Went in to just look at a truck I had saw online Charles came out to talk with me and never pressured me into anything. He allowed me to take my time and understand the truck before asking me if I wanted to take it home. This was an excellent experience and will definitely be back once we need another vehicle. If you are there make sure you ask for Charles Manigo!!

Took my wife s car in on August 13, 2023 for the tire sensors and to re-program an ABS module I had installed on a 2013 dodge journey. I did some research prior and there was an ABS recall however it had reportedly already been performed. We received a call from the dealership stating that the ABS module that I had installed would not and could not be programmed to the vehicle. We approved for them to go ahead with repairing the car, they also stated that with the repair that was needed the car was not safe to drive. We approved the repair to the ABS system . We received a call stating that the part for our car was unavailable anywhere and that it would have to be manufactured, part arrivle date, March 2024.We understood that it would take some time however 7 months was a long time for our car to sit at there dealership waiting, in the meantime we had to purchase another vehicle to drive as we waited on the part and repair to be completed, our service representative was extremely helpful and did all that she could I am sure to try and expedite the part and repair. The part did finally arrive at the end of March 2024, we received a call that they were trying to get the car in to do the repair however the battery was dead and would need to be replaced, we approved a battery replacement. They then contacted us and advised that our vehicle was ready for pick-up. I asked for an invoice to be sent to me and when I received the invoice I was not only shocked but I was also angry. The invoice indicated that a key was added, neither my wife nor I received any indication that they needed a key as we had dropped off a key fob when we left the vehicle, we had a spare at home with the indicated key that was needed however we never received a call asking if we did, they just made a key and added it to the bill, there was also a 49.95 charge for Brake fluid, I understand they are running a business but I just hope that for that amount they flushed and replaced all the brake fluid. If not they have one heck of a profit margin on that fluid, and there is no indication on the invoice that they did do a brake fluid flush. They did stick to there guns and make us pay for the unauthorized key as well as an additional $ 2900 approx. for the ABS module repair, after researching some things it also appears that all parts are marked above MSRP, with the exception of the battery. We will not revisit this dealership and we will never own another Dodge product.

This is about their service department. I took my van in to have a crankshaft pulley and alternator replaced. After the repairs my ac didn t work I took it back they said they had nothing to do with that but put Freon in said it was leaking and had to order a part to fix it. The ac worked with the Freon they put in but quit working before even getting out of the lot. Remember I had no trouble at all before they worked on it. I did some research on line and found out that in changing the alternator the ac lines must be unclamped or it will damage the ac lines after informing them I knew this and they had to have damage the line they refused to take responsibility. After waiting almost 4 week they finally called and said the part was in. I took it back in with an appointment at 10:00 am they took it right in and within 50 minutes I had the van back it seems to be working now but charged me $404 labor which was three hours worth of labor the total bill was $645.76. I do not recommend their service department they. Are very rude won t admit they mess up something and rip you off with their labor charges. Steve Crosby

First time I ve had Matt for my service rep, and he was excellent. I ve always been happy with Butler Service (Trey, Debbie & Stephanie have helped me for years and are top notch.) I m sure I couldhave the maintenance done for less $ elsewhere, but I love that they know me and my Jeep!

Thank you for making what seemed impossible a dream come true for me and my family! We are beyond grateful for you, the sales manager and the GM for all your hard work and turning something I hate, buying cars, into something so easy and smooth. I had a 2:30 appointment today with service for electrical issues on my Ram. When I arrived I was told I was supposed to call for a loaner update early in the morning. I kept my appointment understanding there wouldn t be a loaner. Nevertheless I was told by Matt, in a confrontational manner, no time for my Ram. I am the customer so no excuse. Thanks to Debby for stepping in and trying to help - at least she tried. I won t be back.

Absolutely awful to deal with. Purchased vehicle and had to leave it there for a week to get 2 parts fixed as promised by the dealer. They called me back to get their loaner car back while only fixing 1 out of the 2. They also failed to leave my license plate behind the temp tag since it was a transfer like they were supposed to. When I called I was told the tag was lost so now I have to go to the Clerks office and fix their mistake myself. Incompetent dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer. I drove from Savannah to look at a durango my wife was interested in.Normally when I pull on a dealer lot salesman are trying to get there first, but no one came out yo talk and I looked at two durangos they had on the lot.Two days later, I receive a call and text from an online sales representative to help me with my inquiry.When I answer and tell him I have my own financing he states he will send me an out the door price via email that I never receive.After two attempts I have no confidencei in this dealership. Igeuss having perfect credit and pre-approved financing is a deal breaker at this location.

