This place has the best service I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. From the first phone call they were absolutely amazing. They were Professional and very helpful we told them what we needed they let us know they had the tire and even told me it didn't matter when I came to get it that they would be there whenever we got there. Everyone was courteous and I would love to send a big shout out to Bella, Matt, and JB we were having a very bad day because of events piling up one bad thing after another and they actually made our whole day better it's so rare to find good customer service who actually cares about their customers so if you need anything for your vehicle I definitely suggest going there it's worth it for sure!

Great spot and even better people. Took my truck to fix the tires and they were honest, quick, and most importantly great at what they do. Will be my go to spot from now on. I m a college student, I make make a meager income, and it is the holiday season. So imagine my anxiety when I realized I needed tires and an oil change. I remembered Tuffy s was near Sonic and that they did both tire care and oil changes. The staff here is AMAZING!!! They are courteous, and they are not just trying to get all the money from you they can. They care about your money and the safety of your vehicle. It is worth your while and money to visit Matt and Abbie!!! You won t regret it! They just gained a lifetime customer!!!!

Great service! Went in for a tire rotation and was in and out so quick. I was updated often as to how long the wait would be, what was going on, etc. Would recommend having any service done here!

I was concerned about my tires and, being new to the area, I googled around and found this place; I'm grateful I chose it! I called right at as they opened and spoke to a friendly gentleman--Matt--who fit me into their busy schedule that day. Both attendants (Matt & Abby) were very courteous and professional, and Ian diagnosed the problem quickly (thankfully it wasn't a severe one), then repaired the issue within the hour. The price was reasonable, and I'm very pleased with the service I received. Since the nearest Jiffy Lube is quite far, I'll be coming here for all my car maintenance needs from now on!UPDATE: Have been back since, and man! If I could add more stars for the friendliness of staff, plus the quality & speed of service, I'd add a bajillion! Thanks again, Matt, Ian, and everyone at this location!

I've come here twice, once back in 2017 and today. I want to say it was the biggest change I've ever seen in management previously, I had written a poorer view due to poor service but this time around it was amazing! Recently, when I told them what the issue was they actually took me seriously and looked at this first and found what caused this issue. They were courteous, respectful of my time and the staff, specifically the manager Ralph, had been awesome and had given me a cheaper price overall compared to other auto repair shops. I also want to mention Casey, the staff who had helped me at the front desk: she was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable.If you've gone here previously and had a bad experience, I would recommend giving it one more try with the new management.

I was able to get an appointment the following day which is super fast compared to other places. I also received a discount which was much needed and greatly appreciated. Will definitely come back. It was discovered that I needed a new battery and was able to get it done the same day with timely service.

Matt and Casey were very friendly and accommodating. I needed 4 new tires mounted and they were quick to work me in and perform the work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any automotive needs you may have.

Ralph and Matt were absolutely fantastic! We ve had Ralph work with us on our vehicle for the last few months for different maintenance and issues we have had (on our own accord) and he always puts a smile on our faces with his humor and truly takes care of his customers. We love going here and it feels great to have a place where we trust the people working on our vehicles and can make some great conversation as well. Definitely will be coming back!

I spoke with Mark, on the phone and he was very helpful. His warm customer service made me decide that I would let his shop fix my headlight. When I arrived a couple of hours after I had spoke to him, he greeted me and remembered speaking with me. Mark took care of replacing my parking light within 5 minutes. I had no idea he was the store manager until I got there. I appreciated his kindness and the ability to resolve my issue so quickly and inexpensively. I will bring my car back to this shop if I have any other issues arise with it and will also refer my co-workers. Give them a try you won't regret it.

Casey was absolutely amazing! I called with a tire problem, and she squeezed me in even though I couldn't get there until just before closing. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, tremendous customer service! Both she and the technician were phenomenal, in every respect.

Update. I went for my oil change and to get a light fixed yesterday March 25 and I am not impressed with the new management. Very unorganized. I stood at the desk for a couple of minutes waiting to be helped while someone was on the phone and another person was working on a computer. They said there was extra work that needed to be done and they were going to get me a quote but they never did it until I was paying. And they never fixed the broken light even though they said they did but didn't charge me. I noticed when I left that the light was still broken. They seemed to have difficulties all throughout the morning. I miss the old owners and don't know if I'll be going back.I called Tuffy today to schedule an oil change and fix a broken light. I was surprised to hear that there is a new owner but Dustin was helpful and obliging. I made an appointment and have good expectations.

