost 200 dollars to fix my exhaust and 800 to fix the body damage it caused when the wheel broke off called them with receipts from all the work done to repair it and they claim "were not responsible for that because all5 studs will not snap at once" horrible people never again will I buy from s and m auto parts plus the customer service is horrible they like to talk to each other rather then serve there customers

These guys are super! Saved me 500 dollars on 2 parts compared to new cost. No tools required they have helpful knowledgeable staff waiting to help. If you need parts check em out!

These guys actually do have affordable parts and care about there customers.Gave me a great deal on a power steering pump for an 07 Town and Country.Dont take my word for it cause you really should give them a try for all your used vehicle parts.Im sure you will be just as satisfied as me.

What a complete waste of my time. I dropped by to ask about some parts. One guy sitting around wanting to chat about a sports game. One guy sitting behind the desk doing completely nothing. The other is on the phone with what sounds like his girlfriend. After about 20 minutes of standing around waiting to ask 1 question, I turned around and walked out the door. I'll find me some parts elsewhere.

Was driving by and called to price a radiator for a 2000 durango. $110 new in box with core charge. Apparently its a great price, hubby want to get our radiator there.

Call ahead to check for the part(s) needed for your repair needs. Expect waiting for them to pull your part. Overall great place for used auto parts.

Was wanting factory radio for Tahoe and called S & M Auto Parts with the radoi rpo code ( usually found in glovebox or console). It's a sticker with a bunch of alphanumeric codes (GM 's usually 3 digits). Just Google the car's or truck make, model, and year along with request for factory RPO codes. Codes are in alphabetical order on the sticker. Info on sticker will state what engine, transmission, differential car came with. In 1967 Chevrolet optioned 602 Camaros with go fast stuff as a package and quess want the RPO Code was for that racing option. Z28
