The people are nice enough and the service they did was okay, but I ll never take a vehicle here again or recommend someone else to do so. I recently had my car towed there to have my clutch replaced. Expecting stellar service based off of referrals from friends, I was patient as I was told I would have to wait another week, and then another. After about a month of them pushing back picking up my vehicle, I finally go to pick it up. The main repair they did on the clutch works decent, but upon looking deeper my console wasn t put back together completely, my reverse lights no longer came on at all, and my leather passenger seat was permanently damaged. After taking the car back, I was told the seat was probably because they set the console on it, and gave me a referral to go spend money with someone else to fix it. I ended up fixing my reverse lights myself. Definitely not worth paying a fair price to let someone half-bake an important repair, and then not take any responsibility for damage they did.

I was referred to Kizer's because of their customer service. And that is what i received. The office manager/scheduler was pleasant and easy to talk to. They called to let me know what was wrong and had me in my car when I was told. Highly recommend, and I will return.

I took my 4Runner in for a timing belt replacement. The cost was about what I was expecting to pay, the staff - friendly and efficient. Quick service, considering difficulty of the job. An overall excellent experience. I definitely recommend Kizer for your automotive repair needs.

When business like kizer has been around for decades. I recommend people to stay their for services. I found out through business that started a mostly rip off and greedy for money. I love kizer services. Keep up the good work.

The service here is fantastic. I've been here twice with separate issues on an older model car and each time they've helped diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. If it is not fixable same day they will give you a plan and a good time frame to expect the repairs. I stopped in because my tire pressure warning came on and the pressure gauge I keep in the car was damaged. I couldn t find an apparent puncture and the tires looked properly inflated but I wanted to be sure since we had a 9 hour trip ahead. They were busy, with customers waiting in the lobby, but the young man had me pull around to the bay area. He checked all four tires and found one that was a bit low so he added a bit. I offered to pay him for his time but he waived me off and said he was happy to help. Thankfully, the tires have retained pressure so there doesn t appear to have been a puncture. Thank you for the great customer service. If I lived nearby I would take my vehicles here for service. I ll recommend them to my Nephew who is stationed there for the next three years.

My car was towed into Kizer s today after my alternator betrayed me while driving. They were recommended by the towing company and being new-ish to Beaufort, I had no other real alternatives. I feel so fortunate for this referral. They repaired my car SAME DAY! The price was very reasonable & they were so kind. Kizer s earned a new customer today. They have state of the art service! They fixed my car well and even picked me up so I didn t have to Uber! I was happy to be able to drive back to Atlanta safely! I plan to get my brakes serviced while visiting after Christmas!Update!! Well since you can only review once, I decided to update my review with another great service experience today 1/4/2021These guys are the best from the front desk to the garage! Almost like heaven on earth in service and professionalism! So glad I found them-True story: I travel from Atlanta GA for my car service needs- they re just that GOOD! off!

Keith and his team have taken care of my vehicle's needs for many years. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and professional; they let you know exactly what needs to be done and why. They also offer competitive pricing. I've never felt pressured to pay for services that weren't absolutely necessary, and my vehicle is always ready when I'm told it will be ready.With Keith and his team, customers are treated like family. Even when they're slammed and I still have questions, I've never been rushed or brushed off.If you're not already a Kizer customer, keep them in mind for your vehicle's next service needs!

I am surprised how many good reviews there are for Kaizer, as it was not my experience. I called first & was told to come in at 1pm but then waited 45 minutes to have the weird sound from my tires checked. The (sorry but) clueless girl at the desk then came & told me what was wrong - however - they'd NEVER LOOKED AT OR MOVED MY CAR. I was sitting in view of it the whole time. Hadn't test driven it yet, hadn't /never did put it up in the air to check it. Finally the owner (I think- maybe manager) came & test drove it and gave a different opinion on the issue than the front desk girl had said already came from a mechanic, presumedly but clearly had not. Bottom line: they did not (at all) earn my trust, or my business with this run around and sloppy treatment of what could have been serious issues. I took it elsewhere & the manager/owners eventual diagnosis was confirmed, but not the work or timing needed. Owner/manager told me not to leave a bad review - this is an honest one. I wouldn't come back here & don't recommend it.