Fantastic and professional service. The oil change was faster for this vehicle than my old one, and this car has a substantially larger engine. The staff didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. They got to it and I was out of there within the hour. Great work. I m truly satisfied.

I would highly recommend tuffy on Robert Smalls, This is the second time I had the pleasure of working with Ralph and Frankie. The service is better than great, the entire staff is very professional, I was in and out in no time. My car ran better than ever after my oil change. They patch me up and had me on my way the same day I was leaving for a trip and a nail got stuck in my tire!

I had an unknown issue with my air intake system, but I could not be for sure what it was, as it was a problem that was hard to replicate. I took my truck in and they were able to quickly check the truck but could not pin-point the exact problem. Instead of trying to sell me a fix with several parts that could have fixed it or not, they did not recommend any repairs as it could not be determined exactly what needed repaired. It was recommended to continue to drive it and see if the problem persists, which then it might help deduce the actual problem. It was expressed to me they did not want me to spend money on something that they could not determine was 100% wrong. It is good to have honest businesses who are looking out for their clients needs.

Very impressed with the professionalism! I called In the AM saying I need to get my tire looked at and management said to come on by anytime and they would take care of me, which is exactly what they did! I arrived and Mark said all the mechanics but he would take a look at it. He looked at it and said he would fix it quickly for me and I handed the keys and he went straight to work! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Overall very impressed with Mark and being able to prioritize efficiently and manage effectively.

I had a wonderful first experience at Tuffy today. I recently had an oil change and my car sensor was still picking up on some false codes. The awesome mechanics at Tuffy helped me solve this issue by identifying which codes the car was picking up and clearing them for me. I now feel so much more comfortable driving my car without the warning lights being displayed. Terrific job Tuffy!!!!

We got a flat tire in Hilton Head on the Saturday before Memorial Day. Tuffy in Beaufort was one of the only places on that Sunday with an appointment in a 50 mile radius. I patched the tire up enough to make the journey and was glad I did. The employees did everything they could to find a way to get us out of town by Tuesday. They ordered a perfect-match Goodyear tire for delivery first thing Tuesday morning, and got the tire on the vehicle as soon as it arrived. I forgot to leave them a key, and they even jacked the car up in the lot and replaced the tire the hard way. With the shortage of techs and service writers throughout the country, it is rare to find a shop like this - one with comptetent, engaged employees who jump on a challenging situation. Thanks to everyone here who helped get us back on the road.

Me and my family came to beaufort fromgulf shores alabama for a militarygraduation and while we were there my caroverheated on Wednesday. i had it towed tothe nearest car shop and was relieved tosee all the great reviews thinking my carwas in great hands! I explained to them wewere leaving Saturday and needed the carfixed to make work on Monday. on Thursdaythey said it would be fixed Saturday, comeSaturday they called and said they got thepart in but now realize another part theymissed the first time needed to be orderedand that my car would be fixed "worst casescenario" on Tuesday. Well tuesday cameand i wasn t able to reach the shopover phone and they haven't called with anyupdates. It s now thursday and they told me they weren t sure why it wasn t fixed and they don t even know if they ordered the part yet!! Oh! and i still can t get through to them over the phone, even mavis customer service can t reach them! I ended up having to drive home to alabama in a rental just to go back to work to afford all of this and considering it s a 9 hour drive i need to know ahead of time when i can come get my car. Ive never felt so ignored and defeated in my life, i wish i could write a good review like everyone else but this has been hell for me and my family.

I got the pleasure of working with Ralph and Ray. Super quick and efficient diagnosis of a bad water pump. They had great customer service, and were very knowledgeable. Customer service is something very difficult to find in mechanic shops these days, so they highly standout in that regard! Highly recommend!

Mark (manager) and Brian (expert tech) were simply outstanding. Super nice and accommodating, and helped resolve a complex issue for me. Would HIGHLY recommend these lifesavers to anyone. Great prices, great service, and most importantly - great people. 10/10!!

I had traveled from Atlanta for a conference and woke up to a deflated tire on a Saturday morning. I was able to get a same day, morning appt to bring my vehicle to Tuffy for assessment and repair. They had me checked in, vehicle assessed, and problem solved in a very short period of time. As an out of towner, no one wants car trouble, especially on a weekend. Ralph, Matt and Casey were friendly, helpful, and professional. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone! Thanks for all your help!

Ralph and Chris provided amazing services when I was in desperate need of a service for my car. We had stopped in without an appointment and we re taken care of with the utmost respect and professionalism that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Tuffys and couldn t be more appreciative of these two awesome individuals.
