This is a review for the service department. I just had my 1996 Toyota Landcruiser in for engine work. Nicholas Wright was my service advisor. The man was on point with keeping me informed throughout the entire process and was friendly and even offered a rental car since my LC had to stay for a few days to get everything serviced and repaired. Curtis Kraauss is the service manager at Stokes Beaufort he is the most professional service manager at any dealership I have ever had my vehicles serviced at. He took time time to explain the details of everything they were doing to service and repair my vehicle. Chad was the mechanic who invested himself in getting down and dirty to get the job done, so special thanks to him for all the work put in. I will be bringing my 1996 LC to them for as long as they are working at the Beaufort location. Someone in management really should recognize this GREAT group of employees. They truly care about the customers. You just don't see that kind of care most places you go these days. Hold on to these guys they truly are exceptional!

I enjoyed my time here, everything was well taken care of and they had some solid options for vehicles at good prices. I had Cyanna Watts as my sales rep and she did excellent! She took her time with every vehicle we looked over, created a nice rapport, and stayed patient with me the entire time. If you find yourself at this Toyota be sure to ask for her, you ll be in good hands!

I was in the market for a 4Runner TRD, Robert reached out to me multiple times (I was busy with work) and worked with me and was on top of his communication, even when I let him know I lived in Georgia and was talking to multiple dealerships. Wasn t pushy at all. Even the sales manager Christopher was able to work with pricing and was very up front with pricing. Great staff at this dealership.

This was the best sales experience we've had ! Madison Brace s professionalism and attention to detail are amazing! She explained every aspect of the vehicle and the sales process thoroughly. Absolutely a great experience! I typically hate working with dealerships and the long drawn out process as they give you the run around. Stokes Toyota Beaufort did NONE of that. We dealt strictly through email and text until they had the vehicle I wanted. It came in a day early and was prepped and ready for us. We were in and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs, and that was because I was enjoying myself with such a pleasant experience that I spent more time talking with them. From the moment we were in the door until we left, everyone was great, welcoming, helpful, and responsive. Christopher, Luz & Sheree took great care of us, and I have already recommended several friends and family to their dealership. Definitely made our experience and restored my faith that there are still good, honest, hardworking people out there! Thank you so much, Christopher, Luz, and Sheree!!

Great experience !!!My salesman (Grayson) gave excellent customer service, information and easy to work with. Made car shopping enjoyable, highly recommend him. Also the management staff(GM in particular) was flexible and resealable with out alot of hassle. Both my salesperson and GM went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They openly offered and delivered my vehicle to my door in consideration I wasn t local. Pleasure working with them and highly recommend their service.

Purchased two vehicles at Stokes Toyota in Beaufort. Ty was our sales person and it was a great experience. The entire staff from Ty to Sheree in finance, the managers Scott and Antonio was beyond excellent! Their customer service skills and genuine sincerity is so appreciated in today s employee apathetic culture. I highly recommend Stokes Toyota in Beaufort and we re certainly coming back for our future vehicles!

I worked with Antonio to get myself a brand new car. He stayed there until after close even to make sure that my insurance was correct and such. For a new buyer, he made this process super easy and gave me all the time I needed to make sure I was getting the right price and making sure we were going at a buyers pace. Was very impressed with the customer service there and would absolutely buy again. If you get the chance talk to Antonio about a new car he ll get you right.

My highlander was taken to service department at Stokes the 1st of December 2023 for a flooding issue. I went to pick it up after 3 months. They were "working with my insurance company and a 3rd party" to clean the vehicle. This is what I was told each time, they were trying to file additional supplemental for the headliner. My insurance company later informed me that the claim was closed Dec 19th because the work had been completed and that they had no supplemental claims or notes regarding discussions with Stokes. It's a 2010 with approximately 89,200 miles on it. They charged me for a cleaning. That was the extent of the work done at Stokes. There was mold. They assured me that the vehicle would be out of the rain, in the garage or under the carport. When I finally went to them to get it on Feb 27th, not only would it not jump start, the battery would not charge. It had obviously been sitting outside with the debris and pollen that was all around it and in it.I took the vehicle immediately to Fred Anderson in Charleston. They did what they could to have the carpet and headliner cleaned and replaced. The odor from the mold is still present, probably in the cushion of the leather seats. Anderson worked with the insurance company. They have done all they can. I am now stuck with a vehicle that I have taken great care of over the years, but it has an ozone odor that I'm hoping will dissipate over time.I would give Stokes a 0 if possible. I have bought this vehicle and one other and signed for my niece to buy there as well. That is completely in the past and will never buy from Stokes again. Don't trust the line that they will take care of you after your purchase. You will be ok if all you require are expensive oil changes, otherwise service is horrible.

I began my search for a Toyota Prius from Hawaii and called several dealerships in South Carolina before settling on Stokes. Both Scott and Austin were prompt, helpful and patient in answering my many calls. Upon returning to Charleston it was worth my while to drive to Beaufort to purchase the car. Chris was extremely helpful and efficient as well.The whole transaction went as smoothly as possible and my experience with the staff at Stokes Toyota was extremely positive.

