After checking out a few other places in the area, a coworker told me to go to Duke s. They were awesome! I shoe horned the Corsa cat back exhaust system box into my 2015 Camaro ZL1 and took it there. Mr Ernest said he was the exhaust guy and told me to leave it with him and they ll call me when he is done. Got the call and went to settle and take the car home. Install is top notch and it sounds great! Thanks again for the excellent customer service and great job.

Recently moved here from the north and didn t have a shop known to us. A family member mentioned Dukes and as the reviews are good I called them up. Not only did they help us the next day, but the work was completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I can only imagine what we would have paid to have the exhaust repaired at a local dealer. Nice and down to earth people at Dukes. Very happy I picked up that phone and called them!Service: Exhaust

I was referred to Dukes by a friend in Beaufort. I needed some exhaust work done in my 2017 F150. I worked with Bo. He was awesome. He came up with a great setup to maximize the benefits of my eco boost engine. He worked fast and repairs were done in about 1 business day. I couldn t be happier with my experience! I really can't recommend them enough. This is going to be a bit of a long review, but TL;DR:Pros:1) Excellent service: not only are they pretty quick, but they're very understanding and they don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need.2) Price: they're reasonably priced, which is nice, especially when you consider point 1.3) Quality: they've always done a good job on our cars over the years. Even if something doesn't quite work right or another problem pops up later, they're quick to help and stand by their work, which I feel like is pretty rare these days.Cons:None that I can really think of.Story:About 10 years ago, we moved my grandmother down to SC from MA so she could be closer to us. A few months after moving her down, we discovered that her exhaust was rotted through due to the salt up North. I bought parts online to replace it myself since I've always worked on my own cars, but everything was so rusted that I couldn't even get it apart. After getting frustrated, I drove the car up to Duke's because they were the only ones that had an opening that day. They cut everything out, modified the downpipe after the flex-pipe to replace the rotted flange, and then bolted up the new system. They did all of this work for a pretty low price, and had it done either that day or the next day (I can't remember exactly when we picked up the car). Less than a month later, one of the exhaust hangers popped off, and they fixed it really quickly at no charge (just a quick tack-weld, but any other shop probably would have charged $10 or something).I was so impressed that I've brought ALL of my cars here whenever I need help or advice with exhaust, to the point that they advised me this last time that the dealership's fix was overkill and that all they needed to do was replace one small section of pipe because the muffler and cat were still fine. This took it from a $1400 fix at the dealership that I couldn't afford (grad student) to a $100 fix that took them a very short time to knock out at Duke's. These guys are seriously the best, and I really wish more mechanic shops operated the way Duke's does! If you use them, you definitely won't be disappointed !

If I had to describe the quality of the sound and care that this shop produces I would say phenomenal. I just recently had some exhaust work done to my truck at a certain shop out in town and when I got it back, it sounded like a Honda Civic...the welds were shoddy and looked like bubble gum and there were holes burnt through. I brought it to Bo and a day later he calls me up and tells me to come on by. When I get there, he cranks up my truck and they had nailed the tone I was looking for, to the tee and I walked out the door paying a VERY reasonable price. I would absolutely go back to them in a heartbeat for anything I need done. The owner is very knowledgable on other places to get other work done that he doesn t do such as interior, paint, etc. my only complaint is I can t give more than 5 stars.

What a relief, and what a pleasure. My trusty OLD Lexus ES350 (2007, 172k miles) suddenly sounded like a power boat, gas mileage dropped, pickup slowed. WTH? Thanks to the internet, I avoided the dealership and a near certain 2k exhaust system overhaul. And I found Dukes. Tjey nailed it - a flex pipe was what I would need, and they found one the next day. In I want, and 25 minutes later "surgery complete" away I drove - quietly, and with pep in the Lexus' step - and for less than a tenth of the 2k at that. Well done Dukes!Service: Exhaust

I learned about Dukes Muffler and Towing by requesting recommendations from Facebook. The response was overwhelming. They all said take the drive and see Bo Duke, he will take good care of you. That was an understatement. The customer service and quality of work were second to none. I have a custom truck that needed a custom exhaust that would sound good. Bo Duke nailed. I got a performance custom exhaust, at a great price, that sounded outstanding. If you don t go to Dukes Muffler and Towing , you ve made a terrible mistake. I will never go anywhere else.

Terrible hours, only able to answer phone calls between 11-2pm. They close at 2:30, made and appointment and when I arrived 20 minutes early the shop was closed down and locked up at 2pm.

I was Visiting Beaufort from out of town and my rusty exhaust finally fell off. I found Duke s Muffler and Towing and they were phenomenal. Quick work and reasonable price.

Ended up taking my Chevy Tahoe to Barry s Muffler Shop in Savannah after three trips back to Dukes Muffler because of an annoying rattling every time I pressed the gas petal. I had a catalytic converter installed. They finally said that most likely they would have to remove the heat shield!????????Owner at Barry s Muffler added a cross over pipe bracket. No more problem after driving 110 miles there and back home.Service: Exhaust