I am very disappointed I bought a Wagoneer on December 6, 2022 which was advertised by Butler Dealership, Beaufort, SC, as used with 107 miles. I expressed to them I was looking to buy a new vehicle, however, they assured me this would be considered a new car for the new car warranty was still in place and that I would be the first titled owner of the car. They never once revealed verbally or in writing to neither my son nor I when we asked multiple times if there had been prior damage to the car or for what reason the car was considered used . Their answer to us was they really didn t know . I finally learned that my car had over $10k worth of damage prior to the sale. My car has been in the repair shop consistently from January 16, 2023 until March 31, 2023.I have reached out for help with no satisfaction. I strongly feel that as a JEEP Customer, Butler Automotive, Beaufort, SC sold me this Wagoneer by being dishonest and fraudulent.Update: This is what Bulter s sold me. (See videos attached) I have called the service manager and Brian. Maybe after reviewing these videos Brian, you would want to call me instead of asking me to reach out to you again. You have my phone number in my file. I would love to hear how you could help me get into a new Wagoneer now for I will not be keeping this car!

Horrible experience. They took advantage of a first time car buyer and lied to us then hid behind their small print later on. As a 6 year resident of Beaufort, I highly DO NOT recommend and STRONGLY discourage anyone from going here.

I was actually on my way to buy a truck in a larger town, thinking that it would be easier and better selection. I had received a price from another dealer and after further inspection, realize the price was incorrect. I stopped in and Butler that only treated me with great professionalism, but had me out of the door in just a few hours with a beautiful new truck, the sales team, finance team, and everyone working in the organization are extremely professional and personable.

Everyone was great , they asked questions , I gave them answers. I ask questions ,they gave me answers and it's a beautiful truck it's it's what I was looking for , something that gives me pleasure to enjoy and the truck is going to be and will be once I get sidesteps on it .A pleasure and enjoyable tool I'm a happy man. Its like having Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer underneath me pulling me around when I need it and want it. Thanks guys Y'all did a wonderful job your company done a wonderful job ,I think it's beautiful and I believe my son loves his truck too.

Don't waste your time with the new on-line service scheduler. I filled one out a couple of days ago expecting someone to call me. So, when the website says "We have received your information and a representative will contact you shortly. We promise to respond to you as quickly as we can", you can expect it to be in excess of 2 days or more for a response! I just tried to chat with someone to ask why no one contacted me on my service request on their website and that was a complete waste of time too! Whoever was on that chat didn't have any answers! Wanted me to leave a phone number so they could call me. They have my phone number on the damn service request! Maybe they should change the online scheduling back to what it was.

I give this Delaership 4 out of 5 stars due to the following.Positives--Large selection of new and used cars. If they do not have the vehicle you are looking for they can find one in the area or have one shipped to the site for you.-Friendly salesmen that are not pushy or ask for all of your info up front. This is the reason why I purchased a used 2016 GMC Terrain Denali from them.-Never a long line to be seen in the Maintenance department.- Mopar store inside.- New dealership in work for relocationNegative --Semi-long wait for general maintenance.-waiting room small, and generic. No upgrades do to new dealership relocation opening up down the street.-Phone customer service can be better. Long waits.- Not good visibility from the main road. Difficult to find.

Last review did not do it justice. I went through 3 different dealers trying to trade in my 2015 corolla but because I was upside down, no one could work with me. I came here and they not only helped me and got the trade but gave me a brand new 2020 dodge charger sxt. I absolutely love my car. I was helped by Richard striegel. He was patient , funny and understanding. Thank you for your help. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome experience. My salesman "pat" save me 4k on my brand new 300s was super nice and polite to both me, my wife, and my kids. Had the best and easiest time buying a car. I wish I could give 10 stars, came here cuz rick Hendrick jeep Dodge and crystler was a horrible experience. Thank you pat for my car .

The service dept was slammed and got behind, but they were courteous and informed me of the reason for the delay. Folks were kind, courteous, and professional. I will definitely return for further service.
