This is a well-run, honest establishment, and these people are much more than mere oil-changers. The service is second to none and the mechanics are helpful and knowledgeable. They are a dying breed and I highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off to this place of business because of a coolant leak. I was told by the mechanic, after he was waiting on a special part to test where the coolant was leaking from, that I needed a water pump. I left there with the understanding that he would be changing the waterpump. He quoted the price for the waterpump. So I pick my car up questioned why there was a 100 dollar difference was told they had to replace oil that was drained. Three days later I had to add more coolant to my car. Initial problem was not fixed. When we took the car back after leaving messages and phone calls none by the way were ever given to the mechanic.He tells me.he didn't replace the water pump he replaced the oil cooler. This was done without my consent and it did not solve the problem of me losing coolant. I feel this was handled badlyand this was not good business. I feel it was deliberately taking advantage of a woman who clearly didn't have any idea about the difference between a oil cooler and a water pump I simply wanted the problem solved of my car losing coolant. Shouldn't I have been told my waterpump wasn't replaced? Shouldn't I have been consulted first about changing the oil cooler instead? Shouldn't I have been told my problem was not solved? ? Mobil1 you will never get any business from me again. I hope ladies are cautious about leaving your vehicles here. After $658.00 my issue is still not solved

This place e is a gem in this town. Fast, efficient and honest.Adam comes through yet again. After a botched installation by AutoZone, Adam came up with a "fix" in a matter of minutes.Can`t recommend this place highly enough. Honest and pleasant to deal with.

Went in for a window fix, all of a sudden I was told I had no AC because there was a leak. Was charged $700 when there was no mention of this price before the car was ready, and now my window has more problems than when I brought it in. A month later I have no AC again and was told that I probably have another leak. Do not trust this place with your car. Everyone I spoke to after I went here told me to never bring my car here because they are a shady business whose mechanic gives nothing but attitude towards women.Service: Air conditioning

Returned again on a Saturday and Adam got it done! Great guy to deal with and knows his stuff. Let me start by saying I have NEVER taken my vehicles here. However, we met the owner and his lady while having dinner at Wren's in Buford, SC. We were all from Georgia. They were super nice. If the owner and his lady are this nice while out and about, I can only guess he runs a nice business. If I lived in Buford, I would give him a try.

FINALLY a mechanic place I feel I can trust and reasonable prices, too. Tony replaced the axles in my Toyota suv on his day off (!) so I wouldn't be without my car over the weekend. Very accommodating and professional. They took good care of my elderly parents a few months ago and another friend also recommended them so I thought I'd try them. Very glad I did.

Excellent Service Competitive Pricing. I don't go anywhere else for oil changes. They are super fast, super friendly and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They have done a good bit of work on a 91 Geo Metro I have and it runs like a top. They keep my Honda in order as well. Highly recommend.

I ve been using this place for a few years now. These guys are family to me rather they know it or not. I take both my vehicles my Chevy Silverado and my mercury Grand Marquis to them and they never get it wrong. I love giving them the keys just to see how good it s going to turn out. They are truly the best mechanics and customer service guys I ve met in my 33 years of life!!!Update: 6/17/2022 I currently took my Mercedes Benz to the gentlemen at Mobile one and they took care of me as expected. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy local business to service your automotive repair needs , look no further . Our multiple experiences of late have given us the utmost confidence and comfort , due to the personal , fast and friendly service we have received here . How often can you say you are extremely grateful for the treatment and work done in any aspect of the service industry , let alone an automotive repair shop ? Yet grateful we are indeed . The lobby is clean and spacious . The garage area is neat and orderly . VERY fair pricing . Simple and honest communication - so you know what is happening . We were seen immediately - as our vehicle was , all 3 recent visits . We've found a new home for all of our 'repair needs that may arise, and are supremely confident in Adam and crew quickly determining the cause and efficiently and properly repairing whatever the issue . I had the best experience here from start to finish. The entire crew was awesome and professional. I went in for an oil change. I didn't need one but being that my car had set for 2 years, I figured I'd get one. I thought it was nice that they let me know I didnt need one and consulted with me to get the go ahead. Once the job was done, I was given a full verbal check out as to what was done and what needed to be done. They topped all my fluids, vacuumed the front, and even placed a sticker for when the next oil change was due. I know that's standard BUT I've been many places that won't do this unless you ask. And I definitely have never received a vacuum. I was 3rd in line but the service was so quick, I didn't even get a chance to get comfortable in the waiting area. Fast service, attention to detail, and professional!! I will return and highly recommend!!!

I have been going to the Mobile One on Lady's Island since my family moved to Beaufort in 2016. During this time I have had oil changes, tire alignments, tire rotations, and some minor engine work done. EVERY time has been flawless. Lightning service, very reasonable pricing, excellent work, and the kind of common sense people that just make doing business a breeze. Best of all, there is no constant up sale of products. I had a problem with my car on a Friday mid morning, and was looking for a repair shop with the hope I could get my car back that day. Big hope!I had read reviews of this business in several locations. I called to explain the problem and see if they could work on it not knowing if they did this kind of work. They assured me they did. My insurance company, Geico, sent a tow truck which arrived in less than 15 minutes, and the driver informed me that he takes his vehicles there and validated the positive reviews i had been reading. This was about 11am. Mobile 1 was packed with other vehicles and they weren't sure they could finish that day. We thought it was a frozen A/C compressor, pretty expensive. It took them less than 10 minutes to determine it was a bad alternator. Lot less expensive. They ordered the part, completed the work by close of business that day, also did an oil change, checked all fluids, tightened hoses and belts, checked and added air to my tires. I couldn't believe how fairly they priced the work and was so IMPRESSED with their professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend this business and plan to use them from now on.

Not only were the people friendly and helpful, they also identified the problem with my vehicle very quickly. They didn't have the equipment for what was needed, but made suggestions for other repair shops. They did no work on my car, but Adam generously plugged in something he saw while under my hood. Many mechanics could've overlooked this minor problem knowing I wouldn't be getting any services from them, etc. I highly recommend this shop to others!

Wonderful service! Thank you Adam for saving our tire. We thought we would be driving home with a leaky valve but thanks to Adam he fixed our tire free and saved us from returning all the way to Blufton to get it fixed. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Stopped in to see if they did regular repairs ... not just maintenance and oil changes. They said, yes!! They were a life saver at a time when my vehicle would just randomly shutoff at regular interviews. The mechanic literally ran from place to place to help out as quickly as possible. ... can't say enough about the service and price. Please kick them your business, as well!!

Was a faithful customer for 4 years until recently. Ended up having to have my whole engine replaced by Mr. Adam due to negligence and lack of honesty about a mistake that was made on his part while having my oil changed at his establishment. I was treated horribly by Mr. Adam while trying to get my car fixed. Eventually, had to get a lawyer involved. The lack of professionalism I experienced was unbelievable, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.Service: Oil change

Adam and his crew worked really hard to put new brakes on my truck. I m from the NE of the US where they spread that salt brine. The old brakes, rotors, and calipers were frozen and rusted on the truck forever. They got them off, replaced everything, which had never been done on my truck before. Great service, honest, friendly crew. I ll never go anywhere else. Thanks!Services: Brakes, Oil change
