I recommend having them service your new $70K Trail Boss as long as you enjoy greasy oily handprints all over both of your front quarter panels and grease spots on your leather seats.

Want to commend Clifford Smalls in sales and Patrick (sales manager). Both of these gentleman went well beyond expectations in ensuring I was completely satisfied. I purchased a vehicle and, upon returning home, regretted my purchase, as it would not fulfill my needs. They worked double hard in replacing the vehicle with one that would meet my expectations. No argument, no arm twisting persuasion. I want to thank Cliff and Patrick in attention to my needs and their friendly professionalism. Tony was amazing! Great salesman. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I got there. He was attentive, but not pushy. He even helped me get to the price I needed. I came from out of state and traded my vehicle, and Erica has been so helpful with the process of me getting my plates and information transferred. This was a great car buying experience!

We shopped everywhere for the Buick Enclave that best fit our needs. Vaden of Beaufort did not disappoint! All of the paperwork was complete, our shiny beautiful car was clean and ready to go, all we had to do was sign and drive. They were extremely helpful, professional and gave us the best price around! We will definitely be return customers!

My husband and I went car shopping this past spring, car shopping is usually an experience we dread! However, working with Cary at Vaden was a breath of fresh air! She was so helpful and actually listened to our needs and wants and made the whole experience smooth and easy! Would definitely recommend Cary if you are in the market for a new car!

Purchased a Chevy Suburban in March, I was advised my first two oil changes were free. Scheduled an appointment for my oil change, appointment was at 930. At 1050! I walk outside and notice my Suburban parked in the parking across from the service center. So, I question it. A guy in the service department tells me, oh you re ready but a customer came up and I forgot about you. Tried to charge me. Told me to sign here and handed me my keys. Didn t offer to pull my vehicle back up to me like has been done at every service before with my previous vehicle. Literally, almost home (an hour and a half away) we hear what sounds like something hit the bottom of my truck and pull into my residence to notice the whole passenger side back bumper is flapped back. Now, rewind, when I purchase this vehicle I was told no major damage, no accidents! There are patches and a literal piece of wire that was holding this part of the bumper on. This is my first service after purchasing this vehicle. It is used for simple around town travel, to and from work. I called immediately, left a message. After TWO HOURS no call back. Returned call and the lady stated everyone was gone for the day. Today, NO CALL UNTIL 1 o clock and ALL THEY COULD OFFER WAS AN APOLOGY!!! Never again! I m done here. I had better service with an older BWW off of their used lot. Unprofessional!Service: Oil change

Misty Hutchinson helped me find the most perfect vehicle she was with me through the whole process ensuring that I understood all of the numbers and packages. She helped fill out the finance application with me to ensure that I would get approved with no issues. I couldn't be more happy with Misty Hutchinson's customer service and the entire Vaden team. I will recommend Vaden to everyone I meet and will definitely be back I'm the future.

Theres a reason Ive bought 4 different vehicles from Willie at Vaden of Beaufort. The sales and service at Vaden of Beaufort has always been very professional and helpful. It never matters what I need theyre always very helpful. Trust me they do whatever they can to make you a great deal on purchasing vehicles and service gets me in and out a quick as possible. I had purchased a Jeep Wrangler from vaden. Usually I hate purchasing vehicles but on this purchase it was a great experience. I got a great price and an amazing interest rate and easy going payments. They took great care of the needs and my decision. I definitely recommend giving them your time and business.

I decided to use Vaden to buy my brand new 2021 truck!! Jim Brenner was the salesman that I was working with. The best human.. he was so understanding and kind. New all of his information and did not hesitate to answer my many questions. He DEFINETLY knows what he is doing. He made the buying experience perfect. Gino Lattarulo, head of service, was awesome, friendly, helpful and just an all around good guy! He took the time to call and ask me about the issues I was having, updated me on status of repair, and he found me a loaner - which was HUGE for me! Went in to purchase a truck that was listed on their website for one price and when we got to the dealership (which was an hour drive) was told it was $10,000 more due to addendums that the salesman was unable to explain. I have never been so disgusted at how crooked this dealership was being. When I called him out on the price, he reminded me that there is very small writing that advised they could change the price. Sure enough, I pulled the website back up and waaaaaaay at the bottom under like 20 ads, was a clause that read price subject to change based on availability so buyers BEWARE don t rely on the listed price and make a wasted trip! I told them they shouldn t treat people like that and should honor their pricing and left!

The sales team member was very professional and courteous.However they did not tell me there was only one key to the car till after I finished with the finance office .Then I get home and find no Jack or lug wrench is in the car. . When I contacted them they sid it was a used car what do u expect.This the behavior I would expect from a 2 bit buy here pay here not a major dealer.

THE BEST, is what you get when dealing with Gino of Vaden GMC. He goes the extra mile to get you taken care of for your business to keep on moving. Having a truck that needed a special part that was on back order, Gino, the service manager, stepped in to get us fixed by using his influence with other dealerships and was able to get the part in good time and we are rolling again. Long story short, they are either incompetent or dishonest, they are rude, and have no regard for the care of your vehicle.I've had to go here twice for service, for issues that only a dealer can fix. Not only did they tear up the leather on my steering wheel, but they apparently didn't even complete the service. 4 months after having my transmission fluid flushed/changed, I was told by two other locations that it was in need of a flush again. I brought it back to this place after talking to them on the phone. They had told me on the phone that since they performed this service only a few months back, and it shouldn't be needed for a while, that it would be re-done for free under their service warranty. Of course I get there and am told the opposite, that I have to pay for it, and it's normal to have to change your transmission fluid after 4 months. I had already made a reservation for a rental car (that they would not pay for or even assist with, despite being the reason I had to come back in the first place), so I had to leave it with them by this point anyway. Wouldn't you know that when I pick it up a week later..... that it has even more tears and damage to the leather on the steering wheel.

I went here with my fianc� to look at a car and we had the rudest sales person I ve ever encountered in automotive sales. They were rude and combative when we asked any simple question.Not to mention we went to Vaden of pooler and we inquired about the same vehicle and the price was thousands less.The management has not attempted to contact us about the bad experience at all.I would never recommend this particular Vaden to anyone.

We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again nor will we recommend. Bought a new 2019 Chevy that we felt like we were being pressured into buying. We re lied to and told there were no used truck on the lot when we saw them as we were driving off. Paid $10,000 cash only to be called three weeks later and told if we didn t call the finance company to discuss their policies and procedures they would repossess the truck (mind you check was deposited three days after purchase). Overall the worst vehicle buying experience I ve ever had in my life.

I ve been going to this dealership for all of my oil changes and finally decided to upgrade my suv. I got into a brand new Chevy equinox for what I was paying on my old car. The staff and the managers here were more than helpful and made me see the value in upgrading my suv. Thank you Vaden of Beaufort for my new hot ride!

I recently bought a new 2021 GMC Truck from Vaden. Misty Singleton/Hutcheson was my sales representative. She was/is a 5 star sales person and representative for Vaden and for GMC. She had deep knowledge if the vehicle with comparisons to Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge. She knew better than I did what truck was really appropriate for me. Drove all the way from Charleston to see a Ford Truck that we were supposed to have for us since we had an appointment at 11:15 with the Internet sales person. Waited 2 hours only to have to wait 2 more hours to get the truck to the place so we left. Unfortunate though, because we really like the truck. Willie was really nice though and I hate he didn t get money from the sale which is why this is rated a 2 and not a 1

I have nothing but good things to say abut Vaden. Seymour was our agent and he was very good. I had one goal and that was I knew what I want and I didn't want to spend time in the dealeship.
