Had a guy rear end my truck, needed a new bumper some dents taken out of the tailgate painted. When I got it back it was like nothing at all happened. I was very happy with the job that they did and would highly recommend them!

If I could give Ray's Collision 10 Stars I would. Absolutely amazing service and technicians. Let me start by saying I had great deal of trouble with another local body shop (there's only 3 here State Farm recommends.) who not only failed to repair the initial damage, but also did an awful job on the work I paid for - and had the audacity to blame the insurance company for not fixing the rest of the damage. I had the claim amended, my insurance was more than happy to approve the work and the work was turned over to Ray's Collision. Ray's repaired all the cosmetic work making my car look BRAND new - and repaired the shoddy work done by the previous paint shop. Mr. Pat was incredibly helpful and empathetic to my situation, both receptionists (I believe one was named Sophia) were very professional and followed up with me and my insurance company assisting with any bumps along the way. I felt very cared for as a customer and that my business was valued and appreciated. Should I ever have to get more cosmetic repairs done to my car you can be sure it will be at Ray's Collision. Oh and lastly hats off to the gentleman who did the paintwork - met him today but his name escapes me - I hope they are paying him well because he does outstanding work.Service: Painting

Great service and friendly staff! The repaired the damage done to my truck when someone side swiped me! My truck looks brand new! They did an awesome job! I am so happy with them! They have a repeat customer for life! I Goggled Ray's Collision the reviews were impeccable. I took my Chevy Trax for and estimate and was just taken back by the estimate.I maded my appointment right there on the spot.I had a prior estimate for twice the amount. I must say Ray's Collision lives up to what the reviews say"Fair & Honest".

This auto shop looks like they do a really good job which is why I chose them. I asked on the phone for an estimate to just paint a fender and Scott told me that to come. So I did and I told him I just wanted to paint the fender. He said that he would not do the job because he cared more about the reputation of the company. This was extremely disappointing because he wanted to do the hood the door and all of it just so it can just match. I get that but I just wanted a fender painted he didn t give me the opportunity to even say I don t care about that. He told me that he would NOT do the job. This really upset me.

Rays Auto Collision is incredible! They made the process of getting my car fixed seamless. I had my quote before I even walked out!! This is huge other places in town took a few days just took get the quote back. They coordinated everything with my insurance agent. When I went in to have my car repaired it took less than 30 minutes. Everyone was AWESOME! It is evident how important customer service is to them. I had great conversation while my car was getting fixed and they even cleaned and vacuumed it out. I would recommend Rays to anyone in the Lowcountry!

Rays Collision did a great job repairing my Subaru. The cost matched the estimate no surprises when it came time to pay. They also finished the work faster than I had expected. I would definitely use them again.

Simply amazing service. Not only did they do a wonderful job on my car, they did the little extras that made the experience easier on me. For example, when dropping my vehicle off, we finished talking about the repairs and we shook hands. While shaking my technician said, "I called Enterprise and your rental is on its way." Then, when picking it back up again, I was surprised to find my car had been cleaned. I looked at the bill. No charge. A businessman once told me the key to maintaining a consistent customer base is to give your clients more than they expect. Ray's does just that.

My car was damaged from being hit by a 4-wheeler. Ray's Collision not only did an excellent and perfect repair, but they also spoke directly to my teenager about the repair and cost. Did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Actually looks better now than before the accident. They went above and beyond from start to finish. It was easy and refreshing dealing with Ray. He was professional and honest. Not much more you can ask for!

I was in a car accident while visiting Beaufort and my mom found Ray s after a quick google search. The staff at Ray s were very kind to us and promptly addressed some issues we had so we could get back on the road. Really made a frustrating situation a lot easier for us. Thank you!
