I received an alignment, tire rotation and balance in and out in less than an hour and it didn't break the bank. Friendly and knowledgeable people with reasonable prices. The services and building were top notch with a nice waiting area with coffee, water and roku TV.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. As a young female, I appreciated that the staff members were honest and took the time to explain the issue and provide options. They were very prompt and flexible with their schedules to assist me. Couldn't recommend them more!

I came to this business to have my brakes replaced. Went in, they told me I needed back brake pads & rotors. Charged me over $400. Then not even a couple days later, I kept having issues with them. Went back and they said I just had dust on my brake pads. Went back two to three times. Finally ended up going to a dealership & they told me this establishment never replaced my brakes. Ended up needing new brake pads & rotors for my front & rear. Tried contacting the management here and they told me they are refusing to refund me my money due to insufficient evidence . When I supplied as much evidence that I could due to the circumstances. I would NEVER recommend this establishment since they think it s okay to take money from people without actually doing the job they need to provide & refusing to refund the money they stole. If I was able to give them 0 stars I would.

This could have very easily been a one star review if it wasn t for the manager Denzel at this location. I had an oil change yesterday, then drove my car all the way to bluffton for work. When I got back in my car at the end of the night it had no oil left in the car. This morning I went back to the express oil and explained the situation to Denzel. He drove all the way to my car in bluffton to repair it where it was. The plug for the oils drain was gone so unfortunately he couldn t repair it there, but he had it towed and repaired everything for me. He was kind and professional and went above and beyond to fix the situation

I ve been to this location quite a few times, and every time they go above and beyond. They tell me what s wrong with the car and are truthful about it, they ensure my safety and they actually care. Shout out to Denzell and the crew!!

The Place was awesome, the People Are Awesome,Very professional. I went there to get an oil change ,wound up getting four new tires, got my AC fixed ,air filter ,man nice place.

The manager Denzel, was absolutely kind, understanding of my concerns, and professional. As a woman, I felt safe and confident that I was not being taken advantage of. Definitely recommend going here. Thank you Denzel and staff.

Dropped off a vehicle with no appointment for 2 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. Denzell made sure everything was done WELL before the end of the day, and the price was less than I expected. Beautiful facility, great staff. 2022 Fast, professional, and polite.October 2023; I've been here twice this year (oil change and battery/ alternator check and replacement), and now a 3rd time. None of these times have I had an appointment, and every time, they got to me fast AF. They're still great, kind, and professional. At this point, as long as I'm stationed here in Beaufort, I'll refuse to go anywhere else.

This has to be one of the best car repairs I ve ever had. The guys are very chill in particularly, Mr. Denzel. He called me to let me know my brake pads were good and just needed a quick cleaning, so I didn t spend more money than I needed. You really don t see this kind of curtesy anymore, and it s a breath of fresh air to find quality repairs at great prices. Very, very impressed with this place. I called for a price on an oil change, which I should mention is the cheapest in Beaufort that I can find, and Brian, the manager was wonderful and informative. Explained that I would be in and out within 10 minutes or so, not even having to get out of your car. Everyone there was very kind and professional, checking my filters and fluid levels for me and offering replacements with again, very affordable prices. I would certainly recommend this place to the anyone with a tight schedule and hates the hassle of most places when trying to simply service your vehicle. I will certainly be coming back, and recommend you try it out aswell.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Absolutely exceptional service. Brian was not only super friendly, but also thorough, professional, and quick. He explained what he was looking at, the current state of the things he had checked, and what he had performed. Excellent location for walk-in appointments, I visited 3 other locations and they all wanted me to set up a appointment. Everyone at Express Oil were friendly and helpful, I was in and out in 1 hour for my tire replacement, balance and alignment.

Our old 2003 Trailblazer needed an entire brake system restoration. They did a fantastic job, car drives like new! Very professional, great communication, and excellent work. Very highly recommended!

Needed a quick oil change and was in a pinch since I'm from Colorado and they have everything I needed and have it done in less than 15 minutes they also check to make sure that my indicators worked and that my engine light was cleared talk to Dennis on the phone and super professional and kind

Que (technician) gave the best oil change I ve ever had! I didn t even have to get out of my car. They quickly checked my oil and did a general inspection of some things in my car. They even cleaned the windshield and wipers. They were cost-effective, efficient, professional, and had excellent customer service. I ll never go anywhere else!

This place gave us the best service of anywhere we have ever had our oil changed. The building is very clean. The staff are very attentive and kind. They did not overlook any detail and the team works well together. We are very impressed. Andrew who is here made us feel confident in all the services they provided. We are very pleased and found our new place for oil changes

Went to get a top off for my car and swap out a battery on another car that was bad under warranty and the assistant manager Q Henderson refused to do the work. I have never had a problem here before now . If I could I would give them zero stars out of five. This is not the way to conduct business.

Just got my oil changed here and it was the best service I have ever received for getting my oil changed. Brian and his crew took very good care of us, looking at every detail and even cleaning our windows!! Will be coming again and again. Very satisfied.

Quick, easy and didn't even have to get out of the car. I had been to other Express Oil locations but this was first time at this Beaufort location. Staff was on point. Great experience. I tried to get an appointment at other oil change/auto service centers and they all were a week out. Express Oil got me right in.

Fast, courteous and professional. I went in for an oil change and a 50k service. Unknown to me, my vehicle is not due for a major service until 60k. Many garages would have just tried to milk you for the extra $$$, but they informed me properly about the service interval, which was the right thing to do. All-around really positive experience. Ej I believe was the technicians name. I like that they showed me my oil had been changed and checked my wipers, lights and tires without pushing too hard on the upsell. They let me know what to keep an eye on and what could wait. Honest and very efficient service.