Keith and his team have performed my maintenance since I've been in Beaufort. Took my car in, fully expecting to wait a few days to hear anything. I received a call just hours after dropping it off, telling me it was ready! Thank you for the quick turnaround and service! Very few places give that kind of service any more. Keith and crew have always exceeded any expectations that I have had. If he is booked solid, he'll tell you up front. Fair pricing, honest service, and quality work. Being in from out of town with car trouble was very worrisome. I came into the shop with my car making a loud noise. I was worried to make the 4 hour drive home. They wonderful people here pulled my car in, looked it over, found the problem, explain the issue to me, and assured me I could safely make it home without any trouble. They charged me nothing and even refused when I offered to pay the mechanic for his time. I was without my husband and had two small kids with me. Any shop could have tried to take advantage of me and my situation (I was prepared for it) but it never crossed the minds of the wonderful people here. Good honest people that you don t find in the automotive industry anymore.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Came from out of town. Truck broke down unexpectedly. Called them and gave me a tow number. Tow came in 20 mins. They were able to get me in the same day. Fixed the problem. Recommended another fix and explained the need for it. Highly recommend them. Very nice and extremely affordable.

Kizer Automotive was a great business to choose on my part, they work very fast and they communicate to you and never fail to keep you in the loop. I had one brake line replaced, they do the brake lines theirselves and its quality work. They also replaced my hydroboost and effectively troubleshot any problems with repair, they got my truck back to me in less than a week with both of those. No matter how swamped they were. I recommend this business and will be returning myself with any automotive problems i may have in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Service was ok. Took a long time for an oil change. They were busy. But one thing that was annoying was the loud music the mechanics are playing behind the building. Makes one wonder, are they working, or having a party? Very unprofessional.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Kept my vehicle for three weeks and wasn t able to fix it. Recommend another repair shop that was out of business. Total waste of time and lack of follow-up. I won t be using this place again. The only good thing is they were nice.

I am writing this review a couple months late. Life can be crazy like that.Me and my wife were moving out of Beaufort far away and needed full check ups on our cars for the trip. We chose Kizer as we saw they were a christian based shop. They were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure our cars were ready, and the cost was good as well. No bamboozling us like other mechanics tend to do to get more money. I would give this 10 stars if I could

Kizer did an awesome job replacing my PS CV axle and full breaks all around. It was done in a very timely manner and they were all very professional.I didn t have the time to do this repair myself, as my job keeps my schedule pretty tight. Kizer was able to fit in me to their schedule based on my convenience and their work is impeccable. I would recommend all my friends/family to visit Kizer for any type of repairs.Thanks, Kizer!

Every time I visit Kizer I am greeted with a welcoming and honest face! Keith and his team make you feel like family when they take care of your car. If you are looking for quality car care that you can trust done in a timely fashion, you have to come see Keith. He makes caring for your vehicle easy! Love this place

My 65 year old mother went in to fix a break light, came out with a bad alternator and my battery will not stay charged?I live in Atlanta, GA so I must feel very comfortable leaving a dependable car with my mom for her to get around town.Yesterday my mother took her SUV to this location to get her break light fixed. However, when she returned 6 hours later, they informed her the battery would not stay charged and that the alternator was bad.No mind you, I've maintained this SUV for over 15 years before i gave it to my mother. I know this car front and back. Made every repair that could be made. The car was in peak engine and electrical condition.1. No problems starting the car2. No lights stating the battery will not charge.3. No issues with alternator as I had it replaced before I brought the car to my mother.Now after a 6 hour visit, ALL 3 of these things are now occurring. The only difference between my car two days ago and today, is KIZER AUTO REPAIR.I trusted this company to take care of my mother and this is the thanks we get for that trust?

Mistaken called these guys a few hours ago attempting to reach a kizer auto in another state. The gentleman I spoke to "Keven" I believe was his name was, was very calm and professional while dealing with my not so friendly attitude. I felt he was willing and ready to resolve any situation I had with his shop had there actually been an issue. I think if they treat irate miscallers in this way you're in good hands coming in for work. Thank you for your patience with my call, and if I wasn't in a completely different state I'd have my car towed there because you showed more sympathy to my situation than the shop that I had been at.

Keith and his staff are the best in beaufort. They got my car running the best it has since it was new at a price that most places charge you before they even pop the hood. Keith even corrected a mistake Valvoline made without talking down about them. A true sign of good character.
