My experience was awesome & wonderful customer service from technicians (I apologize I can t remember names!)Got a quote the day before on 4 brand new tires, got the right brand for my car that I was looking for including the services of balancing them and putting warranty on them. The next day, came right on in and within the hour, my tires were done. Reasonable price, my car rides good as new, very smooth! Happy customer indeed!

Had a misunderstanding that they could book appointments, but they can t due to being short staffed. However I was told a good time frame to come and when I arrived they were able to take my car right away to change the tires. I was quoted about one hour, they only took 45 minutes. No surprise charges, excellent prices, fast service, and friendly employees. I have no complaints whatsoever! Will definitely be back for any basic maintenance.

Horrible service!!!! I went in to get a oil change. Whoever was working didn't put a plug back on my oil pan and oil just spilling all over the place. Refused refund and refused to be fixed . Took it to another shop and they fixed it . Somebody shut this walmart car service center down .

Took 2 and a half hours of back and forth because they cannot track down the tire that shows as delivered. Said that the tire was installed already so I couldn t get a refund despite them not having the necessary tire or even touching my car. Wouldn t even pull up my information or take my Id to confirm. Had to call customer service three different times to finally get some help that wasn t even all that helpful. Now I have to take my service elsewhere tj buy and install a new tire so I can stop driving on this spare. Walmart really shouldn t have auto services because it s never good reviews. I need to make sure I do check reviews before taking my car somewhere because this was a disaster that s shouldn t have taken all morning to solve. Completely ruined my day and makes me never want to return to Walmart for anything.Service: Tires

Crappy. Turned me down for oil change due to squeaky belt. Turned me down for tire repair due to what they said was uneven wear needing an alignment. Wouldn't mount new tire saying their airgun wouldn't remove lugnut I took them off with a lugwrench in front of them. On all three occasions the snow white headed fella was present. I'm pretty sure he IS PLAIN AND SIMPLE LAZY

Went in for a new car battery to be installed. I waited about 45 minutes.I was sitting in the waiting room and mechanic walked in complaining he couldn't get my old battery out of my car.I walked out to the car with him and he simply couldn't get one of the terminals connections off. So after a short time he Gave up I said I'll buy the battery and do it myself.I went to start my car the battery was dead I asked if he could give me a jump.He came back with a box I've never seen before and attempted to jump the battery.It seemed he was fumbling with the devise and didn't know what he was doing.He finally gave up and left me there and walked away.Thanks to a friend he came and jumped my car.

I came in here for a tire package and oil change for our business truck. Work took three hours to complete. They said everything was great left only to noticed my oil was registered it s low checked the oil barely in the truck. Call Walmart back finally got someone on the phone the young lady said no one talk to you I said about what she said he said he couldn t get the plug off he torque it and it just spin in place. But my receipt said he drained and replaced the filter but not the oil. After putting oil in the truck I check the plug they said was turning in place it s fine no problem. I went to O Reilly s bought oil for the truck. Add a photo of things they said they did but didn t they lied to protect their employees. Customer beware or you can be buying a new engine.

Web page says open till 7:00 p.m. called to verify and was told they close at 6:00 p.m. but they actually start closing at five. Explained I just need my sons tire plugged as he is leaving early on Monday to head home, out of state. Got there and got checked in, service guy was complaining the entire time that I even got checked in for a repair. He checked tire thread 6 times looking for lowest thread and said I can t fix your tire thread is too low. I would say bull, someone wasn t in the mood and wanted to go home. They wasted so much time other repair places closed before I could get there. Would never recommend this store, not about customer just about getting off work . Tire thread was fine!!!

Walmart Auto care @ Beaufort is an awesome service center. Whole team working in auto care is so friendly. They always keep customer s interest foremost! Service charges/ oil change are very competitive. I love their dedication at their job! Way to Go!!!

I will be changing my own from now on. Supposedly cut off time for an oil change is 5 so I was turned down for service, even though they close at 7. The phone is never answered so therefore I wasted my time in coming in at 5:30. Went again the next day and was waiting for almost 2 hours just to get rung up and the mechanic had failed to tell the clerks they didn't carry a certain type of oil filter for my husbands car. Every time I have been there in the past for my own car, it's always an issue with staff, wait time, quality of service such as not tightening the oil drain plug and leaving my car leaking oil until I fixed it. Hours of waiting even when I'm the only one there. People don't want to do what they get paid for. Except for the lovely lady with the glasses and bob haircut.

