Let me start off by saying my wife has bragged about Discount Tire for the longest, and after my first visit, I see why. They are very affordable and informative. It never feels like you're being misled or taken advantage of for their own financial gain. Great place and great atmosphere. James is definitely the one to talk to, he's a very cool and knowledgeable guy.

Great service today! With my lack of knowledge, they could have easily sold me new tires. But, they made sure I had the correct air pressure and told me I was good. They did replace my windshield wipers, all 3, for less than the price that another place wanted to charge me for one! Though they didn't make a big sale with me today, I know where I will go, when I do need new tires! Plus, I will be glad to share my experience with others!

I've gotten tires for multiple vehicles of mine here. Great customer service with these guys. The most recent time, the service techs accidentally put the wrong sidewall rating tire on my truck, I called up and spoke with management, they got the correct tires on order and got me in ASAP to have them swapped out. No cost to me. I really appreciate the fast service to make things right. I will continue coming back

After having my vehicle serviced at Grainger Nissan, I was told I needed tires. I was quoted $900 on the high end and $400 being the cheapest. I left and stopped by Discount Tires. Their prices were way more affordable! I was able to get my tires and I was in and out within 20 mins and my wipers were replaced as well. Nissan wanted $56 and I paid nowhere near that! Will recommend and I'll be back for all my tire needs.

Great people; all very courteous, capable, knowledgeable, and professional. I observed my tired being repaired from inside thru the window and was thoroughly impressed by the skills I observed. I have repeatedly been very, very pleased with this Discount Tire.

I had a slow leak in my tire and was planning a road trip over the holidays. I went to Discount Tire and they found the leak, repaired the tire & showed me the screw they pulled from the tire that cause the leak. No charge for this service. I am grateful to their excellent service team & I will be buying tires from them for my vehicle.

They impressed me from the moment I got out of my car. A "greeter/assessor" took my initial information (problem for the visit, name, number etc.). I had a nail in my tire which was fixed promptly. My windshield wiper blades were also in need of replacing so they took care of that as well. We have great storms in Beaufort. Great team, good atmosphere, wi-fi access, updates via text, very friendly and efficient. Yeah, from a roofing job where was I parked.

Our boat trailer blew a tire called them up and they had 2 in stock. Was welcomed by Patrick C.He got us in and out very quickly. Awesome customer service (which is very hard to find these days). Great guy

They are very good at what they do, but. I had a bad tire purchased from them. They honored the warranty and replaced the tire, prorated. Then they charged me to install it and for a new warranty. I suggested that since tires were about 1/2 done, shouldn't a second tire also be installed, they agreed but gave me nothing for the old tire (that they will sell to someone else), which also had a fee to mount and a new warranty cost. Bottom line, I could have walked in, purchased two new tires and paid the same amount for two new, but lost 1/2 life on other two. Doesn't seem right somehow. Car is once again a dream to drive so got what I wanted, at a price (a reasonable cost for the tires). Will continue as I absolutely appreciate the work they do, but buyer beware.

Easily the best Discount Tire I have been to! They were the only store I considered when I had a tire emergency earlier in the day and had to leave the state the next day. Customer Service is exceptional and when they did a full check on my issue, it was determined nothing was wrong and they did not charge me. First class professional service!

I had a great experience with this location! I had a flat tire and arrived shortly before closing. They were able to get me in and out with all new tires in less than 30 minutes. Derek was extremely helpful and patient and didn't turn me away even though they were about to close soon. I'm so appreciative of them all! Thanks again guys.

Fantastic place! We had a tire emergency with our travel trailer. Called them and they had the tire. Margaret helped us when we arrived and was awesome. Calm, knowledgeable and took care of us. Couldn t have been nicer and more helpful. We were back on the road in about an hour with a new tire on. She and her tech supervisor did a great job. Would absolutely recommendDiscount Tire and Margaret!

Jose and his team at the beef or branch were amazing! I had to replace the tires on my 2010 Subaru outback much earlier than expected after running over road debris. They got me a great deal, over $60 bucks less per tire than their competitors! Plus, when they were replacing the tires they broke off a lug nut. Jose owned it immediately and they are going to replace it.

Went to have air put in my tires, there was a little bit of a wait time but it wasn't to bad at all. James was very polite and courteous. A great experience.

tire was flat and they told us that they couldn t fix it, stated that we needed to buy 2 new tires completely, got about 2 rides into the road and the new tire blew out across the road. the lady at the front desk was very nice though.

Always super helpful, get the tries we want in a great time, and don't take forever with the vehicle. We've used them for 3 different sets of tires now, and would reccomend them 10/10. They take the time to show you what your tires are at as far as tread goes, and let you know if your tires are safe to drive or not.

I've always used Walmart tires centers...To keep my sanity I decided to try out Discount Tire. WOW I'm very impressed. Highly trained people doing what they seem to enjoy. This store is a breath of fresh air. I only needed 1 tire...I was in and out in 8mins. I actually enjoyed getting a tire. Excellent would highly recommend.

Great place for wheels and tires. My first time in here for a wheel balancing and they did a great job. They even checked the wiper blades and when I asked them to change them out they did and they're really nice. Spacious waiting area with multiple outlets if you need to charge a device or two. They even have the USB outlet so you don't need a brick! Pleased with my service here and will be returning again. Shout out to Margaret who assisted me while I was there!
