Honest review from Beaufort SC resident. I highly recommend!! Personable, client focused staff, comfy, ultramodern waiting room, incredible payment options for everyone & my Jeep was in & out fast! Chris went out of his way to check something out for me while my vehicle was in the air AND found the center caps I tirelessly tried to find on my own, helped me browse rims & provided impeccable customer service! From the time I chose get quote on the website to date I ve had impressive experience with true professionals! My tires came with 24 hour towing, lockout, flat tire, fluid delivery, emergency battery & roadside service! My jeep now rides like a dream!! If you go anywhere else for tire service you re going the wrong way! Unbeatable!

Staff were courteous and helpful! Very well outfitted with a large assortment of tires, rims and accessories. Also, a nice waiting room. I had a front end alignment done and they explained their findings and made some minor adjustments. It took 45 min. I'm very pleased!

Used RNR twice. Wouldn t use any one else. Appointments made same/next day. Had a tire replaced on my jeep they ordered it and the next day I had an appointment. The customer service is exceptional the lady s at the counter are super patient and willing to answer all questions. If you can t get an appointment quick let it be a testament to their great service, it s worth the wait but you probably won t need to.

On Thursday of last week I found after I was at a store that my valve stem had broken and I had a completely flat tire after having it aired up by helpful friends at the store I decided to go to r&r and I received the best care they were able to start fairly soon and we're very courteous and thoughtful it was a real great rescue for me so that I would be able to drive the car for the rest of the day I appreciate everything about the whole process I certainly give them a five-star rating for the everything the and the way they acted and everything with the early repair of my vehicle.

Just want to thank the staff at RNR for their outstanding customer service. I went in last week when a tire was low and they filled it to the proper pressure and told me to watch and see if it went low again. This week the same tire was low and I brought it into them. They fitted me into their schedule the same day and repaired a leak for no charge. From someone who just moved here from up north I cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service. I know where I will be having repairs done or tires replaced and thats RNR. Thank you

Took my truck in for an alignment after the dealer said it was "good", but still pulled. Everyone was very helpful and took the time to do it correctly, unlike the dealer. Now the truck drives the way it should. I would definitely recommend them for alignments and tire balancing!

After driving over 300 miles from North Carolina to the famed Legacy Lookout waterfront estate without an issue, I drove to the pharmacy and ended up catching a screw in the rear driver side tire. Luckily it was a slow leak and I was able to find RNR tire express on google maps because of their positive customer reviews. Their shop is clean and well maintained. The unique waiting room has Wi-Fi and vending machines. Every interaction with staff was informative, friendly, and professional. I d be happy to come back for other work when needed. As a business owner I can tell you that they are customer service focused.

Hands down, best costumer service I ve experienced in a very long time! Chris and Mark (god I hope I remembered their names correctly ) were beyond friendly, informative and service focused. Highly recommend and definitely going back for all my tire needs!

I went there today to get some new tires for my vehicle. Chris was very professional and let me the whole process from start to finish. And I think the young lady name is Neka, she was very friendly and informative on the process of paying for everything and what not to do.

So here s Thea deal before you choose to shop here. Customer service on the phone is a joke. Leave a message and someone will get back to you in 2 days. Like seriously. What kind of service is that. Had multiple payments taken out of my account at once. Only explanation I could get was we can reverse the payment. SMH. Sounds shady. Probably because it is Updated Ok so after coming on here to complain about the poor customer service I received. The store manager called me back with a better explanation which was all I wanted from the start. So Ron saved the day. Situation resolved. Ty..

Chris and his team are outstanding he hooked me up with a military discount and put my 35 tires on my Ram 1500 in under 2 hours. Great customer service, definitely recommend for any of your tire or wheel needs.

Chris at the Beaufort store was great. He was very patient when I called for a quote and explained everything perfect. He ordered parts and tires on Friday called me to schedule an appointment the following Tuesday. I dropped my truck off Friday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon everything was seamless and truck looks great I will definitely use RnR in the future Thanks Chris

RNR is awesome. Dropped in with a nail in my tire. They repaired for free! I will definitely come here when I need to get my tires replaced. Have a Tesla - had trouble getting other shops to repair. Personnel were extremely friendly!! Great waiting area, very fast! Easy to get to shop - right off the road. Awesome shop!!! - 5 STARS! Highly recommend bringng your cars here!!!

Excellent customer service and a great team behind the front desk and in the shop. Kendall the manager was more then helpful and the employees there were willing to balance my tires accordingly to my liking for the smoothest ride. All around a great experience and work was done in a timely fashion. Will easily be a returning customer.

Good peoples good experience nice personalities comfortable environment five stars!! I had a blowout tire on the HIGHWAY in SOUTH CAROLINA & Had to leave my car with them until my RIMS FOR TIRES arrived. I'm from Baltimore Maryland they kept my car SAFE For a Week & called me when it was done. I really appreciate it!!!

Came in after browsing their Facebook page and decided to get a set of 35" tires for my truck. Chris was my sales rep and was very friendly and very professional and got me set up with a set of tires and scheduled an installation date and time that was convenient for me and my active life. Chris was not pushy or anything of the sort. He laid out my options mlbased on what I told him I was looking for and he completely understood what I wanted.

Rob and the people from RNR tires got me back on the road after having driven 4 hours and having a flat. They made my mom's trip to visit her best friend so much better. They were quick and so sweet. Totally the definition of southern hospitality!