Good service, the ladies at the desk was very helpful. When I first drove up a gentleman, presumably one of the technicians, there was trying to send me away because the tires on the SUV did not match what he thought the lable said (Only needed two tires). After several minutes of escalating conversation he finally offered that they can install the tires if the size in my vehicle is an "optional size" for the vehicle. I wish he had offered this at first instead of trying to send me away. After that he directed me to the helpful ladies at the front who confirmed the validity of my tire size.

I showed up at 7am (they re supposed to be open). They didn t start to open until 7:15. I was parked in the tires lane and they told me to park in the back. The lady at the desk did not show up until 8:15 and then told me they have not been able to service tires all week and do not know when they will be able to again. They wasted over an hour of my time that could have been saved if they opened on time and told me right away that tire services were down Service: Tires

I came in early enough to where there were only 3 people here. Almost 3 hours later I'm still here waiting for a tire change. And numberous cars have come and gone and customers that were after me have been serviced and on there way. There is no rhyme or reason, no system of getting the work done. There are no appointments so it should be first come first serve. But still here waiting as I'm watching vehicles that aren't mine being pulled into the garage without explanation of why they are going before.

I ve had two bad experiences at this Walmart auto center. The most recent included being ignored by the customer service representative responsible for taking the auto center customers for twenty minutes before being addressed. Upon telling her that I was there for an oil change, I was told that they were still* not doing oil changes because their pump was down/broke. The 20 minutes I spent waiting to be assisted could have been put towards me going to another center. I work full time. Being that they take their last customer at 6, there was no way I d make it to another center in time. The purpose of having Walmart s auto center is for convenience but these past two experiences have been anything but that. Next time, I ll take my changes asking to leave work early and going to the next city. Won t be back and suggest others consider all other options before choosing this auto center.

I called for the hours of operation and the phone rang for about a minute straight before someone picked it up. The exact dialogue that followed was just pure rude. Hire people who care, please and fire those that don't. I was very polite and said thank you at the end of the conversation and the lady just hung up the phone. This is a trend because my husband received the exact same treatment a couple weeks ago.

Had a nail in my tire, so needed a repair. After a long wait at the Walmart Tire Center, I was told that they couldn't repair it, because I needed 4 new tires. My tires looked far from bald, so I questioned the repair man. He said he agreed with me, but the original repairman and the manager both looked at them and that's what he was told.Since neither of them was around at this point, I decided to go down the road to Discount TIre. They repaired the tire FOR FREE and told me I was not yet ready for new tires! Guess where I'll be going when I need a new set.

I got to the automotive center at 12:30 pm today and was told by the lady at the register, "we aren't taking any more cars today. People don't want to work. Had 2 not show up." What the hell? My son car needed a tire and an oil change not Walmart's history of havimg people on staff that are thoughtless of others.

I was satisfied with their service. I consider normal service of this type to be excellent if done correctly and that's why these five star rating of this. However I do not consider this to be a difficult task to learn or to perform necessarily so they may not excel at certain other things which are more complex than this.

I had a flat and needed a replacement tire.All stores in town including this one could only order it with a days wait. Chose Wal-Mart because they were $30 cheaper for the same tire. Called directly to this location and ordered through the lady who answered the phone in automotive. Gave all my information and was told tire would be there next day.Called next day and was told "what order". At that point I realized why Wal-Mart auto center is so cheap. No one there gives a sh..t.So now I have to wait another day. I ended calling Airport tire. They are more expensive, but at least they care and won't waste my time.If you want to waste your time and have zero faith in the services you receive, save money at Wal-Mart autocenter..

My husband went in for an oil change and upon leaving his belly pan dropped and started dragging on the ground and he realized they never put the bolts back in for it. When he drove back to Walmart and confronted about the problem, he was told 'oh well there were no bolts in when we took it off.' Because clearly he would just drive around a 2016 civic with a belly pan hanging and dragging around. Would give no stars

You don't want to get your oil changed here. I brought my Walmart oil and filter in and they said they would use the filter but not the oil for reasons I could not apprehend. Might as well shut the doors.

came here to have the oil changed on my work truck was refused service due to faulty gauge light what does a gauge matter to the oil in the engine

Slow service, rude or unfriendly workers, employees are generally unwilling to help their customers, and they don't do that good of work. In general, about the only thing this place has going for it is their prices, which aren't really that competitive. Look elsewhere.

If you're a female dont do service with Walmart unless you bring a Male with you, they full advantage of females when they come by themselves they are very good about trying to get females to buy this and that when truth of the matter is you dont need what their spitting out...
