I took my BMW X5 here for a starting issue. Michael, Eric, and the staff were excellent. Got me in quickly and the Technician Tristan was fast and courteous. They quickly figured out that I needed new batteries. I also came for an oil change. They got me in and out in under an hour, even with having to order parts. Firestone was even able to reset the service monitor on my BMW which I thought only a dealership could do. Top notch service, top notch experience, I will be back. You ve earned a customer! 10/10

Erik it's a wonderful representative of Firestone. I saw him interacting with various customers and was very impressed. I first spoke with him on the phone when I was considering making an appointment. His demeanor was the reason I made the appointment. He was informative, friendly and patient. Upon completion of service Erik and his assistant explained everything to me going above and beyond just the oil change. I will definitely be back for the care of my vehicle. You can go anywhere for an oil change but when you are treated as a valued customer at a certain place the chances of you returning are great.

Though I will admit the price can be high, the service is excellent! They work quick and are really friendly. Been going here a few times and never had a negative experience, so I would recommend everyone to come here for any car troubles.

There all scammers! My girlfriend went In today to get the tires aligned on our 2018 gmc Sierra. She was there for approximately 3 hrs and they didn t even take a tire off the truck!! And then proceeded to tell her that there were two different types of lock nuts on our tire when there isn t so they just tried to make her spend money we don t have already! I highly recommend looking at other options before going to Firestone of Beaufort

This was an awful experience. I had been having issues with my car and was told they d do a diagnostic at 11 am and call me back after. I arranged a ride and waited the entire day to hear back but nobody called. Finally, I called them at 5 pm and they let me know they couldn t run a diagnostic. Nobody had the courtesy to let me know this during the day and completely wasted my time. Had I not called an hour before closing, they probably would ve kept my car overnight. They told me my car couldn t read a diag and I needed to take it to a dealership. Prior to arrival, one man let me know it could be a cylinder issue and then another told me they couldn t read anything at all. Do not tell people certain issues could be wrong without complete certainty. It causes undue stress and confusion. I will be telling all my friends and family in Beaufort to go somewhere else.

Low pressure light came on during a Sunday drive to Beaufort. Knew Firestone open on Sunday. Thank God! Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Three holes in one tire. They replaced! Highly recommend Firestone!

Eric, the Service Manager was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to diagnose and address an issue with a wheel bearing in my car. I don t recall ever having a more responsive and satisfying experience with a car repair.

This is normally not my "go-to Firestone" (Okatie Location is). I had to return bc they did not reset my tire sensor, which could have cost me almost $400 dealing with Cadillac. They corrected the issue, and I was in & out in a fairly short amount of time.

Incompetent and deceitful.They worked the car and damaged the suspension. Then they lied and tried to charge us to fix the damage they caused. Don't go here. Don't trust these people. Find another mechanic.

If I had the option, I d give zero stars. This place is a complete waste of time. I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early. They refused to fix the nail in my tire, a 20-minute job max. They didn t even look at it. Just said they don t have time, even though I made an appointment. They say they close at 6, but everyone gets off at 5:00. So why schedule appointments at 5?? Don t bother asking to speak with the manager bc he left early, which is probably why every single tech is sitting around on their phone refusing to help customers. So much for Firestone s warranty when the shop refuses to abide by the appointments.

Unreal. I have called at least a dozen times today and no one has answered. I dropped my truck off at 8 for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Writing this at 3:00 P.M. and still haven t received a call back. Horrible service.

DO NOT waste your time! This store should not even be open as they are pretty much worthless! They can't patch tires, and basically they are not here to serve customers. The man that greeted me, if you call it that, had the IQ of Forrest Gump! Put air in my tire that had a nail in it and sent me on my way!

I took my car to an unrelated dealer, who told me they filled my low tires during a routine check. They didn t and let a piece in that prevented air from entering the tires. I was an out of state traveler and had the unfortunate experience of having 2 flat tires at the same time. I got towed to this location after hours. The next morning, Sal (the manager) was very helpful and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. Great service!Service: TiresService: Tires

We went in when my son's alternator died, leaving us stranded. My only issue was that I called Dix times to see what the bid would be. The phone was only answered three of those times.After going down in person to Firestone, the service was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and concisely prior to work being performed. They arranged financing for me. When we went to pick the car up, AT THE PREDICTED TIME, everything was ready. There were no surprises. When the mechanic who did the transaction saw I was going into detail, explaining why one must pay attention to the mechanical report on my son's 15 year old car, he helped me train my son. Very professional, very nice.Like many other companies, they seem to be short on personal. If they'd had a full staff, I think the phones would have been answered more prompty

HORRIBLE customer service. I was confirmed a 1pm appointment then told on arrival I didn't have an appointment and no way they were going to help me. When I showed them my emailed confirmation the Manager told me I needed to read the fine print. Two guys hanging out talking but they had no time to help me. Manager said after all this he was sorry he couldn't make me happy today. What the He'll kind of statement is that. Just honor your end of a confirmation !!!! I will never attempt this place again

Never thought getting four new tires could be so difficult. First off, they ordered a tire on Wednesday and made an appointment for Saturday. The tire did not arrive until Tuesday. Which they have no control over. They installed the four new tires with no problem, when I get my car back 2/4 TPMS lights are on. I ride off thinking they will reset. I came back after a mile and the Tech said due to my vehicle it will reset after 40 miles(I knew that was a lie). So, I traveled the forty miles and came back the next morning. He brings the reader out to reset the TPMS(which he did not do the day before) and states that the battery must be dead on the sensors. I paid for new TPMS sensors and the tire that I had previous 2/4 of the TPMS batteries were dead. So, the tech must have recycled the sensors. Then I went back a week later to get this fixed and the same tech tells me the TPMS calibrator is down, and they sent it to get fixed. So, I come back three weeks later and of course the same tech is at the front and tells me the machine still does not work. Who knew that getting four new tires would take so long?Service: Tires
