Oriellys in Beaufort, SC actually has knowledgeable people working behind the computers. As the majority of them actually do their own work on their vehicles. Unlike other part stores where they stick someone behind the counter that has no understanding of a vehicle and how they operate.

We live in va and have a major business account with orillys my wife was in Beaufort and had an accident that caused her to be unable to open her hood, I told her to go and let make sure her oil level was ok, just check, refused, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

The young man that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. He checked my battery and my alternator. Fair price on the battery I purchased. Also gave me a discount because I work with the health care industry.

The service manager was helpful. He helped me with putting powersteering fluid on my car and stated the business would not allow him to put it in... only to lift open the hood and show me where the fluid reservoir was located. I was thankful foe the help.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Installed 3 new headlight bulbs for our 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT. Back on the road safely again as we return to NYC from South Florida!

When my husband and I came to the store for some parts Dom was very helpful and found the item quickly. We appreciated his professional customer service skills and the fact that he knew about the part automatically without looking it up which saved us time as we were busy running several errands that day.

Eli was so sweet and helpful - going into auto shops can be nerve wracking but he was a doll, ran all the tests I asked about and even installed my new battery. Keep it up! I'll be back for my filter in a few hundred miles.

I called ahead to check for availability parts were there that's great. Got there and the dude behind the counter was completely lost. Took him forever to find the parts that the person on the phone had put aside for us and he just seemed to struggle throughout the whole transaction

Great prices, as a mechanic it's always nice having a second opinion on repairs I'm doing on a vehicle and having knowledgeable personnel make it even easier to do my job. Excellent place with excellent staff.

Called up to find out if they had parts for my motorcycle I specified motorcycle and they told me they had parts I went up to go pick them up and they had it underneath some kind of vehicle/car they had none of the parts that I requested that they said they had. waste my time!!! and very unknowledgeable people

Not knowledgeable about their products. Makes fun of customers trying to articulate what they need. The guy was nonchalant and reluctant to help me.Not eager to help. I wouldn't recommend you go here. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

Up until recent changes within the Mechanicsville location I've never had a problem with any of my parts but as long as you're honest and you let them know you have a problem they will make it right
