I got my car towed here for a mechanical issue. When I called, I was told that it would be a day or two before they could look at it. Called back a few days later - said it was going to be the next car they look at. Awesome!After hearing nothing for a week, I called back and was told "Oh, no we don't have that car here. Check the other location." I hung up confused. Called them back and the guy said "Never mind, we have it, yeah we have not looked at it yet. Might be another few days, we're really busy."This went on and on for nearly three weeks. Just called today and was told the same thing - "Nope, we have not even looked at it yet." I just said forget it, and towed it somewhere else.While I understand being busy, the complete lack of communication and professionalism is outrageous here. Not once did they reach out with an update or timeline. If you are in a hurry to get your car fixed or a visitor from out of town, I would do what you can to avoid this place. Go somewhere where you can make a legit appointment.

Fantastic! They have 3 ASC certified mechanics. On a repair Butler Dodge wanted $2500 for, they charged $918. As part of the work, they manufactured a broken metal fitting that Butler would have charged for. Very impressive. Very professional.

I was traveling from North Carolina to Florida while on vacation with my family when the bearings went out on both of my front hubs. I d never been to Beaufort before that day, so I had no idea where to go, and it was raining cats and dogs. I tried several places, including the Dodge dealership, and could not get any help. I had a hotel reservation in Florida that night and was desperate to get back on the road. One of the places I tried wasn t able to do the work, but said they d make a call to another shop.I was directed to Complete Care Care to speak with Billy. I told Billy my situation, and he had his guys jump into action even as it was getting very close to closing time. I had both hub assemblies changed and new front brakes in a matter of no time. While the work was getting done, Billy spent time chatting with me and my family, and I can t begin to say how welcoming and helpful he was.Billy and his team went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. They did excellent work at a fair price. I highly recommend Complete Car Car to everyone in the Beaufort area.My family will be going back to Beaufort some day for vacation, and I ll be sure to stop in to visit with our new friend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

We were on a Girl Scout trip and the weld broke on our boot on our van. Anthony and his team went above and beyond to weld and support the boot and saw to it that it was secure to our vehicle with ratchet straps. And on late Saturday afternoon July 3. I first went to CCC when I moved here in 2015 and my AC was not working. In JUNE! Billy Powell fixed the problem and I took any mechanical issue to him and always referred any friends there. Competent, Honest, Friendly and Professional. Took my 1991 vett in to get the transmission rebuilt and the had something leak all over the hood you could tell they tried to wipe it off so they knew it was spilled on. When I picked it up it was dark so I didn t see it when I went back to show them they said they didn t do it and I had to wait on Billy to come back to the shop to show him after waiting over two hours he never showed up and I left. Do not do business with this company they are liars and don t stand behind their work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a $100 water pump go bad in my 2011 ford flex. Dealer quoted $3800 to do this repair. This shop got it done right and while they were at it took the time to make sure everything else was replaced so my vehicle would be reliable for another 150k. Good at communication and know what they are doing. I will go back again. Oh, and they did the work for half the cost of the dealer.

Billy and his crew are the best. As a fellow small business owner it s is awesome to go to a place and be welcomed like an old friend!! They work with you in any situation and know what they are doing.I have 7 vehicles business and personal and I trust them with all of them. Most recently I brought my F250 flat bed up because of the shifter tube needed replaces, as I was told from lot I bought it from, and some road noise I assumed was due to the alignment. They quickly informed me it was a bearing that needed repacked, saving me about 700 bucks. Furthermore the shifting two boys not the only problem there is a bracket ahead sheared off as well and they bought and replace that in the same amount of time with no extra charge.Again I trust this company, Billy and his guys are the best in Beaufort!!

Absolutely fabulous service. We were in trouble our vehicle broke down out of town they were able to get us back on the road by 5:00. Cost was very affordable we really appreciate all that the guys there did for us. You guys are angels!

I have brought my 1983 380Sl Mercedes to Complete Car Care in the past for transmission and oil changes. Very good service. Billy and Anthony are best of the best. Months later car would not start. It's an old car. I brought in a battery to be tested to determine if battery or alternator problem as to why car would not start. They determined battery instead of alternator. Anyone else would have said new alternator and battery. Anthony ordered a new battery for me. Turns out width was wrong size. No fault of his, just mercedes tough to work with. I brought battery back this morning, and within 15 minutes, Anthony had new battery ready for me. Car started perfectly. Reason as to why so important is that Hurricane Irma is headed for us in Beaufort right now and I needed reliable car for safety reasons. Will strongly recommend to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and to a company that backs up their word.

Do not do business with this company or the owner Billy Powell. I paid him to replace my exhaust manifold gaskets in which he also recommended replacing the bolts/studs as well knowing that they might break off given the miles. He said they've done it a bunch of times and have it down good. It ended up taking 4-5 months to "complete" because the got an EZ-out tool stuck in the head. After getting impatient because I was getting ready to move to California on PCS orders (active duty Marine) I blasted him on a buy/sell facebook page and miraculously it was done the next day. Little did I know that he never removed the EZ-out, but instead covered it up by putting a stud over it and tack welding it to the exhaust manifold. Yes, you heard that right, he tack welded a stud to the manifold to make it appear as if it was on correctly.He refuses to make it right by paying the mechanic in Cali the repair bill to replace the entire head. He also is hiding behind his front desk receptionist (his brother Anthony) and refuses to take my calls. After sending him a facebook message he immediately responded saying there's nothing her can do and then blocked me so I cannot contact him anymore.All I want is for him to make it right by paying the $1714 to fix HIS mistake. I am pursuing legal actions for the cost of the repair as well as contacting BBB, Bureau of Automotive Repair, Angie's List, and other reputable businesses in the Beaufort area that I know for a fact do business with him.He currently serves on the board for Beaufort Water Search and Rescue, which a person with his morals should not.Thinking he wouldn't have to deal with me anymore he hacked the job, took my money and handed me the keys and a messed up truck with a smile on his face. He even added a little acting in there by showing my this "fancy extraction bit" that they used to remove the EZ-out (which is still stuck in my engine by the way).I've posted this complaint to multiple facebook pages to warn as many people to not to go there, and hopes that he will fix it. If he thinks he can just make me go away just because I'm on the other side of the country he's wrong.

Yall please go see Billy and Anthony. They will get you taken care of or at least point you in the correct direction to getting it fixed. And not to mention the price isn't that bad considering we live in a very expensive place.
