What a refreshing experience. Walked in with my son s vehicle without an appointment and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They quickly identified the problem, fixed it and I was out the door. Thank you so much for going above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be back and will recommend Mavis to all who ask. Again - Thank You to the whole Mavis Staff - for a great job done.

My dealership told me that I needed to replace my front brake pads, but said my rotors were fine. I went to Mivas to compare Prices. They told me that I needed To replace my front rotors in addition to getting new front brake pads Add an additional cost of around $500. I got a third opinion also said my rotors were fine, only my pads needed to be replaced and they had not worn out. Be careful dealing with this place.

Not only are these guys some of the nicest folks you ll ever meet, they go above and beyond the call of duty. They took such good care of me today when I ran into a small catastrophe while traveling out of state. I thought I had something stuck under one of my tires and went straight to the nearest tire center I could find. Thankfully it was Mavis Tire & Brake on Sea Island Parkway because Tim and Roman fixed me right up and had me back on the road safely in no time at all. And to top it all off, they did it totally free of charge! I m here to tell you if you re looking for people you can trust to work on your vehicle, you found them!

Very welcoming and acknowledged me. Spencer is the customer service clerk and was very honest. The overall "resting area" inside while my vehicle was getting service, was neat, clean, and smell well. The guys who did my oil change and overall inspection were amazing. I got to come back and make this my new place to get service on my Jeep. Keep up the good work!

I recently had an amazing experience at Mavis Tire, all thanks to Tim! He provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of. The staff at Mavis Tire was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They did a fantastic job with the tire replacement and made sure that everything was done to perfection. I highly recommend Mavis Tire, especially with Tim's outstanding service. You won't be disappointed!

Okay so this was by far the best customer service I've gotten from a tire shop in a long time, immediately when I came through the doors I was properly greeting and prioritized to the highest standards. The crew was working diligently and executed all tasks and duties excellently. Please check them out they are also pet friendly if you have your animals with you. Again the legit best customer service I've received in a while and they made my day. Get establishment!

I just had the greatest experience at Mavis tire on Lady's Island! Tim, Spencer, Tyler, and Ethan did a great job taking care of my Chevy Equinox! I booked online and they called me to confirm apt and discuss what I needed done. They are awesome!

NEW EDIT: 4/18/24 I stopped by after I got off work because I noticed I had a huge nail in my tire. They patched it up at no cost and I only waited like 15 minutes! If this isn't the best service around then I honestly don't know what is! I absolutely 100% highly recommend this place!!!!Fantastic!!!! Super polite!! Very knowledgeable and friendly!! Will definitely be my go to place for tires from here on out!!

We had an incredible experience with the team here recently! Our car broke down on a road trip, and they got us in the next day to do an extensive review and try to figure out the problem. They were professional, friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone in need of car service.

I had a very pleasant experience in our new Mavis Tire and Brakes store. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation which I received quickly and for a competitive price. I mentioned to Tim, the store manager that I was having a problem with a turn signal bulb. Tim found the problem and fixed it for me without additional charge as a grand opening special gesture. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was very helpful. Della, the customer service representative was especially friendly.

Had my preferred brand and type of tire at a good price. This location has laptop workstations so you can work while you wait. BIG PLUS!!!Service was very prompt, keeping me informed, did not try to add service to the order I didn't need or upsell me, record turn around on alignment today and I bought two tires and had a 3rd repaired on Sunday. Overall price was cheaper than my last purchase at Goodyear before they closed the franchise here. And yes, I bought Goodyear tires again.Tires were cheaper than the local, long time, established small tire store close by that most locals rave about.

front desk was nice but will never be back. had an appointment to change tires and alignment. Took an hour to even be lifted and 2 1/2 hours for just the tires because im not gonna wait any longer for the alignment. no way it should take this long.

Great service and honesty. Tim was fantastic and very informative. I ended up only needing a tire repaired and not replaced which is as good for me. I will be back.

Beautiful store with very freindly employees!! I took our Mustang in because it had a problem with the steering wondering around on the road coming out of the Cat Island road. They put the car on the Alignment rack and found out the Toe End was out probably from hitting all the bad spots on that road. They fixed the alignment problem and it is driving great now. I would highly recommend this store.

First time customer and I have to tell you these guys are all doing their Job and doing it right and making sure the customers aren t pressured into buying tires. Spenser was very informative and helpful and West who put my tire on all did it with a smile and was obliged to help with any other need. 10/10 recommend and prices are fair!

This was my first time visiting Mavis Tires. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed my tire quickly. I will go back, especially because it's near my house and convenient.

Courteous, prompt, and efficient service. Arrived with a possible damaged tire and within half an hour they had inspected the tire and found a small screw in the tread, then patched it and completed the service before an hour had elapsed.

I arrived at the location at 9:05 am. Five minutes after they opened. I was told they would be with me shortly. Ten minutes goes by while most of their staff is gathered at the front doing nothing. My tire had a screw in the center of the tread, easily fixed, yet I was told it would take 30 minutes to an hour to fix. I went to the parking lot, about 20 feet from the bay door and told the technican who was searching for the lug nut key, where it was. I had previosly told one of the managers where it was. The tech went and told the manager and I was asked to move, saying they didn't want any possibility of something coming out and injuring me. Most dealers have a chain they place across the bay to keep people out, Close to an hour later my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving home I discovered that the only tire they worked on was missing the valve stem cap! They were about two dollars more for a patch repair than I am used to spending, but it was a Sunday and I was short on options. If I had other options, I would probably have used them but I did not. This is a new business in town and I gave them a chance. Overall, not impressed.

If anyone needs their car fixed, Spencer can do it. He knows how to fix the car whether if it s a small issue or not, Spence is the right person for you. I ll support Mavis in any way possible.

I called them yesterday hoping that they could replace burned out tail lights. Not one of their usual services, but yes they could! The team is welcoming, friendly and professional. The new store is spotless and there is a small play area for children. I'll be back for routine oil changes.
