They market that they top my fluids off. The next day, my coolant light turned on cause it was empty.Also, they almost "forgot" to check my tire pressure, which was part of the package option I purchased. I had to remind them to do it.They also didn't have VW synthetic oil so I had to get an off brand oil for my car which is fine but just adds to the annoyance.Also they had to do manual invoices cause there computers were down.Also they put get another oil change at 3k miles but this is synthetic and shouldn't need it till 10k miles.Overall worse oil change and took forever.Won't be going back to this location.

Awesome service. Techs were friendly and helpful. Would be nice if they could update their window labels to reflect when the next oil change is actually due instead of an inspection.

These GUYS have serviced all four our family cars for almost 3 years. Each and every time the is done professionally, with a little humor on the side, and never once have we been dissatisfied. It would even refer us to quality auto mechanics to service other needs we may have.What I really appreciate is that in between oil changes, when we have to go out of town, they will check all our fluids, filters, hoses, and tire pressure before we leave at home return as a courtesy.A few times they spotted something that needed addressing immediately and took care of it.And finally, "If you DO NOT NEED IT these Guys WILL NOT SELL IT" just to make a quick dollar.

Although I got here just before closing, the guys were still very helpful and friendly. Got me in & out in no time! They even applied a coupon for me!! I'd definitely visit again!!! Thank you guys!!!!

We travel around the country full time and get our oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change whenever needed. We have used this location many times through the years and it is our favorite one. Great service and the techs will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. We have used them on multiple vehicles from Subaru outbacks to Ford F250s gas and diesel.

They stripped my screws and didn t put my air filter in the right way! Ended up taking my car the dealership and had to pay over $300 to get my car fixed! Called them and they said they would do 5-6 free oil changes since they couldn t pay for the repair! Called and they said that they couldn t honor it now! Bunch of crooks! Will never be going back. All they use is people of the streets and nobody that is trained correctly!

This place has been a godsend! In the last 7 months I've been in the area,my vehicles have only been here. They're fast, friendly and will do the job right the first time. With a list of services and great prices,I'll continue to bring my cars here.

This place is the best went here for the 1st time cause me and my hubby was in a rush cause my son was graduating and they had us out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely being going back. Never had an oil change and filter change that took less time. They guys was very pleasant and well greeted us coming in and leaving. Also they guy that checked me in gave me a discount. Thanks!

Awful. I came for an oil change Aug 16th and leaving out the place my driver front tire went completely flat. Went to get my tire changed at a tire place they said nothing was wrong with my tire idk. But, two days later on the highway my car caught on fire. "Oil leak"

This was my first time getting my oil changed there, and I loved the idea of not getting out of my car. The tech informed me of everything they would be doing, and made other suggestions on what was recommended. I was well pleased with my decision and yes, I will be returning and recommend to others.

I own a Volkswagen Diesel, called ahead of time to ensure that an oil change could be performed on my vehicle. I was given a yes as well as total price for oil change. I was also told that no appointment was needed. I came the next day, waited in line for nearly a hour and a half for them to pull my vehicle up for oil change and then was told that they don t service my particular model. Poor communication to whoever it is that advised me that my vehicle could be serviced over the phone. Two hours of my day wasted!!!Service: Oil change

Faster than fast food drive throughs! The crew is extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They have their system running like a well oiled machine and it looks like the employees enjoy working here and enjoy each other. Never going back to the dealership for oil.

This was the quickest oil change ever. They top off your fluids as well. All the workers there have good customer service as well. I appreciate them. I will be going back and telling people bout them as well.

Phenomenal! You get to sit in your car the whole time too! Beats going to the dealership where they record every scratch and dent for an hour first, take over an hour to do the oil change and then give you the dreaded list of things you need. VALVOLINE ROCKS!

This has got to be the most easy in, easy out, oil change that a man can find. There is a large staff at all times and the lines move quickly. The staff are friendly and the manager is on the floor with the crew at all times. Highly recommend this if you want a really good oil change at a reasonable price with fast and friendly service. Only ever had one incident with a single employee who got a little snotty with me but it only ever happened once and the manager handled it promptly to my satisfaction. Great place to go for an oil change.