All members and staff at Stokes Toyota treated me with the utmost professionalism. Antonio Paul was superb to work with and we did get to me Bob Stokes who also was very personable. Hadn t planned on using the dealership since I had multiple closer dealerships to work with, however Antonio stayed with me and was a great communicator working remotely to get the deal pretty much down. I just drove to test drive and took it home. Pricing was fair. One of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle. Antonio is amazing. Thank you Stokes Toyota!

Initially I would have rated my used car buying experience with this dealer as a 5, however, I found out this week that the 60K mile service on the vehicle was not done and that the check engine light was not for the airbag recall like they told me. Buyer beware. Pull the service records on a used car if you can. Don't assume proper care was taken.

Our salesperson Madison Brace was great to work with! We live in Columbia, but purchased my wife's beautiful new 2023 Rav4 XSE Hybrid from Stokes Toyota Beaufort 2 hours away because Madison not only gave us the best deal, but also provided phenomenal customer service throughout the entire process. We never stepped foot into the dealership, handled everything via phone, email, and text, and Madison even delivered the vehicle right to our driveway. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, and that's coming from someone who does extensive research, shops around, and has purchased a number of vehicles from dealerships over the years. It is with great disappointment that I express the details of my service experience with Stokes Brown Toyota of Beaufort. I booked an appointment for my 2018 Toyota Camry to be serviced for an oil change. I also requested for my battery to be inspected. I was informed that I would need another battery. I informed the technician that I would not be able to get a battery until Friday. They brought my car back to the front after the oil change. As soon as I got in the car I noticed the check engine light was on along with several other lights that were not on when I brought the car in for an oil change. I got out of the car to inform them that my check engine light was on along with the other lights. The guy at the desk stated that those lights were on because I needed a new battery, but I restated that those lights were not on initially. I got in the car and proceeded to drive out of the parking lot. I proceeded to make a left turn when I noticed my car didn t take off as soon as I hit the gas. My car would not pick up enough speed for me to merge into traffic from the median. I immediately knew something was wrong, so I managed to turn around and drive back to the service center at Stokes Toyota. I informed the guys that something was wrong and when one of the guys drove it, he said that my car went into limp mode where it tries to save the battery. My issue is that I was at a place when there are several Toyota technicians, specifically the one that drove my car back to the front with the check engine light on, no one thought to inform me that I probably shouldn t drive my car like this. Furthermore, can you imagine pulling into traffic and trying to merge and your car won t even go? What if my child was in the car with me? Despite what everyone says about getting vehicles serviced at the dealership, I used to feel that my car was being serviced by the experts at Stokes Toyota of Beaufort. However now, I feel different. I felt that my car was not given to me in the same condition that it was brought in and forced me to make a purchase that I could not afford at that time. I ended up having to make sacrifices to get the battery just because I was terrified of what else would happen if I didn t. This has been the worst, most terrifying experience that I have ever had at any dealership and there is no way that I would ever feel comfortable to let Stokes Toyota of Beaufort service my Toyota ever again.

Our purchase was great but the service departments liars. The supposedly serviced my truck and rotated the tires. That didn't happen in 15 minutes. And I could see the dust on the rims and oil filter didn't have a single finger print or smudge on them.

Purchase my RAV4 in 2020 all of my routine service and repairs including tires were purchased from Stokes there is a recall on my 7 year battery that is not in play yet and was installed by Stokes service department apparently the walls of this battery are thinner than a Coke can it exploded inside my engine compartment and totaled my vehicle where it is no trustworthy all I am asking of Stokes Toyota Buford daily driver I'm simply asking

Go here if you want techs who don t know what they are doing to work on your vehicle. Got mine back after paying $1800 for a suggested replacement of the vacuum pump and to flush the brake system. No brake work was completed. The vacuum pump was installed incorrectly and damaged my motor. They also removed my hood and dropped it on the truck causing body damage, cut splash shields with a razor knife, bent my hood latch so I could not gain access to the engine bay, broke the main wiring harness connector and offered to super glue it back in a place. Now they are trying to get me to trade in and sell me a new vehicle so they can profit. Unable to get anywhere because they lied on the service record and didn t notate what really happened to my property while in their hands. Stay away from Stokes.

The Service team was awesome and accommodating to my schedule. The tech that repaired my truck (Gamaliel Wollwerth) was knowledgeable and repaired my truck after another dealership couldn t. Very satisfied and would refer all my Toyota friends to Stokes Toyota in Beaufort SC.

I was shopping with my daughter for a car and she decided not to buy a new car. The sales rep did everything I asked and nothing wrong. Seems like a good person to work with. Her name is Luz M Diaz-Sotelo. The dealership sounds very good, no addon nonsense and they do some extra. I am sorry it went this way.

Drove an hour and a half to look at a Jeep. It was abused and used and in poor condition. They had it listed at the top of the KBB value.vehicle had alot of issues. Salesperson didn't know a thing and had to walk off and ask someone everything I asked. Left us standing being eaten by Gnats while he went to ask if they would fix any of the issues. After 15 minutes we left.
