Went to Beaufort location for a 2:30 appt for a scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. I provided advisor Jose, a coupon for oil change and was advised after checking in vehicle that it would be about an hr and a half wait. Finally vehicle was completed and I paid for services. After reviewing receipt, the coupon wasn t applied and the normal inspection sheet wasn t provided. I ve read poor reviews about this location but never had an issue until today. I ll travel to Bluffton for future service on my vehicle.

I went to the dealership today to have my car serviced. My service manager was Nick. I was a little early for my appointment, but he put the car in for service and within an hour it was completed . He came out advised what was done and what would be needed in the future and I was in and out in no time. This is my second time at this dealership I bought my car there a year ago. I have had service on my car this past year at Honda. I was not pleased at the Honda dealer and I decided to go to the Toyota dealership. Thank you again Nick you are a great service manager, polite, kind, and very helpful. I ll be back for service again. Sharon Terantino

I have to admit, going to a dealership for a car repair was not my first choice. But, I will be returning.I quickly have become another Dev fan. He let me know there was a recall on a part for my car and let me know he would be taking care of that repair at no charge. He had a room full of customers and was on top of updating each person if the wait seemed a litte long. He not only took the time to explain exactly what needed to be repaired on my car, but also showed me a diagram... and didn't roll his eyes when I asked for a copy of the diagram 20 minutes later (transmission clutch.) Since the repair was going to take a couple of days, he also organized a loaner car for me.My little old car is quite peppy after the mechanics did their magic (Thank you all!) I'm looking forward to doing more business in the future with the Stokes Toyota Beaufort Service Team!

Its refreshing to bring my car where everyone is SO pleasant, helpful, and I dont have to worry about being ripped off! Every service I've ever had here is the same, done in a timely manner and efficient. Forever a fan of Toyota!

Brought my 1993 mr2 turbo here they all loved it. They kept me up to date the entire time I was there and checked up on me often. They have complimentary k cup coffee and water for you. Will definitely go back.

Tyler was a excellent service advisor. I recently moved here from Mt.Pleasant. I always serviced my car at Anderson Toyota. They were reasonable in price and always washed my car when they finished with service. I think Stokes could add that and make people appreciate them more, there service is very good but lacks the 5 star touch.

I always get excellent service at Toyota. Dev is absolutely the best to deal with. So courteous and always goes out of his way to make customers comfortable. He makes sure one understands what needs to be done.

We were in trouble, check engine light w hybrid warning came on, car would not move on I95. Justin at Stokes Toyota Beaufort really went above and beyond to help us. After receiving the car into service they diagnosed a fuel pump problem. But the pump was not in stock we had to wait a day through no fault of this dealer. Justin worked through Toyota to get a loaner vehicle car for the night we were there. He also kept us informed each step of the way. Back on the road the next day. Checked the tire pressure without asking. What an example of true customer service and empathy. Thank you Justin and the Service Team! Service took me right away as a walk-in for an oil change. There were no hidden surprises. Price was fair and less than I expected. It did take over an hour after the car had been pulled into the garage. Overall very satisfied.

One of the workers helping me find a car, was an older man, who was around 45/50 years old. And me being a 24 year old I already felt very on edge. This man took me out to a random road to view the car I was driving. I felt extremely uncomfortable, and came back to the dealership to ask for a new worker to help me. The man later followed me on social media, creeping on my photos and making comments. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

I didn t even have to go here to find out what the issues are and I m trying not to speak for the entire business with this but, I do feel this is very unprofessional.My girlfriend went to look at vehicles here a few days prior. Upon arriving there she was asked a million questions about her income and what not before even being allowed to see any cars. The individual asking her these questions continuously tried to take her phone out of her hand as she was pulling up the info when she had made it apparent she didn t want someone she didn t know, touching her phone. She had also made it clear what she was looking for (a used vehicle) when she arrived. After 45 minutes there, she finally is allowed to see some of the cars, and the same individual takes her to a brand new car that was way over her price range and tells her that they re going to drive the car to another lot with other more, they get in the car and drive down the road and he has her pull into an abandoned lot and then asks her to get out and look at the vehicle . After she expresses (once again) that she isn t interested in a brand new vehicle, they go back to the dealership and she leaves shortly after. Just when we think it s all over, she shows me her phone days later and the SAME guy has now found her on social media (probably through her application), followed her and is commenting on all of her photos. After all of this, I can say I will never be going here to shop for a vehicle.
